1021  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Where would you like to see Bitcoin accepted? on: May 09, 2019, 11:51:36 AM
I like shopping online. I like to see more e-commerce shop to accept bitcoin as their payment. I'm buying more bitcoins and the cards I have, does not have a currency of my country. So it's empty. Looking forward to see bitcoin used by online shopping.
1022  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: how to transfer bitcoin core (from bitcoin wallet) to electrum wallet ? on: May 09, 2019, 11:26:45 AM
now the question is, how to export my private key from bitcoin wallet to electrum?
I didn't find any export or import options in both app.
If you have an account log ined on your Electrum wallet, simply log in on that account and hit "Ctrl + N" button. It will direct you to create a new wallet. Choose the name of that wallet.

After that, it will direct you to this.

Just click the radio button for Import address or private keys. And import your private key. If you will try to export the private keys, you will get lots of private keys first. Just find the pair of your own address. Goodluck!

-BTC Cash (BCH)
-BTC Core (BTC) > i have funds on this one.
.....
Did I miss something ?
Yes you missed something. If you will send your Bitcoin Cash on your Btc wallet you will say goodbye to it. Don't send your BCH to your BTC wallet.
1023  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2019 NBA Season on: May 09, 2019, 07:04:02 AM
It will be hard for the Warriors to win on the road without Durant.
AFAIK, Curry and Thompson is not 100% yet and Durant was their best scorer, Rockets will bounce back and will force a game 7.
They we're able to pull a win today so maybe KD being sidelined will have a small impact but not enough for Houston to win the next 2 games.

I placed my bet on Golden State Warriors today. GSW won but I still lost. At first I was thinking that its a system error but upon looking at the bet slip, it does say straight bet but -5.5  for GSW Embarrassed
Maybe you placed your bet while the game is running. This usually happens when you place your bet and the game is currently on going. I'm also a victim of this on sportsbet. I did not realize I was voting for a -6.5 on Cleaveland Cavaliers.
1024  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Binance Has Been Hacked - Lost 7,074 BTC on: May 09, 2019, 06:55:18 AM
From the same link you posted above:

Quote
Binance will use the #SAFU fund to cover this incident in full. No user funds will be affected.
I am hearing this word SAFU and I don't actually know its meaning. Is it just safe or is there a meaning behind that?
Having funds safe on this exchange, means that even though it become vulnerable to hacks, the funds of users still survives. This change my idea on that exchange.
1025  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Do we really know how to trade? on: May 09, 2019, 04:42:04 AM
Those articles are too complicated for me to understand hahaha
Complicated yet, it is made for us to understand what trading really is. Trading will never be easy to anyone. Even those people that are whales or know to trade since then are failing even though they know TA, some information about the coin itself. That's how trading is, a very complicated thing.
1026  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Do your research before investing in ICOs on: May 08, 2019, 05:53:14 PM
Investments on ICO, different coins, ITO, IEO and any type of investment. YOU SHOULD DYOR. In order for you to become more successful, you should research first before investing. Researching about the project itself might give you a point why you should invest on that. It also answers the question, what is the risk investing on this coin?
1027  Local / Pamilihan / Re: Binance na hack! on: May 08, 2019, 05:14:37 PM
1028  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: I'm so happy to receive a reward on: May 08, 2019, 04:28:20 PM
Couple of days i always recieve a reward for other bounties and other ways to earn in crypto that tokens giving to me. But in past days its no use and not profitable because lot of them has no price and different ico projects get scammed.
Bounties have been instrumental in enabling you make some passive income. This is a good way to bootstrap in crypto business. But being rational, you should think about how bullish the market is right now and not to participate in such kind of market and let go the profits is just insane. Having said that, it is most desired to speculate in some coins with the money you have made in bounty campaigns.
Bounties are passive income? If I'm not mistaken passive income are like an investment. It means that you are not doing anything but the money you sacrificed are growing without you doing anything. That's how passive income works. In bounty, you need to do something before you earn.
1029  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Binance hacked. How can this affect altcoin market? on: May 08, 2019, 03:51:12 PM
Actually it does not. A scenario that is less expected on my part. Since, when there is an exchange that is hacked, the price of different coins especially bitcoin is going down. Unlike this one, 7000 BTC was stolen but the price did not go down IDK why.
1030  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Binance hacked. 7000 BTC stolen. on: May 08, 2019, 03:15:18 PM
This is what bothers me when I'm being told that cryptocurrency is safe within the wallet of the exchange. Well technically with the news that creeps out, it is not. This is the first time I heard binance was hacked and 7000 BTC is pretty much nothing compare on their income. I think it's just 2% of their BTCs. But, if a big exchange was hacked, how come btcs price did not go down?
1031  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: It's time to buy altcoins on: May 08, 2019, 02:32:09 PM
Gathering of alts is also viable up to this time well, in fact, there could be no time on hoarding it. Everytime is the right time to hold any coins and it depends on your position in profiting. Probably the best alts to hold right now are BNB, TRX, ETH and ETC. That's my pick.
1032  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Will You Advise Newbies To Enter Bitcoin Now? on: May 08, 2019, 01:51:35 PM
Yes and no. Yes because base on what statement you presented, bitcoin is gaining price again and will create a high price this year. Gaining a good price makes cryptocurrency market gain another investor from different parts of the world. No,  because anytime you can really enter the market. But it's up on your own risk if you wanted to enter now or later.
1033  Local / Pamilihan / Re: Ang tatlong kinikilalang Major Bitcoin Platforms sa Pilipinas on: May 08, 2019, 12:00:23 PM
I’ll add it or create some tutorial para sa madaming mapagpilian ang mga newbie ng mga bitcoin wallet Grin
Oo tama yan. And sa pagkakaalam ko, about dun sa abra na wallet, hindi lang bitcoin ang pwede mong ilagay dun so ayos talaga yan. Madaming crypto dun as I've heard, narinig ko lang kase di naman ako gumagamit ng wallet na yan.
1034  Local / Pamilihan / Re: Ang tatlong kinikilalang Major Bitcoin Platforms sa Pilipinas on: May 07, 2019, 07:41:55 PM
For me eto talaga yung most successful and most effective platform for all Filipino.

