Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Stop shielding Scam, fake, or unproductive altcoins project
|

actually our goal of supporting, investing, and also making a project have a volume in the market is for their project to succeed and we both benefit. unfortunately if they do a scam, all people who support get big losses, from the time to the money we spend to support them. all of this happened because it was indeed difficult to know whether the project would later be scammed or not. we cannot fully blame investors because behind the ongoing project is because of funds. investors dare to put their funds in because they also have high hopes, even though the irresponsible team fled.
there are several ways to reduce this, for example a selection before actually investing. or the investor must be more selective before putting their money in to support a project.

Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Some big things to watch for in 2020

whether the market will go up, stuck, or even go down in 2020, what is certain is that there will be a lot of development. development is done, it means that crypto really wants to move forward, no matter the market will rise or not but they are always trying. look at how bitcoin halving will be developed, etherum 2.0, but I still doubt libra. because until now the American and French governments still reject the launch of Libra to the public, and do not know whether next year will really be launched.

I have never been minning and I might not be included here. but based on what I read, minning consumes a lot of electrical energy which is certainly not a good impact on the environment. if it is continued, then the effect will be global warming. in my opinion what should be emphasized here is how to optimize the lowest possible electrical energy. so, it doesn't cost a lot of electricity and also has a lot of electricity.

|

so that they are not misunderstanding the newbie, then explain that the crypto market is very volatile, so its value goes up and down. then there are a few more things, namely the security system that is still vulnerable, and transactions that cannot be canceled when it has been confirmed by the blockchain (ledger to record all transactions). there are also many crypto on the market that can be chosen as investment or trading assets. actually all of that is simple if you want to understand from the start and not just think about profits.

Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Best Country for finance regulation
|
on: December 18, 2019, 01:13:25 PM

I am more in favor of a country whose economy is good and can be called a developed country that is no longer constrained by complicated economic problems. call it America, China, and several European countries such as Germany, Turkey, Britain and others. I think the implementation of finance regulation will run optimally if it is developed in developed countries.

I'm not really sure that bitcoin can do it alone. various things or shortcomings of bitcoin will surely be covered or will be supplemented by alternative coins, that's why altcoin emerged and still survives until now. if there is no altcoin, the crypto ecosystem will only become monotonous and only rely on bitcoin payment instruments without any new ideas and interesting innovations from the altcoin team.

|
on: December 17, 2019, 02:35:30 PM

if we know that the crypto market is very volatile, of course we don't need to worry about the fall of bitcoin and altcoin. both of them once reached the highest price, then finally fell. if the crypto market is 100% volatile, the possibility of the bitcoin and altcoin markets going up is huge and the bull run is definitely coming and we just have to wait for that time to occur. unless the crypto market ends stable, the opportunity will be lost forever.

|
on: December 17, 2019, 02:25:00 PM

if crypto finally gets the law, at least there is a positive side that is obtained that is protection against hacking. but if the government finally takes over crypto with its legal entity, in my opinion crypto will actually lose its purity as a decentralized asset and will eventually turn into centralization where the government will be the authority in regulating all activities in crypto and possibly it will make crypto lose freedom and also anonymous. there are indeed positive and negative sides, but if you can walk in balance between the two, why not?

still too far away to think of prices up to 2025. whether it will reach $ 10000- $ 30000, basically the time is still long and how eos will develop, we also don't know yet. Eos could be more immersed, or as you predicted.

Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: crypto and gold
|
on: December 17, 2019, 01:53:11 PM
|
Last week I saw the crypto market of bitcoin and altcoin all fell dramatically because there was competition in gold trading that made all prices fall, is gold investment more profitable than bitcoin and altcoin which are vulnerable to hacking.
it could be, gold will be safer and protected by law so the possibility of being stolen is very small. while crypto which is still not protected by law is still vulnerable to hacking and is considered still dangerous if its assets are lost and cannot be processed by law. if it continues like this, maybe gold could be the most sought after investment asset. but if the crypto market can go back up, it is also possible that many people will return to crypto even though there is still the shadow of hacking, because people who think for the short term will dare to take the risk.

Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Good trading volume doesn't mean a token is good
|
on: December 16, 2019, 02:51:20 PM

Behold good trading volume doesn't mean a coin or token is good, i read in a thread where few people are saying if a coin has no volume means its a bad coin, well here we go, bad coins can have huuuge volume, you must have heard of bomb token? bomb token has good trading volume but guess what? it has no real use case, the volume comes from HYPE because its a deflationary tokens, people believed that the more a max supply of a token get decreased or burned off over time means they are GOLD tokens, it does bring profits to early adopters like they say but NO REAL USE CASES.
but trading volume is very influential friend. tokens will last long and can even go up if the trading volume is high. because the price will be determined based on the total supply and circulation of its supply, everyone who will buy will definitely see that. so the trading volume is very important, and simple again is if the token has a high trading volume, it means there are many interested people there and the chances are good coins. if you are talking about real use cases, do they really exist now? crypto is still in the stage of digital investment assets, not yet there.

Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: 100 Most Influential People In Crypto
|
on: December 16, 2019, 02:30:11 PM

Despite the bearish cryptocurrency landscape in 2019, blockchain projects and cryptocurrency influencers seem to be bolstering the technology with brazen advancements and optimistic views for the future. Below are the top 100 crypto influencers. Do you agree with the list? https://cryptoweekly.co/100/I personally can not say much, there will be many other versions that might only change the position of the cryptoweekly version. Those on the list have worked quite hard with their potential. So I don't think it's feasible to discuss the strengths and weaknesses of those who have made a sizeable contribution to cryptocurrency yes, let's just call satoshi as the creator of bitcoin and vital as the founder of etherum. but I also cannot rule out the role of all of us here. Even though we don't play a big role in the market volume, at least our value is small but a large number of us really helps the market to continue to grow and develop new projects. we actually also have influence here.

Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: $100 million worth of ETH?
|
on: December 16, 2019, 02:20:47 PM
|
At the peak of the market during the massive bull run of 2017, the Ethereum Foundation liquidated 70,000 ETH. Ethereum co-founder Vitalik Buterin convinced the foundation to sell at that time.
The price of ETH peaked at $1,400 during January of 2018, which would have netted approximately $100 million from the sale. Buterin also disclosed a personal sale of 30,000 ETH at the same time.Full news hereHoly smokes! Now this is why their projects can keep up for a very long while. To me, it was a wise decision for them to liquidate their ETH when it reaches its all-time high back then. Even the “extraordinary terrestrial” himself, Vitalik Buterin, sold his personal 30,000 ETH. I just wish it was 2017 all over again, when we could have sold some ETH and other tokens during the big bull run. However, I honestly think that it will not repeat ever again because the market has matured already. Good for them. Well done! You are talking about the past but you are doubting the future of crypto currencies, I completely disagree with your statement that it will not repeat ever again. Market is like up and down while it continue to dominate it's top price in every peak of the market therefore in the coming peak of the market there is a big chance that we can see an increase of price that are more than compare to the peak price of 2017-2018. The Eth founder and it's team have their own reasons why they decided to sell those amounts of holding that they have and there is a big chance that they will buy it back once the market will start to move upward again. if you look at etherum liquidity in the market, we don't need to hesitate anymore. yes, I am among those who believe in the events of 2017 and early 2018 will be repeated again. all we need to do is buy it now and save it, who knows if the etherum foundation will liquidate again even reaching 100 million, and prices can pump up to $ 10,000. we can only wait for what happens and think positive.

Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: May Altcoin have chance to rally even if Bitcoin dominance is below 70%?
|
on: December 15, 2019, 01:38:54 PM
|
Altcoins rally is ready to launch, the only thing that we are waiting for is the reduction of BTC dominance and the problem is that nobody knows when it is going to happen. It may be on the 23rd after the Bakkt launch or even in 2020.
I do not think that there can ever be a decrease in interest in bitcoin. And if Ethereum will grow, it can perfectly do it without bitcoin. but whether you realize it or not, your interest in altcoin depends on bitcoin. it means that market dominance is still crypto, and tends to bitcoin and then continues to altcoin. see how all this happens from year to year, when the bull run always starts with the dominance of bitcoin, then the altcoin market will go up.

Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Will you use an anonymous payment system?
|
on: December 15, 2019, 01:28:18 PM

sometimes this anonymous makes me doubt because it's prone to fraud if the transaction is p2p. indeed, so far using crypto is very safe and I did not find a problem, and if memnag you mean is crypto, I agree and want it. but if outside of that, anonymous transactions are very vulnerable, and I prefer third parties or joint accounts.
