I had problems with Yobit, and I will never dare to send there big amounts. Yobit is a REAL SCUM. Their support so lazy, it may take months, and you will need to create tickets again and again. If you try to write something in Yobit chat, with high probability you will be banned.

Seems, ATB team do not lie seriously, only certain deception is some cases and weird behavior. So, I will wait untill this coin appears in more respectable exchanges.

We are investors, and we need to know the real situation. We trust our money to ATB Coin. And this is real money, not certain coins, which may be worthless in a day.

All such behavior made this project very negative, although the idea itself is not so bad. Market needs coin with instant micro payments and smart contracts. I also would like to know, whether smart contracts will be implemented and when.

Well, seems these folks from ATB coin have not realized, that they can spend all collected money to lawyers and spend the rest of the life hiding somewhere in remote countries.

First of all, let's admit, that everyone, who invested in this project, made a mistake.
One thing I would like to emphasize: If someone invested by mistake money, which he/she could afford to lose, this is not a big issue. We are all humans, but there are bugs also in machines. If someone borrowed money, (Bank loan, for exaplle) or spent all savings, this is reckless. In any case, life is going further.
Second, if someone screams here, uses abusive words, indecent behavior - this will not help, even can make things worse.
( And in addition, such people only show their weakness ).

What should be done ?

I personally will wait several days. There is the reason to wait, I explain further.
After several days, everyone, who believed this company and who are victims of fraud, should fill following forms:

If someone knows another place, where we can declare such issues, you are welcome.

The more people fill this form, the more seriously it will be taken into consideration.


But I suggest not to rush now. The reason is, that this will be aparetn fraud, if a little bit longer period passed. Then SEC will look at it more seriously. But this in IMO, if someone else can say something, as I said, you are welcome.

This is not Belarus authority. This is private company, which offers outsourcing services for USA companies.  In this case, if they do not wish to lose business, it will be better for them to cooperate with USA authorities. This is completely about business reputation. Business reputation is vital and most valuable resource.

If ATB Coin management fails, it will also damage your reputation. In this case your company also will suffer. So, in such case, be ready, if USA authorities will ask you for all information about ATB coin company.

So, if there will not be production start by tomorrow, it will be fare, that ATB coin will start reimbursements 10% of total investment for each day of delay.

 

Everything is possible in this crypto emerging market.
There is a probability, that ATB coin team were originally planning to steal all investor's money and disappear.

But I still do not think, that they are just thieves.

But for now at least one issue is absolutely clear:
ATB Coin does not meet deadlines. In common business practice, if one party does not meet deadline, it must pay penalties.
So, ATB Coin team should consider reimbursement, let's say 10% of total investment amount for each day of delay.

It is not so difficult to initiate legal prosecution and appeal to USA court, in case they completely fail or simply disappear. And there will be severe consequences for this company and management in such case.

But I sill do hope that above is not a case, and they will do something, in order to restore business reputation. (Which will be now very difficult).

I ordered transaction couple of week ago. Transaction still pending, status "in process".
I created support ticket, nobody response.

Well, this is correct.

But ATB coin market strategy also is not clear. Aggressive marketing, promotion and advertising is not enough in this market.
There should be market niche, which you are going to take.
If your concentrate only on fast payment, you have very strong competitors, like Litecoin, Bytecoin and many others, who already have steady market place and big community.
