In "Telegram" they have few guys that keeps trashing everyone who says it scam  Tho that was expected. However they told in Telegram just now : "We found genesis block"So I guess next move will be: Give us a week to sort things out and send coins to investors. So they can scam more ppl in that time before going officially bust |

Everything is possible in this crypto emerging market.
There is a probability, that ATB coin team were originally planning to steal all investor's money and disappear.
But I still do not think, that they are just thieves.
But for now at least one issue is absolutely clear:
ATB Coin does not meet deadlines. In common business practice, if one party does not meet deadline, it must pay penalties.
So, ATB Coin team should consider reimbursement, let's say 10% of total investment amount for each day of delay.
It is not so difficult to initiate legal prosecution and appeal to USA court, in case they completely fail or simply disappear. And there will be severe consequences for this company and management in such case.
But I sill do hope that above is not a case, and they will do something, in order to restore business reputation. (Which will be now very difficult).

Belarus authorities don't give a fk on such request. I think there is less than 1% chance that they will cooperate with such request. As for company it self, it does looks very shady in this situation. They offering cryptocurrency development from zero or fork existing one, create ico's payment system, mobile solutions for micro transactions and so on. So if I was ATB "dev" I would definitely pick such company for full package they offering. |

This is not Belarus authority. This is private company, which offers outsourcing services for USA companies. In this case, if they do not wish to lose business, it will be better for them to cooperate with USA authorities. This is completely about business reputation. Business reputation is vital and most valuable resource. |
