1  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Should we red tag and create a flag for ICO bounty managers that do not escrow on: October 31, 2020, 02:33:26 PM
I mean for what? We are muatualism in the bounty industry in my opinions. they take the job and we do our job as well. Most importantly need to due dilligence first, this is very important. and i'll glad to join bounty with escrow, but make red tag isn't necessary if they don't cheat, imo
2  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why do some people stop their crypto project? on: October 30, 2020, 07:44:52 AM
There are different reasons why a project can stop working

1. They simply run out of fund.
2. They failed to meet their target ( they would refund investors if they are real project.
3. They exit scam
4. They have no reason to carry on because investors don't have interest, meaning there will be more lower volumes day by day and they can't come up with new ideas.
Sad when they have very good technology but they run out of fund and no one interested because there's no marketing. i hope that there's some way for good projects to get more awareness even they have only little budget for marketing
3  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Time to call the people into crypto on: October 30, 2020, 07:43:03 AM
Do not call people into crypto without proper analysis been pass into them, tell them about the risks involved because it's certain that at a point in time they will lose money, believe me there are many people in this world today that don't want to take risks, there are some who can't even stand losing money, do the right thing and know where you stand
Agree with you, a lot of people expecting to get quick bucks when they first join crypto. there's also a lot of risk in this crypto, especially because it's very fluctuative, so people need to understand first
4  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin Vs Altcoin on: October 30, 2020, 07:40:34 AM
btc or altcoin all carry the same risks. differences in price occur because of differences in coin supply and interest demand. altcoin features are even more complete than btc. but never mind, because BTC is not bad. so choose coins according to your needs and abilities.
If it's investement, i'll preffer bitcoin. not say that altcoin are bad, but need more comperhensive research to invest on altcoins. it's also will depends on your strategy how you invest and how you make a profit
5  Economy / Speculation / Re: Will 2017/2018 Bullrun repeat in 2021? on: October 29, 2020, 03:24:25 PM
Yes, im optimistic and positive that the 2017 - 2018 bullrun will repeat itself nexf year because more and more big companies will enter into cryptocurrency just what like paypal did.
This is also one of the some factors, ofcourse big company that join with bitcoin and another crypto will be huge boost for the bull run. i think we can expect more longer bull trend from 2021 than from 2017
6  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Which coin do you think will become next Ethereum? on: October 29, 2020, 03:20:39 PM
I don't think there will be any new coins that the same like ethereum. ethereum gaining momentum with bitcoin, not saying that all coins not same, but ethereum more like become big foundation in this blockchain space
7  Economy / Speculation / Re: Are we back to the bull market? on: October 29, 2020, 03:16:53 PM
If you do not believe to the bull market will not happens is your choice , I think now we are in the bullish and only 8k dollars and we will reach again the 20k dollars per 1 bitcoin.

Im not over confident to the bitcoin or to the bull market but I know it happen already right now maybe for others it will not happen because they did not see the ATH but there is no need to wait because of what we see is a proof
Bitcoin definitely gaining momentum right now, after paypal, there's huge step for the bull market. Some experts also already predict that 2021 will be lot more same but slightly different like 2017
8  Economy / Speculation / Re: BTC can reach $ 20000 after PayPal, Venmo accept payments in BTC, ETH? on: October 25, 2020, 03:22:39 PM
We heard that good news and we finally reach the level of $13k which I hope that bitcoin will sustain its momentum until the end of the year so we finally see $20k mark again. Maybe, after the US election or the revelation of winners next year, cryptomarket will soar higher as many expects this one to happen. More good news to come and hold more to enjoy the future pump with Bitcoin, its about to recover big time.
The news Paypal accepting Bitcoin indeed making the price of Bitcoin soar to $ 13k, but I believe this is a start where Crypto prices will return to a Bullish trend. Many people also say that a year after Halving the Crypto price will be in a Bullish trend, and 2021 will be the year of the bullish crypto trend. I believe it.
I think bitcoin can reach $20k in this year (around december) just like back then in 2017. and there will be more to come, and like you said, i think this is different from 2018 when the trend is down, but the 2021 will be up
9  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Newbie thoughts about altcoin investments. on: October 24, 2020, 01:04:56 PM
Altcoin investment is guaranteed to be riskier than bitcoin investment. New projects fail and even some projects who were able to survive has no assurance that it will remain stable. Only a few survive the market and even those who are on the top took years before they become established. Investing in crypto is a gamble, and it may take years and a lot of patience before you can find a good project to invest in.
There will be always risk, but if you really can find sickas projects i think it will be for longterm, but ngl that most of the projects today only last for 1 year, not really sure why that's happens even with big team
10  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Do you really use alts for the purpose they're supposedly created for? on: October 24, 2020, 01:03:08 PM
I actually don't use altcoins for it's purpose to be honest. The only coin I am actually using for it's purpose is Bitcoin. Altcoins for me are just an alternative choice of cheap investment. Maybe I am not the one who did something like this but I don't know, maybe majority of the people who involve in cryptocurrency are into it. Altcoins works best on trading for some people. But one thing is for sure, some people don't.