Sa op, how about abra? Ang alam ko may mga filipino din na gumagamit nun e.

1036  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: what do u think will happen 100 years or 1000 years from now on: April 22, 2019, 05:22:06 PM

In 20 years, people will either be saying “Remember when you could buy bitcoin for only 3500?” or “Remember when everyone lost their minds and spent millions on useless internet money?”

One day cryptos might boom in such a way that basically everyone who didn't invest in them will become poor
A nice open ending you got there. At first when I read those phrases of the two possible endings of bitcoin, I struck my head because I was overthinking that hard. Even though I overthought just now, I'm more certain that bitcoin will be our future and I'm very optimistic on what I'm doing.
1037  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Learning to trade on: April 22, 2019, 05:07:11 PM
I have been learning how to trade btc and altcoins by myself and having my experiences. I read online articles on trading signals and what to watch out for.  I've made some profits and lost a good deal.  Good thing I started with very little capital. Right now everything looks so negative especially as btc went so bearish.

I need advice on how to improve my trading because I really want to do this Angry
Bitcoin is bearish up to this point. But it is not a problem. Because bitcoin will always go up. What you need to do in improving your trading is just hodl your bitcoin until you make awesome profits.

Probably, study more the market history. You might know that hodling is the key in cryptocurrency.
1038  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is Binance Chain a treat to Ethereum? on: April 22, 2019, 01:59:09 PM
First of it is not treat, it should be a threat to Ethereum. It could create misleading to readers.

Binance is having a good reputation and without question but Ethereum made a great chain many years ago. And binance will just start tomorrow as far as the OP is concern. Binance could do it but it could be needing time as ETH built its glory.
1039  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: How to keep your funds secured? on: April 22, 2019, 01:42:34 PM
Im quite new to crypto so i wanted to know what exchanges do you use and i'd be grateful for advises on security. I currently keep my crypto on localbitcoins but it recently got hacked to im concerned for my money. I want to move it somewhere safe but still be able to make trades without much fuss. Im still learning to trade but im pretty serious about it. Can you recommend me a good exchange that hasn't been hacked yet?
I am using Binance, bittrex as a secured exchange. It is very secured. I am using these exchanges even when it was 2017. By that time, I didn't have any problems regarding those exchanges. And if I may add, Yobit is one of the exchange I use. This forum is telling everybody about this exchange is scam but whenever I got coins from airdrop, this is where I sell my coins and there were no problems. Go on your own risk.
1040  Economy / Speculation / Re: Are you now going to hold when the market is red? on: April 22, 2019, 11:13:21 AM
This is what I'm always doing when the market is red. I kept on holding my coins especially bitcoin. But if the coin is not bitcoin or a coin that is just a shitcoin, I will sell all of it or just cut loss. Even though I lost a lot, I think it's better if you don't lose more than losing what you lost knowing that, that coin might continue drooling down.
