141  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][VRM] Verium PoWT Reserve | Commodity | scrypt² | CPU mining on: September 28, 2016, 04:55:45 AM
anyone know how often payouts occur on vrm.cpuminers.com? I haven't had a payout yet even though I've been mining there for 2 days 1000+h/s. There doesn't seem to be any account login on the website...

working fine here...make sure you are running the wallet as admin if using Windows. I encountered different errors with the previous wallet until I figured out that I needed to Run As Administrator.

Any ETA on the Win 64-bit wallet?

How can I get paid out in VRC instead of BTC? It's not really clear on the website as it says a BTC address is mandatory but also mentions that you can be paid out in POS coins, one of which is VRC.

Thanks

Yes, you can get paid in VRC, just set your currency as c=VRC in your password field.

Thanks, I did see that on the website but wasn't sure if I then need to specify a VRC address instead of a BTC address, even though it says that wallet address must be a valid BTC address...

UnionShares | DPOS | for Redeem

Now COMM  could free swap to UnionShares

Please refer to https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1430361.0
What are you going to do with the swapped COMM?
Get comm fans support
you burn them then?
No,unionshares free swap, the reason of we need the wallet.dat just for checking coin quantity

why would anyone send their wallet.dat file...clearly this is a scam.

148  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [UNO] Unobtanium Info & Discussion - Update to 0.10 Wallet - Merge Mine w/BTC! on: March 10, 2016, 04:11:08 AM
Yes, our base hashrate dropped by more than 60%  Undecided

We need to maintain a selection of reliable pools. Whatever reason they had for dropping us we need to make sure that it doesn't continue to be a problem in the future.

For some reason merged coins cause instability in our stratum servers. Not specific to UNO, but it is why we've removed all MM coins from scrypt and sha256 on zpool.

We're working at figuring out why so eventually we hope to add it back on www.zpool.ca

Cheers
Crackfoo, thank you for the explanation. If there's anything in the Uno wallet causing instability for merged mining, send me the long and I'll have it looked at. We'll look forward to having Xpool/Zpool back soon.

We've flipped UNO back on at www.zpool.ca. Will see how it does for this week.

Cheers

Where does it show that UNO is being merge mined? I'm mining BTC on port 3333 but didn't have to input an UNO address anywhere...
149  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [UNO] Unobtanium Info & Discussion - Update to 0.10 Wallet - Merge Mine w/BTC! on: February 29, 2016, 03:34:37 AM
are there any decent pools left to merge mine UNO? Thanks!

There's mmpool.org and https://www.multipool.us/stats.php?curr=uno

I'm not sure about xpool.ca  There was some changes over there recently.  We are always looking for more good pools.

Thanks for the info. mmpool hasn't mined a block in over a month, zpool (used to be xpool) doesn't seem to off Uno any more. So guess I'm left with multipool.us. It looks like hte UNO merge mining is only available on the Bitcoin Classic port, 3345?

please send me the email with my account info from CAvirtex...I have sent 3 requests now as I am unable to login to Kraken since the migration and support is not answering any of my requests. Very poor customer service if you ask me.

ok thanks, is the PoT reward a set amount? If so, it should be fairly easy to find in my transactions list in my wallet. I've been staking solid for 2 months so I'm sure I must have won a few PoT rewards in that time...
153  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][FLT] Fluttercoin Ƹ̵̡Ӝ̵̨̄Ʒ | Proof of Transaction 3.0 | Update v0.7.5.18 on: December 12, 2015, 05:36:27 AM
Same here. Last FlutterShare transaction on 2 December.

Will ask kz status on the free fluttershare.  If you guys would stake some coins, you get lots of proof of transaction which pays a lot more than free fluttershare, just saying.

what's an easy way to see in the wallet if a block reward transaction is from PoT?

ok, i'll monitor it, but I have like 1/9 weight of the Network Weight and still no staking since Nov 7

is stake mining working for anyone since the fork? I haven't staked anything since Nov 7 and I've got plenty to stake. The stake icon says I'll stake in 12 minutes but the 12 minutes comes and goes without generating any stake or attempt to stake...

I've got about 13,000 UTXO's from June - Sep 2015 that do not want to stake...anyone know what may be causing this issue and anyway I can fix it? I don't want to lose the coin age on these. Perhaps there is some wallet fix command I can run or there is a known fix for such an issue?

159  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] BlackCoin (BC) | PoS | No premine | No IPO on: August 21, 2015, 02:53:45 AM
I'm wondering if there is any way to force the staking mechanism to stake certain coin blocks ahead of others, especially when the coins are much older in terms of coin age?

I don't understand why I have many coin blocks (~42,000 coins in total) that last staked between 2 months (June 2015) to 1 year (May 2014), according to what's showing in coin control.  Sad

reservebalance could be used to block larger inputs from staking set it to a value lower then your total balance and only the inputs that fall under the difference between the reserved amount and your total wallet balance will be allowed to stake.
another thing i've noticed is BLK wallet needs to left open longer now to stake, no more "instastaking", have to let it run and node for a bit.  i think this was another improvement that was added to last release so as to reward those that provide better support and protect the network.

the problem is that these 42,000 coins are in multiple different blocks which range from ~1 BLK to 100+BLK so unfortunately reservebalance won't help. Also, when I set the reservebalance, this increases the time to stake since the reserve amount is not counted towards my coin weight. thanks for trying though! You're right that there's no more instastaking though. This was changed in PoS v2 where the coin-age was eliminated from the stake weight calculation. The stake weight is now based on the total amount of mature coins in the wallet. Coin-age still factors in the PoS reward calculation however. I'll pose this question at the subreddit and see if anyone else has any ideas...
