201  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Among all which do you hold on: July 19, 2022, 03:05:04 AM
Hello I have thought of holding 4 particular currencies which includes BTC, ETH, BNB, UCT. But within me I feels I should trade with them to accumulate more of those currencies maybe before the bear will be finally over I would have ended up having much of them I engaged myself by trading.

I want to know if holding or trading will be more preferred. All suggestions are welcomed.

in this situation trading might make you even more dizzy. bear market allows the coin to actually move down and it is very difficult to move up. although there is an increase of a few percent, it is very small and if you are careful, it can be a small profit. but I think long-term hold will make you calmer, for example, you buy the four coins and you hold it for the next few months and just wait for the bear market to finish.
202  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Bear markets are a time for building, development and research on: July 19, 2022, 02:59:03 AM
The bear market situation is indeed not profitable for investors or crypto coin holders because the selling price continues to fall and is unstable. but this is a good time to look for potential coins or new projects that can bring huge profits once the bear market has passed. learning more about crypto is also a very good time right now because we are not busy looking at the market and trading because now there are a lot of features in the crypto world launched by developers that can add to our insight and also profit.
203  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Conditions of bounty campaigns these days on: July 18, 2022, 01:10:33 AM
Hello guys
Are you guys really getting paid from the Bounty campaigns these days? What are you earning on an average per week? How many campaigns are you working in?
I think alot of changed since 2018.
You are absolutely right, many of the bounty campaigns that I participated in from last 2019 until now have not paid. counted only 2 who have paid from the 5 campaigns that I follow. for today and so on, I don't know whether I'm paid or not, but I will still follow the bounty campaign.
204  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Just my one cent advice on: July 18, 2022, 01:03:08 AM

I do know what you meant about that but remember that if the situation can change anytime. if the blockchain already fully used by so many people and it will not be easily to be replaced by a new blockchain. I just wanna try to remind you if you can use the new poroject as investment for the future but remember that if this is also a big gambling for you. The fact that if this time people known that so well. investing in the new project is not a bad thing at all but the result may be giving you a lose.
like finding a needle in a haystack, although many say investing in new projects is very promising but remember that not all projects will end well too. it's probably true that there are still some good projects but that's also risky in the long run, but I think it's still better than doing nothing.

for those who don't have a lot of funds, maybe they can join the bounty campaign and airdrop for the new project.
205  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Does staking even make any sense on: July 17, 2022, 02:47:19 AM
Try with 10,000$ and see the difference, stakes are for rich people but also we have defi staking that takes 30,60,90 days just to get 3-15% returns I think this are better than yearly staking.
I also do staking with a small amount because I think this is a trial, and within 2 months I get a 15% return from the percentage of the total amount I put there, but the problem is that the price of the coins I hold drops. but its okay, just wait until the price goes up.
206  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Advice from a stranger on: July 16, 2022, 02:30:07 AM
Is it true that new altcoins are the best to invest in right now? Someone said you can easily make better profits from new projects than investing in old altcoins that have already x their values already, what do you think? Good or bad idea.
There are two possibilities if you intend to invest in a new altcoin:
-the first possibility you can get a value that is much higher than the value planned in the whitepaper or road map of the project due to several factors (the number of investors who have exceeded the hard cap, or the success of the coin after launching to the marketplace)

-The second possibility is the worst possibility, it could be that the value will be much lower because all targets are not met. and the worst possibility is that the token is not launched to the marketplace for some reason from the developer, some even disappear and cannot be contacted. if it is like that then your funds or assets are lost.
207  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Am I doing the right thing on: July 16, 2022, 02:23:04 AM
How can a newbie invest in good altcoins? I know about BTC and ETH but I think I can make more money from altcoins instead of BTC and ETH, I did my research and I have a few projects in mind but I don't know if they are worthy..

Avalanche, Mina protocol, Phala network and Aleph Zero to name a few
Good altcoins or potential altcoins will give you market fulfillment and huge profit if you learn how to hold and are able to wait the right time to sell. Some got wrong in the time of buying and selling which sometimes cause them losses.

But what I understand OP is you want easy money and instant profit which is likely impossible in this bearish time. Even if you are going to choose new projects, doubted if you can still make it.
In my suggestion, I will say ops should forget about making quick profits and focus on discovering the right project, because with profits making mentality come disappointment, and wrong investment step is likely taken since the quest for making huge profits will cover ops sense of judgements.
An altcoin is the most volatile asset to hold and I can advise anyone to hold altcoin for long unless you are ready to lose your investment at some point.

maybe it's from that unstabble that there's some chance the altcoin will go up drastically after such a drastic drop, but that's not certain. for big profits in the near future it is very difficult to find an altcoin with a project or investment like that either for the long term or short term.
for my advice, it's better to staking or farming which has less risk than investing or trading.
208  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Be careful buying alts right now on: July 15, 2022, 02:55:04 AM
My advice if you want to buy altcoins with large market caps such as etherum, binance, doge and others, they can be used as initial capital to fill your portfolio even though you don't know when the market will rise. but if you are thinking of buying a new altcoin, especially one that has just been released to the market and one that hasn't been released yet, it's better to think again because new altcoins will be difficult to rise. this is just a prediction, but if you have any other decision, go ahead because this is a crypto market where freedom comes first.
209  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Roller coasters!!! on: July 15, 2022, 02:46:12 AM
That's what the crypto market is like, its fluctuations can be likened to a roller coaster that sometimes suddenly goes up high, then drops drastically. For bitcoin and etherum, of course, everyone already knows because the two of them are the biggest cryptocurrencies and are the top search in all markets, I will take the example of the altcoin that I hold from last year, namely nominex. Last year nominex had a price of 6 usdt per 1 nominex coin, now it has dropped drastically to 0.74 usdt, even though when it was first launched to the market at a hefty price, I thought it would reach 10 usdt per coin.

