424  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: Qora | 100% POS | Assets | Names | Voting | Open Source on: December 27, 2014, 03:25:57 PM
I've never liked Bter and I just can't trust Polo.  I don't know why but there is something about them I'm just jot comfortable with.  We need to try and get Qora on cryptsy.  They have a coin vote page and Qora has never had a lot of love.  Google "Cryptsy Vote" And you should be able to find the page.
why not Bter?
I think it is OK and popular in China,
I think cryptsy is not safe.
425  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] [PMP] PreminePlus Launch ~ New Features! ~ Oct Signup Free Distribution! on: December 27, 2014, 03:23:10 PM
hi, guys, how is going for PMP,
the distribution still go on ?  It seems something happened to the dev team.
PMP is doing fine. 4 out of 6 giveaways are completed, just open your wallet and check that new coins have arrived recently.
Two more giveaways are coming soon. We are working hard to bring some new developments, expect news soon.

THANK YOU FOR THAT!
wonderful for some new developments, can't wait.

Actually I trust bitsta though I am still confusing why there are so many many delays.

Me too - the working paper he released at the start of all this read like it was written by a capable developer with serious intentions. You don't think of Austrians/Germans as being scammers. I'm still hopeful that he'll pleasantly surprise all of us skeptics and deliver something wonderful by next Thursday, January 1, 2015. Go, bitsa/collegestudent!

+1

ROOT in Bittrex:

This market is in danger of de-listing due to low trade volume and lack of user interest. It may be removed on January 2nd unless the average daily trade volume for the last 7 days exceeds 0.2 BTC.

i see some volume is being generated so a delisting will be avoided.

bitsta  should show something for those doubts for this project,
even some outcome to present here, it is welcome.

Grin  2015 is our year. hold tight!

434  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] Syscoin - Business on the Blockchain on: December 26, 2014, 01:48:51 AM
Hello All,

just a quick message from me wishing all you Syscoiners a most happy holiday season!  Also I wanted to let you all know that while I haven't been posting on BCT lately, I am nonetheless still here and still very much active with Syscoin!  This year, after a tough last quarter, is ending on an extremely positive note (I can't say much more than that at the moment due to legal restrictions) and I am really looking forward to 2015 and all the exciting possibilities ahead for Syscoin.

All the best to you and yours for the holidays, and stay tuned! We've got some excitig stuff planned for Syscoin after the New Year.

Best to you all,

Coderboo
Merry Christmas!
still believe in syscoin.
435  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: Qora | 100% POS | Assets | Names | Voting | Open Source December 9 on: December 26, 2014, 01:44:58 AM
Bitcoin has a huge network effect that we can't compare to us. Nxt has a bigger network effect and more features.

Thanks for the insight. I too want Qora to succeed. How can this happen? For one, this means a successful network is a must. One of the main reasons Qora is unstable is because of the lack of a strong network. Forging is not profitable so people will only support the network if they are interested in making Qora succeed, not for profit. NHZ offers node rewards and they have over 4K nodes. I suggest we think about how to increase the number of nodes. Crypto is a network and without a good one, it will be difficult for Qora to succeed long term.  Features will come, esp with AT, but the network node numbers must increase at first.

I believe Qora once had a node reward program where you would get about 1,000 QORA for running a node. Not sure if it's still running anymore though.
anyone are running a node.
it is important for us.

Merry XMAS. Smiley

Yep, the holidays delayed it a little bit. We have v0.1.9 in testing, the newest version got send to Sebastian today/yesterday night. Dunno when he has time to check it for all the obvious things, but then Barie&Karmacoma from the IRC can test it.
thank you for little update in Christmas.

Put up a 4.8 BTC buy wall. The price should stay at this ratio for now. Smiley
good job, the price shouldn't be so low.

CryptiKit Update - Simple & easy Crypti node deployment and management.

Hello Everyone! Smiley

This update coincides with the release of Crypti 0.1.8. The latest version of Crypti adds some welcome stability, quicker load times and more responsive node queries; which all contribute to making node deployment using CryptiKit a more pleasant experience.

Please download here: https://github.com/karmacoma/cryptikit/releases/tag/v1.7.3

If you don't know about CryptiKit and what it can do already, please read here:

I release regular updates to maintain momentum so if you need to catch up, please read the Changelog:

Changelog

Updates

  • Updated crypti node to latest version: 0.1.8
  • Adding environment option to config.yml
    • 'live' will deploy nodes onto the live blockchain using port 6040
    • 'test' will deploy nodes onto the test blockchain using port 7040

Bug Fixes

  • Improved error handling when adding public ssh key to servers
    • Gracefully handling host key verification failures
    • Gracefully handling authentication failures
  • Escaping all known reserved characters when saving passphrase to config
  • Ensuring json responses are successful rather than merely populated

Cheers, Smiley Karmacoma24.

Dev missing
Run away Smiley

We've stuck here through much worse trolls than you.

Despite all of the setbacks and struggles we have faced, we sure as hell aren't running away.

Look, you can say we are incompetent, incapable, or question our ability to deliver and that is your right and I wouldn't necessarily blame you. I would probably be doing the same thing if I were in your shoes. We have lost the benefit of the doubt in regards to some sense of faith in us at this point due to the delays.

What I hope no one here questions is our intentions, that we plan to build what we said we would, and we will continue to move, adapt, and do whatever it takes to get there. We aren't giving up nor are we running away.

We also aren't hiding from the fact that it has been slow moving and a very difficult road so far. I promise you that we are all pushing and adapting this organization to be more successful, to fix the problems, and to start showing progress.

The reason I haven't yet posted an update from the weekend is because we are focused on testing the current release and trying to get it out. We acknowledge that actions speak louder and we want to speak by showing a change in operating procedure, a more refined process of releases, and a better sense of progress.

Great but the progress is too slow.... Sad

We agree. Things are getting much more tight and organized and the new dev and Boris together are making great progress. The fully optimized version is coming along great but we will still release the interim partially optimized version in the meantime. It is in testing with our QA team now.
thanks for the update ,and  also I'd like the dev team to make the process quicker.
