1  Economy / Goods / Building Rigs And Selling Contracts - $100 a contract/share get info now! on: April 29, 2013, 02:05:29 AM
Each Rig has 25 shares. It will mine at about 3000Kh/s and cost $100 a share - about 84% of the server will be leased
The remaining 16% will go towards maintenance and power consumption. So each server will have 2500Kh/s divided by 25.
Each contract will last 6 months, at which time you will be given the option of renewal, subject to availability.

1 share = 100Kh/s
2 shares = 200Kh/s
3 shares = 300Kh/s
4 shares = 400Kh/s
5 shares = 500Kh/s
6 shares = 600Kh/s
7 shares = 700Kh/s
8 shares = 800Kh/s
9 shares = 900Kh/s
10 shares = 1000Kh/s
11 shares = 1100Kh/s
12 shares = 1200Kh/s
13 shares = 1300Kh/s
14 shares = 1400Kh/s
15 shares = 1500Kh/s
16 shares = 1600Kh/s
17 shares = 1700Kh/s
18 shares = 1800Kh/s
19 shares = 1900Kh/s
20 shares = 2000Kh/s
21 shares = 2100Kh/s
22 shares = 2200Kh/s
23 shares = 2300Kh/s
24 shares = 2400Kh/s
25 shares = 2500Kh/s

NO DISCOUNTS ON MORE SHARES - We will be offering a 10% Discount to established customers on new contracts and a 20% Discount on contract renewals.

For the initial offering we will be leasing and building 5 LTC Rigs and 5 BTC Rigs. Rigs will be ordered and built within

2  Bitcoin / Mining / Re: mining pools selling their mining rights? on: April 28, 2013, 07:26:31 AM
There are many ways to lower the barrier of entry. Finding these ways is hard. I am trying to work out just such a way, where you can get in for a small amount and build up your investment to a full blown rig, or 2 or 3. The point is even now a small amount can get you far.

The hardest part for anyone no matter at which point they are is scaling. This is why some places are failing to deliver what they should be. Also sometimes I think people get to far ahead of themselves and are unable to deliver because they think they can offer the world. When in reality they are only able to offer part of it.

So a house hold of about 17 2/3%.  What generous odds.
We can up them 11 to 1, if you have objections. We are trying this out. Have some fun see what happens.
5  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Butterflylabs Huge SCAM on: April 25, 2013, 11:12:06 PM
I would also like to add, if you buy now, you are in the back of the orders so you are most likely not going to see yours until sometime in 2013. Let me break that down really quick with some basic assumptions.

$2500 in btc now = 17.24 @$145

If the price goes up to $500 that would be $8620 if $1000 = $17240

Those prices are very real.

I just received an email from them that said they would start shipping in late September or early October.  Haven't they been stringing people out now like this since April of 2012?

Wait so you are talking waiting another 6 months. This company needs to be outed. They are only making money off you there should be no reason it takes this long to get a pre order product.

Wow, so far what i have been getting from people is that there is no point in even thinking of trying to get a BL product... Unless someone can correct my thinking on that....

Your thinking is right. You are only losing money. Once you get this thing. $2500 in BTC you paid back in November could very well be worth $50-100K I doubt you will be able to mine that and make your money back.

I think you should not be posting this here.
8  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Fastest way to get Cash from Bitcoins? on: April 25, 2013, 10:59:47 PM
What is the fastest way to get cash for bitcoins? Bank wire transfer takes 3-5 days.
Paypal takes 3-5 days.
Moneygram is not an option because I don't have government ID.

I am trying to get the money as fast as possible and I'm screwed if I have to wait 3-5 days.

What do I do? Sad
'
Here is an idea, though it is not cash. Use one of those online services and get a Walmart gift card. Print that out take it to your local store and buy a Visa Gift Card with it.

9  Other / Beginners & Help / Would there be interest in a Local Bitcoin Co-op - Meetup Site on: April 25, 2013, 10:56:52 PM
One of the hardest thing about bit coins is not knowing like minded people. I think making a site where you could hold monthly meetups to talk and exchange bitcoins could be a huge plus to the community.

