It all depends on the jurisdiction. Bitcoin in some countries is already quite legal, but not in others.
But the key point is that all the fiat currencies were initially tied to the state, where they are emitted. With crypto it is different. Therefore, crypto will never be legal everywhere.

I'm not sure about the usage of bitcoin for terrorism. As a whole I find bitcoin being used for illegal activities and this is all because of the decentralized functioning where the transaction is transparent while the end users were anonymous.
But Bitcoin already has been used for financing terrorism. Some investigation about terrorist attacks have shown that. Unfortunately, terrorists also watch closely the developement of tecnologies and everythin that could help them te finance their activities easier and with more anonimity so that can't be avoided. And because of such activities some people still consider Bitcoin as something bad and illegal. They use USD more that bitcoin. So, USD is "bad and illegal", am I right? |

Pay attention to coins with cap lower than 1M usd. They have the highest growth potential. So, invest 10-15% of your money to them.

Crypto isn't only USA.
So, I think 90% of ICO will ignore this rules. But we have some risks with unregistered tokens listings on some exchanges in USA jurisdiction.
This law regulation will create problems not only for organisators, but for investors too (financial accounting, taxes, problems for some categories of investors). For organisators ICO preparing will be more expensive and longer.
But we have a nice decision to avoid all of it - decentralized exchanges. What do you think?

This only troll. Do not listen him. I heard about problems with locking account and mandatory verification process after it. Some users are trying for several month to verificate their account. Me and my friend tried to complete verification process and gave up after month time spending. Ok. Situation isn't pleasant anyway. I tried to get verification on Poloniex for one of my accounts there. It was in pending for 10 weeks from 18 April to 20 June. Without any responces too. So, don't give up) Last 2 weeks I were sending requests everyday for 2 times. My friend has 50k usd on btc-e now... So, we are waiting. |

At the moment I would like to highlight the following altcoins Waves, Wings, Stratis, Edgeless, WiTrust. I think capitalization on them will grow by at least 1000%.
TRST and Edgeless are tokens based on Ethereum. If Ethereum falls then all assets too with it. Ethereum And bitcoin capitalization will only increase due to the growth rate and mining. This is the fundamental coins so the TRST and Edgeless,, respectively, and will only grow. Yes, I agree with increasing cap of BTC and Ether. But it will be slower that in past. Ethereum hasn't any critical vulnerabilities. Last attacks were assotiated with problems with Parity wallet. Yes, I understand it, but the market reacts very strongly to this news. News has effect in a short term. We are telling about 2020 year. And this news doesn't matter anything on such time periods. |