Me too, as an investments, yes. but not for specific purposes as for privacy or something like that. maybe some altcoins really have good technology like cardano and litecoins but for me it's better for just investment
11  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Do you trust USDT? on: October 24, 2020, 12:59:44 PM
I mean why not? they already big and estabislished, it's also respected stablecoin, so i think there's no way that it will be turn into shitcoin or something like that. tether is most also most used stablecoins so far
12  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Which coin do you trust, BNB or ETH? on: October 23, 2020, 01:14:37 PM
I believe Ethereum is more independent and decentralized than BNB. Then, to date, the largest number of the most promising projects are concentrated on the erc20 platform, and after the Ethereum 2.0 update and staking capabilities, ETH will have even more advantages over other platforms. But I agree with other cryptocurrency users that the best way out for everyone is to invest not only in Ethereum, but also in other cryptocurrencies, including BNB.
Very nice, for me ethereum also more superior. and maybe we should not compare there 2 coins since ethereum and bnb have very different function on their own. but as for portofolios/investments, that's okay
13  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: bitcoin and altcoins bull run every 4years. how many years already? 🐂🐃🦈 on: October 23, 2020, 01:10:04 PM
I'm personally of the opinion that we could have the next bull run to start from this year and extend to next year. We witnessed a substantial increase in the value of Bitcoin towards the end of the year 2017 and it extended to early part of year 2018. We could have similar scenario this year. I understand that the year may seem to calm to mark another significant increase, but it's possible.
Agree, we have paypal a few days ago and i belive that another major patform will be following paypal for integrating bitcoin as their payment optional. the bull run momentum seems already seen
14  Economy / Speculation / Re: BTC can reach $ 20000 after PayPal, Venmo accept payments in BTC, ETH? on: October 23, 2020, 01:08:20 PM
It's just me or i think bitcoin will hit $20,000 seems quite easy, atleast it will happens early on next year. and after this other major platform or brand will be following for integrating bitcoin, it will make bitcoin soaring even more
15  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Does Signature campaign increase ICO credibility? I see few good ICOs recently on: October 22, 2020, 01:21:37 PM
i think signature campaign used as marketing tool in bitcointalk forum or other cryptocurrency forum. in my opinion its  have no correlation with ICO credibility , except they managed by most reputable bounty manager and also required high qualification for each participants. quality and finance ability in paying bounty campaign will increase project credibility.
Correct, signature is one of the best way for marketing but not to boost the credibility since eveyrones can participate (most of them). How to increase credibility is making good partnership with wellknown platform or have great team member
16  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How do you determine if an altcoin is worth investing in? on: October 22, 2020, 01:19:28 PM
We can't predict the reality of the altcoin market. In anytime the coin could grow high as well as fall low in value. It is always good to invest on altcoins that have got a minimum viable product backing. Altcoins backed by large networks that are already well established in the global market. For example BTT which was the product of torrent have already known and the early investors gained good return within weeks.
That's true that making estabilished business partnership are very important, but if some projects introduce new protocol/platform with better solutions and inovations, also if the team is capable of that technology, that's also good. so for me the team aslo very important to determine it
17  Other / Meta / Re: Proof of Authentication Posts are life savings on this forum on: October 22, 2020, 01:16:13 PM
That's correct, a lot of new member that doesn't fit the minimum requirements sometimes steal high rank profile link member to get join the bounty. Hope that there's better structure to prevent spam without POA, but so far POA is the best way to avoid it
18  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: ARE ICOS STILL LEGIT? on: October 17, 2020, 12:59:23 PM
not even some ico maybe there is better than ieo.
actually most Ico and Ieo have in common, namely projects whose releases mostly fail and don't last long.
but ieo is a little more desirable because there is an exchange that guarantees the token is listed and in the future it will be the same as ico if the project is bad it will not last long.
Actually there's also a lot of ICO projects that still exist until today. this is not about the fundraising model, but this is about the projects, whether they will do the projects properly or not, or they just want to get easy money, we don't know as well. but when it comes to projects that really legit and genuine, they will set timeline, making it transperan for their supporter and deliver their product.
19  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: New Altcoins That Suddenly Make the Top 25 Marketcap List? on: October 17, 2020, 12:55:08 PM
To be honest i also don't know about their algorthm (talking about cmc), but maybe some of the indicators like 24h volume, projects developments, partnership also the trend will make the chance to get into top 25 or top 10 more easier.
20  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: My take on DeFi bounties on: October 16, 2020, 03:20:47 PM
I think tha's not true if you say 99%, i saw some of them is legit, but again ofcourse a lot of people that trying to scam will always hiding behind the trends to get attention so they can get chance to scam
