Hi.

How to deal with Yobit?
I ordered transaction couple of week ago. Transaction still pending, status "in process".
I created support ticket, nobody response.

Is there any way to push them and have my ticked solved ?
What can I do in this situation ?

The Bitcoin network protocol was designed to be extremely flexible. It can be used to create timed transactions, escrow transactions, multi-signature transactions, etc. The current features of the client only hint at what will be possible in the future.

Deal with yobit when you have some problem is kinda hard to resolve. Don't hope you will get any response from their support.
You already do a right thing to post your problem on here, ussually (but not often) people who have posted their problem on here will be get faster response from yobit. Add other information should be better in this case

Limited in number. Limitless in potential.

Sorry to hear that, obviously you are a newbie with this exchange, using this exchange will give you a headache even a migraine.
First why you chose this shit exchange? who referred you there? since there are too many trusted and better exchange than yobit yet you still prefer to use them. Yobit is one had the worst support ever, I don't know if they changed already but far as I concern they will reply you within weeks, you're lucky enough if they will reply you within just a week.
So you only need to do is to wait for their reply, if you resolve that issue please transfer your coins to any exchange asap to avoid such problems.

I suggest that you include some proof with your accusation(even though it should be no surprise that obit would delay the withdrawals or deposits of anyone) and expand on your OP. I still don't know whether you are depositing or withdrawing from the site since you haven't made it clear.

This is very typical of yobit and if you go onto their forum account you'll see that they actually got negative trust for this. The thing is that they don't answer to support at all, but somehow is listing new coins at a daily basis.

What i suggest you do:

1) Keep writing support tickets
2) Complain on yobit ANN thread
3) Send them a PM on their official forum handle
4) Complain on chatbox but prepare to get banned.

Other than that, all you can do is wait.

Nothing you can do apart from just waiting for a response from yobit. Maybe try to just get a response from support by opening a new ticket? I wouldn't recommend posting anything on the trollbox at all because you could potentially get banned.

How much were involved? Hopefully, it was't a lot of money because you could possibly be waiting for a long time for them to respond.

This is why Yobit shuoldn't be used by anyone. They always have withdrawal issues and there is nobody to help you when something goes wrong.

your problem exactly same what they did to my friend,
and i am so sorry to say it that they are scamming you or rob your coins/money.
only a few people i heard can solve this problem and they need to wait a month or more.
how much is it ?
because only a huge sum of money and some threat from users yobit can act and returning their coins/money,
but if it's only a few hundreds dollars or around that i am afraid they will not give it back to you.

how about asking in their troll boxes ? because you can find a moderator in there right ?
only they can solve it,nobody can solve it except them.

And no indication there will be a problem till you try to withdraw and it gets stuck. Great system :-)
