I do get excited everyday especially when I see a lot of changes in the market, I usually spend almost 12 hrs a day in crypto space by reading on this forum or making a conversation in crypto related topics via telegram channels.

Bitcoin and Ethereum both have great potential to grow in the future that is why they stay on top 1-5 coin for a longer years, I recommend you to buy both of these coins while its cheap because sooner or later you will regret it once the market recovers.

If the team from the project and bounty manager has not been updating or answering message on their channel then there is only two reason, first they might busy developing the project or bounty manager is still not finish with the work and don't want to answer until its done, second the project turn to be scam and the team is hiding.

There are lot of bounty hunters that quits doing campaign since the bear market started and also there are lot of scam projects created that led for bounty hunters to lost their interest in joining bounty program but the good thing here is bounty hunters are now getting picky on every campaign to avoid those fraud projects.

Sometimes it will be difficult if too many desires are made the main goal if putting high hopes will usually fail. I personally put hope but with things that are not excessive because crypto is uncertain.

I experience the KYC problem on my previous campaigns where some bounty participants don't get their rewards because the documents they submitted was rejected and cannot go through the KYC verification which is uncool for a project since some bounty hunters works hard for it.

Cryptocurrency is known for its decentralization so I think banks will not unite with them although they might use the blockchain technology to integrate on their current system because there are already some companies using it and they get a good results.

I agree since ETH is making some upgrade on their system then there is no doubt that the price will grow in the future but I would suggest to diversify the OP's investment to reduce the risk on a single coin and increases the chance of getting profits by holding different coins.

In every darkest moments there is light so just look on the other bright side of the bearish market because some people are taking advantage of it by buying and holding more of their favorite coins though they never know when the bull market begins but they still believe in this modern technology.

That's what I'm thinking too since they are a registered company in NZ then it would be hard for them if this hack issue turn out to be a scam or fraud though exchange hacking is not new on crypto space because they are one of top list target for hackers.

Yeah! this is the issue on some bounty campaigns I joined before, announcing that they required KYC for every participants on few days of distribution wherein KYC on their website usually take 3-5 days to approve. I'm not against with KYC but I hope any projects out there should discuss this earlier as much as possible.
