I think we need to know a more accurate update on Sphere's current users to date. I would assume it will have surpassed the 200k users range now?  I am not sure, wasn't the 200k user on their website but active app user around 40k I think? Correct me if I am wrong. They should probably update this information, since the number of current users is very relevant and now I couldn't even find 200k number anywhere. Their website says more than 500k users on website but there's nowhere the more important information how many actually use the app. If that is the case, then I think Sphere has been enjoying new users to its platform. I hope it can gain more users on the course of its development. When I look at the Android app on the Play Store it says 10k downloads which is not much. don't they have users on IOS as well? can those users make up the difference. Play Store only displays a range for downloads, in this case 10.000 – 50.000. For IOS there is no info currently. The total number of users is 40k for the mobile app, these figures were posted last month on 7th February by Sphere_Official. Is there DAU and MAU data ? We need more marketing activities to increase the number of active users. build a active community the number of users actually active is important for a project of the kind, only one day left to the end of the second round the bonus is really good i would be tempted to invest but i still have not figured out whether or not is needed kyc? |

Once again, this platform will not be a subscription model, it will be more like pay per watch.
I think this will be more efficient for people who use the platform for only 1 - 2 hours per day.
It should have lots of options for every kind of user. Pay per view and weekly monthly yearly and even for weekends subscriptions. Maybe they will add such subscription models later? But for the pay per view model. It would be cool if you could get packages like for example for tv shows so that you can get a discount if you would buy the whole show at once. I'm really curious how the model will work with series, because I think all other similar streaming platforms usually have subscription models. With series pay per view would be cumbersome and wouldn't make much sense in my opinion, maybe you can subscribe for a whole season. I think that is something you can find out about in the blockchain later. See what people watched and what they are willing to pay on and what not. And then make packages to get the customer what he wants and a little bit more to get him to subscribe to another package, if that "little bit more" gets the customer into it. That's an interesting idea, but to make a good package they would need some statistics, research and time. It can be surely done later, but for the beginning they need something simpler. I also think that it would be inconvenient if you had to make 12 purchases for a 12 episode series. They could simply offer to buy individual episodes or the whole season. It shouldn't be too complicated to implement on the tech side. i think the video on demand solution, pay for content is the best, for what concerns the long series should offer both options to buy the single episodes or the whole series |

You should have some inclination to medicine in order to fully understand the white paper, but if you can grasp what the project is trying to achieve such as being a collection of medical records that can determine cure to common illness.
Its normal with most of the projects, you need some existing knowledge to completely understand them since they can be quite specific and i think eHealth is still quite easy to understand compared to some other ones. The main idea of the project is easy to understand, but I think they should try to make marketing (wp, videos, ..) easier to reach as many people as possible. They definitely need some really good videos which explains the whole concept. I guess for quite some people seeing the sheer volume of the white paper is discouraging and they don't bother to pay attention to the the project. They are uploading from time to time videos on their YT channel but they are more about the basics, not the content of the whitepaper explained. I hope they will upload something more in detail in the near future. It would help potential investors understanding the project more in detail from time to time they load some basic videos, they would need more specific videos, in-depth where both the whitepaper and the project are explained in detail, maybe even a short version of the whitepaper would be needed |

Yes, this stage is for participant who are ready to invest 200+ ETH. It doesn't really say what the price is or if you get a discount, because I believe such deals are negotiated privately. If you can afford to invest such an amount, you should contact the team directly. I'm trying to figure out if putting a minimum of 200 ETH as investment is better than to allow smaller investments... less investment needed = more participants.. possible faster way to reach the required target. on the other hand, minimum investment like 200 ETH does up the counter in a faster way. I'm in between for this one At least there will be only a small chance that those investors will dump their token as soon they hit exchanges. Or at least this is what I would do if I decide to invest 200+ ETH, only for long term (which I don't have btw  ) But they will have smaller minimum investments for later stages of the ICO, right? So everyone who wants to invest would get a chance, not just whales. Of course, everyone is going to be able to easily participate in our ICO through are website. I guess within the next weeks we will be able to see videos of some more team members. Although their videos aren't the most fanciest I actually like them and the chance to get to know the team a bit, like their motivation or their field of work. The more we know about the team members especially through the videos, the more confidence we will get. That is good for the future of ehealth project. Yeah, promotional stuff is really necessary. They should aggressively work on the marketing department. marketing is vital for any project to get of the ground. especially for this one with such a long roadmap. They have a long roadmap, meanwhile they are planing big , and is very laid back in marketing.. it seems I have never found information like marketing will be organized after the conduct of the ICO. After all, the most important thing is that the project has not lost the interest of investors before the launch of the platform! marketing needs to be done pre-ICO and after the product is ready. that how you achieve success. i think marketing serves in every phase of a project as private round, pre-ico, ico can always lead people to be interested at the project and become a potential investor, the translation of the whitepaper in more languages is very important in my opinion |

I think its not really hard to find a community manager or a person to do such things, they can even promise their tokens if they don't have enough BTC/ETH/fiat. They could even run a potential community manager through one of their AI algorithms to verify that they are a trustworthy community manager... There are several experienced alternatives in bitcointalk forum, if devs want success in their project, I think they should hire an experienced community manager. yes maybe it would be the best solution, if they(team) are too busy to follow the forum, take/hire a community manager that updates users with the latest developments |

all this subtitles idea is lame, I think even the project is highly in speculation mode. Not a fail safe program
I don't think its lame, because not everybody have to know english, or if i like see a spanish series(like la casa de papel, a must watch) what should i do besides subtitles? So we need somebody to translate it fast and cheap. there comes the bounty idea. I too don't think that the subtitles idea is lame, I have understood all the Korean series with their subtitles. I would have not got every a word if it wasn't for subtitles. Subtitle will help us to understand the storyline of a movie. Without it, many people can only guess the flow through body language alone and sometimes could lead to misinterpretation. i think subtitles are essential to understand the plot of a film especially for people who do not speak english, i think the prices of the contents will vary from country to country and will be well studied before the launch |
