anyone using RX Vega Frontier Edition with Cast XMR ? Is it supported? Hard to find VEGA's in Canada right now, looking to buy the FE instead.

works fine on MiningPoolHub (MPH)

cast_xmr-vega -S us-east.cryptonight-hub.miningpoolhub.com:20580 -u username.worker -p x %*

use -O flag to set your GPU platform (0, 1, 2, for Intel, Nvidia, AMD; varies depending on which gpus you have installed. I have all 3 in my computer, and use -O2)
use -G flag to set your GPU device (exemple: -G0,1 0,1,2,3,4,5,6, etc)

Yes, using the ccminer_cuda9.exe from here  https://github.com/djm34/ccminer-msvc2015/releases/

Thanks for everyone's help regarding Zcoin. I have been able to mine it with my 4x 1080Ti at 11MHs+ pool-side for the last 12h. I think I finally found the right version of ccminer :-) t

Guys how to $ you are earning per card currently?

Last 2 days, I was getting 0.40 mbtc per card @75% TDP stock on zpool using nemosminer 2.2 and same thing using sniffdog 2.3 on Zpool+Hashrefinery+Ahashpool

I switched to MPH and am mining monacoin directly using CCminer. It's been even worst because I can't get the pool hashrate to match my ccminer hashrate. I'm trying different versions of ccminer...

I'm about to swtich to Winminer or Nicehash, getting really poor returns with usual mining tools

0.40 milli btc means $2.3.
$2.3 per card is very bad you should expect minimum $3 per card.
Better to mine zcoin currently giving profits $3.5- $4

Which pool are you using to mine Zcoin?
I can't seem to get more than 75% of ccminer's reported hashrate to be accepted by MiningPoolHub.
I tried Ccminer 2.2, 2.2.1, 2.2.2 and the djm34 v0.2.1.

Does anyone have any tips to help me improve my returns ? Can anyone check my math?

Here are my stats:
https://imgur.com/a/Olkf7

I've been mining Monacoin continuously for 18h using 4x 1080Ti @ 75%TDP, no overclock (257 MHs)

This should net me around 3 MONA coins for 24h according to mining calculator https://whattomine.com/coins/148-mona-lyra2rev2?utf8=%E2%9C%93&hr=257000.0&p=0.0&fee=2&cost=0.1&hcost=0.0&commit=Calculate

So far, I've received 1.5 MONA over 18h, so this comes up to 2 MONA /24h, about 50% less than estimated.

I understand that the calculator may be flawed, and that there is luck involved, but the pool stats seem to say the luck has been good during last 24h.

What really worries me, is the hashrate over the last 18h, as seen by the blue graph, never got close to the 257MHs reported by my miner (peaks at 181 MHs).

I don't have any reject shares and ccminer seams to have accepted 4964/4965 shares over the last 18h.

What can I do to improve my returns ?

Is -50% return compared to estimates normal ?
How can I improve my pool hashrate?

You're not getting 257 MHs on the pool; you are even droping off at some points.

MiningPoolHub can look into it if you are sure that it is running without error the whole time.
Provide the link to the CCMiner binary that you are using and the command options. Also, try a different CCMiner on your machine.

Thanks! This solved my problem. I switched from CCminer Palgin to CCminer 2.2.1 (TPruvotcuda9) and I am now mining at 230 MHs according to mining app and 227 MHs according to the pool.

Yes, create a shortcut of your .bat file, place it on your desktop, and then copy that shortcut into your Startup Folder (in the start menu)

Anyone else experiencing crashes and restarts with Sniffdogminer ? It will reboot my machine every 12-24h. Event Viewer says "The system has rebooted without cleanly shutting down first. This error could be caused if the system stopped responding, crashed, or lost power unexpectedly."

Only happens with Sniffdogminer. It's stable with Nicehash, nemo, and MPM.

Running 4x 1080Ti's on a 1000W EVGA platinum PSU at 75% TDP, no overclock, with 850-950W from the wall.

I'm hoping this is just a temporary glitch, but my zpool BTC wallet page says a payout was made 83 minutes ago, except I didn't receive anything in my coinbase wallet. Anyone else experiencing this ?

To make it easier to compare how everyone is mining with their 1080 Ti, I made a little poll:

### CWI-MINING - CWIGM | POOLS

hi all ...

as many of you are aware - we have been working on the next revision for CWIgm ... a few more bugs to squash and we will have the build ready for the next test ...

in conjunction with the release - we have also setup another two pools to accommodate the algorithms that CWIgm-0.9.9 will have additional to the two algos it already has in CWIgm-0.9.8 ...

the algos contained in - and in addition to are ...

- skunkhash ( current )
- tribus ( current )
- timetravel10 ( CWIgm-0.9.9 )
- jha ( CWIgm-0.9.9 )

the two additional pools to the CWI-Pool system are ...

- CWI-Pool SweepStakeCoin ( active | beta )
- CWI-Pool Magnatum ( active | alpha )

any miner can be used to mine at our pools - and we welcome honest and constructive feedback ... so dont hesitate to setup up an account - setup up workers in the account - and mine ...

most of the basic details are in the menu item of the pool ... from name and ticker symbol - to lodiff and hidiff ports required to mine on stratum.chainworksindustries.com ...

njoi ...

#crysx

Hi there, just wondering any way to download CWIgm-0.9.9 miner application???

Thanks in advanced.

any person that has the Welcome Pack in their private message - will have the link to the beta test download ...

CWIgm-0.9.8 is the only one available - as we are still ironing out bugs in CWIgm-0.9.9 ... but we are close to releasing for testing ...

when we publish that it is available - you only have to look into that link - and the new revision will be there ready for download - which you can double check authenticity when we publish the md5hash to compare to in the CWIgm thread ...

#crysx

may I kindly request to be added to your beta ? I would like to apply to receive a Welcome Pack :-)
17  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: NEMOSMINER multi algo profit switching NVIDIA miner on: July 09, 2017, 01:30:29 PM
I though I would share my profitability for the last 20h using Nicehash 2.0.6 and 2x 1080Ti's at stock settings.
My bat files contains a longer interval and less algos: -interval 3000 -Algorithm lbry,skein,groestl,Nist5,Lyra2RE2,neoscrypt,blake2s

I comes up to 0.00166 BTC / 1080Ti

Also, in the graph, I plotted the values from the balance and total displayed on the zpool wallet page. Notice how it takes about 6 hours for the balance and totals to increase at the same rate.

Is it similar to what other people are seeing?

18  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: NEMOSMINER multi algo profit switching NVIDIA miner on: July 05, 2017, 01:54:25 PM
Hey guys, I currently have my personal PC mining as well and I'm running into an issue where I needed to add a secondary GPU because I'm out of space elsewhere on the rigs however I cannot seem to find the exact command to select the device to use with nemosminer or how to exclude.

I've tried the following.
-d
-device
-di
-exclude

I know somewhere around 360 post the command was added but no syntax or info was given on how to use it. If anyone could help I would greatly appreciate it.

This is not supported on v2 of Nemosminer. Download V1 (see first post) and edit the .bat file. You will see something like 0,1,2,3,4,5,6 at the top of the file, which represents the GPU number.
19  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: NEMOSMINER multi algo profit switching NVIDIA miner on: June 29, 2017, 11:12:10 AM
What kind of profits is everyone seeing with nemosminer ?

I got ~0.0021 BTC/card for my 2 x 1080 Ti's running the last 24h on Zpool at stock speed.

Seeing a lot of rejects as well for equihash. Restarted my miner and now it seems to be ok...
