They throw this coin in market to face every kind of situation both worse and appreciated moments. Once it will have seen these difficulties whatever gain will be in its value will last more in my opinion. That is the reason it looks better and holds the price at above $0.03 easily without big efforts. They need long term holders and they will be people with strong nerves not speculators.
I see myself as a strong hodler but when/if this coin hits a big exchange like binance and the price sky rockets im selling them asap! While ravencoin has lead developers, there aren't traditional owners as such that have a large sum of premine sitting there that they can use to pay for a big exchange listing like Binance. So I'm not sure what the best way forward would be to get on multiple large exchange listings. Given community support, ravencoin could get a listing on Binance through their 'community coin of the month' program, whereby coins can get listed at a discount if they receive enough votes from the community for a listing. That would be my suggestion, particularly given it is still a relatively new coin it would definitely fit the criteria. Well Overstock does hold 65 million RVN. However I think that Binance community coin of the month idea is splendid. |

Couldn't agree more. For me, it's simply about clearing up lies told about my person, and nothing more. I don't expect I should have to mention much more (drama wise) beyond this point, it should be handled off-web. Simply put from my position, no more lies, no more dramas. Giving my entire transaction history and last RVN away. Since then I bought an additional 30k from cryptobridge at about 4 cents and I've been gpu mining for about two daydish. I raised roughly a million RVN on my old ANN in the old community fund, and paid out for Nvidia mining software, Unomp software for threeeyed to mitigate it's DDoS issues, and several other campaigns (credit to MTarget for sorting out the translation bounties). 50k still resides in that old community fund, perhaps direct your transparency concerns there. From what I gather it's still unspent due to people continually mining to the address, which is cool, but it should be discussed here on btctalk. Furthermore, the devs rock. Bruce Fenton (who has contributed nothing but his name and some chit chat to this project, like a glorified crypto-Trump, slapping his name on projects he couldn't develop himself) and the other non-developers lording over the project are the people I dislike, but if they stop spinning lies, I'll be over it. Seems like you should be able to do this simply and easily but have failed to do so. I've sat through the long ranting video full of nonsense to try and see your side. Started up with the new Avermore miner and Cryptopool Party. Really like the results I'm getting with both! Anybody knows why the circulating supply on CoinMarketCap is not updating? We're closing in 1.1 billion but CMC is stuck on 1,029,200,182 the pass 2 weeks.
Maybe there is issue with API which is not responding well but this will get fixed soon and this is not big issue. When API will start interacting with block explorer than it will updated to accurate as current supply. I believe it was https://rvn.hash4.life/info we supplied for CMC to use as the API endpoint. Anyone know what happened to the site as it is showing offline. I've been only jumping on here when I can lately and have not noticed any announcement about them? We will have to supply a new endpoint for them to supply the correct value if that site has gone. Can someone find an Explorer that advertises their API's that CMC can easily browse to, and then log an update request? https://coinmarketcap.com/request/We should get a better market cap when it is complete. Plus commitment to GPU mining which I personally love because of all these ethash and equihash coming out (or are already being used by bitmain to mine!) Saga of Kai, feel free to ignore: Wow. Fresh off my third ban from the RVN chat (for no reason mind you, other than the fact this a community coin that Bruce Fenton owns, lol) I just found out Bruce is under the delusion I somehow threatened his family? Weird as hell, that never happened. Apparently he filed a police report, thank god! That explains a lot of the RVN weirdness right there, I wouldn't hurt a fly (but i did hurt their money i guess, sorry, weird to hide behind your family though dude i must say!). In fact i gave them both some comics when I met them at the first Ravencoin meetup, very disappointed. Well folks I've called the New Hampshire Portsmouth Police Department in order to settle Mr. Fentons delusion once and for all, as i've always only told the truth this shouldn't be hard at all to squash his delusion and once again report the truth behind him and the Free State Project in New Hampshire (who you can meet by going to the Free State Digital Assets conference this year in New Hampshire, run by Bruce Fenton!). I'll report back here with whether he actually filed said report and the subsequent conversation i'll be having with the local PD. PS. I'm always in all RVN chats, it was good to chat with my dudes prior to Bruce being Bruce again. Weird he's pulling out all the misinfo stops on this one. At least they really like Ravencoin! Overthinking has been a big problem in most of the peoples life. Gives you a negative attitude, affects your relations with friends, family etc. How can you possibly stop yourself from overthinking when probably you have no control of what to think?
Find space and time to clear your mind. Some people call that meditating. Silence is underrated. Focusing on your breathing will help you to stop thinking (thinking words anyway), having the patience to sit and be in silence is another thing altogether, takes practice. |

Find a CPU coin that's just starting out, or a GPU coin that's just starting out. Weaker hardware means you'll have to be clever about picking a coin with a lower difficulty, or in the right place at the right time when a new coin launches. |

Ravencoin has been very resistant to all these shaking up moments appeared since Thursday night. It should be much more valuable don't know what is keeping its market price this down. If we look at current supply that doesn't justify why this should be this cheap. In the meanwhile coins with more supply have higher price. I don't have deep study about this project but large updates are based of my information about it.
Probably my fault, again. Kek. Acquisition moves by early whales. Just wait it out, they'll pump again soon. Learn how whales make money, and buy(if you're a trader)/sell(if you're a miner) inverse to their methodology. The community should continue their campaigns to get listed on exchanges. As for the moneybois, all Bittrex needs to be be pointed at is Patrick Byrnes admission of millions of dollars in investment, then Patrick Byrne should pay the appropriate lawyers (and fees) to get Raven listed on a proper exchange with real volume. Quit the "no official parties blah blah blah" bullshit. It only enables whales. Meanwhile, the community should continue to find exchanges to list on, or Bruce can talk to his homies at Kraken and get the job done. Always fun to stop by Raven! Much love! Yeah the land deed on blockchain thing is neato, a long thought-of way to build a resource based economy if done correctly (in fact i proposed it myself in the chats long ago). Not to be redundant (however you clearly missed the point of my post), but the coin is already on rinky dink exchanges that are easy for whales to manipulate. Getting the coin listed on more exchanges makes it harder to whales to manipulate the price as they have to spread out their resources (bags of coins). Most people already know i've been on RVN since day one and aim to hold all the RVN I have (i gave all my bags away at one point, talk about wealth redistribution!). The focus of my post was how the community can counteract the price manipulation of Ravencoin by getting it listed on bigger exchanges that will offer it true volume, the stuff your talking about couldn't be more off-base in terms of replying to me. Believe me when i say the price of RVN is the furthest thing from my mind unless miners can't afford to mine. In short, more exchanges means more volume and visibility, which doesn't have anything to do with price (i couldn't give a fuck about the price, unless the coin becomes unprofitable to mine, which isn't good for ANY network, in fact listing on bigger exchanges could tank the price further, who knows!). So why should Pat do it? Why should Bruce do it? I dunno, how many regular blockchain folk took the floor at the last meetup? I know Tron shouldn't have to pay for it, neither should Jesse. Seeing as how Pat employs those two, I think Pat or Bruce should fix the exchange issue that is clearly happening to anyone who's been watching the Crypto-Bridge exchange order books for the last two months. Pat didn't have a problem investing millions of dollars early on and going on business insider, why the sudden change of heart? Answer: Who cares. It's the right thing to do. looking at the price of a coin in the market, it becomes clear that the project failed at least at this stage, despite this I believe that the project's salvation lies in the leadership of one person and a change in the road map

As has been stated before, what surprised developers most was how high the valuation and difficulty got so quickly. I think everyone was hoping to accumulate more before the market cap with all future coins considered entered the billions. True dat. |