Am I off on this thought?

1. You could find people paying cash for your coins and get to know them. The opposite could also be true

2. Rather than doing public pools you could coordinate local mining pools with people you know. Help people having issues and build relationships

3. You could find people who like to offer things to others and work on building bitcoin services everyone can use.

4. Make friends with people.

I am sure I am missing something here but, any ideas you can chime in.

Bank Wire (not to be confused with ACH they aren't the same thing) can be completed same day, if order confirms prior to 4PM EST.  Orders after 4PM EST, on weekend, or on bank holiday will post to your account the next day.

Just ensure you verify with your bank the proper routing number for incoming wires.  Don't assume the routing number on your checks is also used for wires.  It might be, but it might not.  If you provide correct information and your account can accept an incoming bank wire you can have certified funds (meaning immediately available for withdrawal or use) in your account tomorrow morning.  Wrong routing number, account number, or mismatched name on account can result in long and expensive delays.

Bank Wire = Almost instant transfer, it should take no more the 1 biz day to process

ACH = Basically an electronic check and would take around 2-4 days to clear into your account.

The fees on Wires are high and ACH next to nothing.

Females are not allowed on the internet. The only thing they should be doing is making me my sandwiches in the kitchen.

I would say go used. That is going to be the best route. Also drop the case and get a crate and a box fan.
16  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Butterflylabs Huge SCAM on: April 25, 2013, 10:15:38 PM
I thought about ordering one of these my main issue is the wait time.

Has anyone taken into account the amount Bitcoins are and how much more you could have made when these went on sale. This company if they have this in Bitcoin that you paid for has made a mint off of you.

Lets say you paid for bit coin around Jan before the huge spike.

Then is was around $10USD a Bitcoin - so with that logic lets break down the products they are offering. Then how much you would have if you just sat on BTC and sold them today. These will be estimates and according to the markets avg.

5gh Miner Jan 10th order would have cost you 27.4BTC - at current markets that would = $3973 not $274

25gh Miner Jan 10th order would have cost you 124.9BTC -  at current markets that would = $18110 not $1249

50gh Miner Jan 10th order would have cost you 249.9 -  at current markets that would = $36234 not $2499

This is the main thing that bothers me. Not grant it, you could still get the product and make all that money back but they are sitting on a huge amount of money and have made way more off you. No one seems to mention or see this and it leaves me baffled

* side note, that current rate I used was today $145, if they had sells when it spiked to $200 or higher that would be much much more.

I do not think they are a scam, I just think doing a preorder of this nature is stupid.

17  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: And... CRASH! on: April 25, 2013, 09:47:26 PM
Bitcoin likes to jump around I would hardly call that a CRASH, the instability is not a huge deal. I think Bitcoin will never drop below $100USD again if that low for sure never $90. The market is just getting to big and there are way to many people in it for it to go that low. Of course there are going to be huge drops and huge up swings you just need to ride the waves at the right time and not be greedy?
18  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: LTC.WINCOIN.COM - Newest LTC Mining Pool with SMS Notifications and Graphics on: April 25, 2013, 09:42:08 PM
I would think the fee is rather high. If you would like to get users then I suggest having a no fee base for at least the first week or so. Maybe have it increase slowly overtime.
19  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Best site to buy bitcoins? on: April 17, 2013, 09:40:51 PM
For sure it depends on what payment methods you can use. As posted before I used VirWox and was very happy with. Downside there is for sure, that you first have to change it in Linden Dollar. But you can use paysafecard, Ukash and Paypal, so I think the higher fees are worth it.

the only thing that sucked with them is that I had to wait almost 36 hours to have my bitcoins processed. In that time they dropped to lower numbers and it semi bothered me.
20  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: New BTC Gambling Service? What would you want? on: April 17, 2013, 09:38:26 PM
Add me on Skype Adv3rtK1ngz   the 3 = e and the 1 =i last thing I want is that to be out there.

I have a few ideas we could maybe work together somehow. I could do the marketing who knows.