but these are some of the risks of playing in the crypto world, we must get used to it.
210  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What happens next with the market? on: July 14, 2022, 02:11:51 AM
If you analyze the past data, you can see that BTC faced crash many times in the past. That didn't stop it to grow more! What doesn't kill you, makes you stronger. The market may crash a bit more but in the end when this all is over, Market will recover. All it needs is time.
if we look at the numbers, then in the past bitcoin and the crypto market have had a low value. but distinguish between "growing" and "fixing" the market. first, the first bitcoin release had a low exchange rate, then some people began to be interested in buying and investing which made the price of bitcoin soar high. after that they sell it and the market goes down, whatever the phenomenon that is happening in the crypto world today, it takes time to restore the market.
211  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Your recent altcoin investment and why? on: July 13, 2022, 12:40:05 PM
I hold nominex from last year, get it from the bounty held by nominex, and half of the coins I get I put into farming. besides farming, now nomiswap also provides a staking feature and I also put funds there. although the price is still down now, but I keep holding, farming, and staking, the reason is that if one day the market goes up then I will have a lot of nominex assets that I can sell. if you are interested, please visit nominex or nomiswap.
212  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Are bounty programs or airdrops more profitable to participate in? on: July 13, 2022, 12:32:42 PM
Can you make more money participating in bounties or airdrops? I made the most money doing airdops so far, like the one from Uniswap, but long term, I think bounties like the one from candlelabsdotorg will pay off better. What do you think? Which of these methods of earning free crypto should I pursue?
bounty and airdrop are very effective programs to get crypto for free (no initial deposit required). but it should also be noted that not all bounties and airdrops pay 100%. based on my personal experience, there are several bounties from 2019 which until now have only been tokens that have no value in my wallet. as for the airdrop, I've also followed and it pays even though it's small.

maybe in recent years along with the number of bounties that have not been paid, make some people decide to take a break from bounties and airdrops, including me. What made me come back here and participate in the bounty campaign program is the belief that surely out of the many bounties, it will pay off and that is the best way than doing nothing.

good luck

214  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Where should I invest money? on: June 20, 2022, 01:22:44 PM
Are you looking forward to invest because of the APY returns? Go on binance you will find better options, there are coins with better APY returns and they have good utilities, if huge dips happens they won't be that affected because these coins have better supports in the market for example Axie infinity has 25% APY on binance exchange
I think nominex is also good, plus now there is a staking feature which will be even more profitable for long-term holders because we will get rewards from the staking we do.
215  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: When will the Ethereum Gas Fee go down? on: June 19, 2022, 12:50:16 PM
still difficult to predict, especially the price of etherum is still above $ 1000. For large investors or project managers, the current gas fee may be very high, it doesn't really matter if the total assets owned still generate large profits. but for small investors or small traders, with the gas fee which is currently still high, it will be difficult for them to even pay the gas fee.

for bounty hunters or airdrop finders, it will also be difficult if they have 0 ETH in their wallet and when they get the distribution of tokens that have been converted to etherum, while to pay the fee, they don't have enough assets so it is very burdensome.

(as a crazy prediction, if etherum drops to a price below $100, maybe the gas fee will go down too)
216  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Which stablecoin do you "trust" the most? on: June 19, 2022, 12:43:03 PM
I used to use usdt even though it's currently decreasing but I don't think it's a drastic drop and can still be called a stable coin. I always use usdt because it just so happens that I am currently still following the nominex farming and staking project which happens to be using the usdt exchange rate and as my final conversion from crypto to conventional currency, and so far I feel comfortable.
217  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Let's talk about your next crypto portfolio for 2025 on: June 18, 2022, 03:02:52 AM
hopefully the graph will be the same as the period 2018-2021, so hold bitcoin and etherum will generate extraordinary profits. I think only these 2 coins are the most appropriate for the portfolio this year until 2025.
218  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Smart decision I made toward the end of the bull run on: June 18, 2022, 02:53:02 AM
youtube, forums, twitter, telegram, they all just give advice and predictions while the final decision remains in our hands. it will always be risky when we look at other people's suggestions, especially for new coins that are predicted to rise after a bear market. I also prefer to make my own decisions and etherum remains the best choice.
219  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Reason why I won't be buying top altcoins in this bear market on: June 17, 2022, 03:09:41 AM
1. Many altcoins will never reach their all time high again.
2. Don't be fooled by altcoin ranks on coinmarketcap because many won't stay in top 20 anymore after we go deep into this bear market.
3. History have proven that many altcoins will be replaced by new ones and that's where huge investors will be making most of their gains in next bull market.

So far, only etherum has dropped drastically and then can rise again to its highest price in 2021. If we look at other altcoins, it seems that it is indeed impossible to reach prices like etherum and maybe that can be a consideration for you not to quickly decide where your funds will go. invested.
220  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Need Help for investment in new projects on: June 16, 2022, 12:31:04 PM
look for projects with bitcoin smart contracts if any, binance, or etherum(polygon). because the etherum gas fee is now very expensive and I'm not sure the new project will be friendly to the etherum smart contract. If you also notice, there are now fewer new projects using etherum smart contracts.
