You need to hire a campaign manager to let the people around here notice your project. they are right to put some images on what you post because lot of ICO's here are catchy in the eyes so you better bring some design on your announcement to attract more people.

Aventus campaing manager is Cloudpost right? on the first page of the bounty thread there is announcement to check the address before Cloudpost send the payment so your friend didn't check on it. did the manager already sent the token to the wrong address? if yes then the problem will is it can't be undone and can't refund what is send so it will be just loss. he should try to contact Cloudpost for more technical details about it.

I don't know if there is free site that you want but there are lot of site that can advertise your own site. if you don't want to pay the you should start making a blog for you site or advertise in on social medias although it will eat a bit of your time but it's worth it.

You could try to contact the support and ask to reset your password including the 2fa and it will be sent on the email you provide on the registration to confirm the changing of password and resetting 2fa.
