I had been cooperating with CoinPayments for 5 years. The service was okay, but it was expensive when it came to transfer fees. However, everything was okay UNTIL now!

When I started cooperating with CoinPayments, there was no KYC. After some time, they started doing KYC, so I completed it by sending them my documents. I passed the KYC and cooperated with them for a few years without any issues. However, 5 weeks ago, a problem occurred.

Seven weeks ago, I got COVID-19, and it was a terrible experience for me. After recovering from COVID-19, I got every possible illness that I could get one after another, as if I had no immunity( till now i am still sick). During that time, my ID expired, and due to the law in my country, I couldn't issue for new one before 30 days expiry date. So, I was in a situation where I couldn't get a new document because of my illness, and even if I could, I would have to wait for 30 days, and they require docs that are 90 days before expiration date. So if you got 1 ID and if you can't issue for new ID before 30days of expiration date you will get similar problems.

On the same day that my document expired, CoinPayments locked my account entirely. I couldn't withdraw my money, which was not a big deal, but my customers couldn't make payments, which was a huge problem for my business. Banks, payment apps, and other payment providers just asked me to send them the new document when I get it, and they gave me 3-6 months, depending on the company. Because i passed KYC in the past and now it's just an update of ID. Not big deal for all but not for coinpayments.

CoinPayments completely blocked my account, so I wrote to them to solve the situation. They asked me to send them my company registration documents, which I did, but then I received no response from CoinPayments. They just kept saying that they would get back to me soon and that they were looking into my case. For freaking 23 days, they did nothing, and during that time, my customers couldn't pay for my services, and I lost a lot of money. I would understand the situation if I were a new customer or i didn't pass KYC in the past, but not after 5 years of being a customer and passing KYC, and just because my document expired, and I am waiting for a new one.

There is a total lack of willingness to help or solve the situation, especially when other companies didn't have any problems. So, what now? I am waiting for my new documents, my customers can't pay for my services, and after I solve this situation, I will say goodbye to CoinPayments, share my story with the whole internet, and not recommend this company to anyone because of how they treated a long-term customer in such a terrible situation.

Fortunately, I had all the e-mails confirming the deposits and I was able to prove my transaction and they officially confirmed that they wanted to return the indicated amount of money to me in the form of their token. Unfortunately, to this day, I have not received these tokens and I do not fully understand what they want to do with all of this. Which, unfortunately, worries me a lot.

Anyway, things are even worse with the Cryptopia and LiveCoin exchanges. There is no hope of getting the money back at all. This is the nature of the crypto world. We must learn that such a risk always exists and keep only as much funds on the exchange as we are able to lose, and above all, learn to diversify them into many exchanges and our own hardware wallets.

We want add some upgrades on triangular like Max Value but it will be not possible for all exchanges because of some limitations.

For the most of the time we were working on new trading platform, i mentioned it few post before.

We are working on new trading platform, it will be not automated but splited on two parts:
1. Investors
2 Traders

This platform will have 2 systems one for simple arbitrage but with option to lend BTC or other currency and next new way of doing arbitrage.
The biggest problem in Arbitrage is that you don't know where and when arbitrage opportunity will occur, most of our users have from 0.2-3BTC most of the trades are on 17 exchanges we support. So mostly people spread funds on many exchanges and most of the funds don't "work" because they wait. We want start service that is secure for investors and will solve this problem.

Traders will be able to borrow money after they make deposit to our system. For example they will deposit 1 BTC and then they will get up to 1 BTC on each supported exchange. But the access to this funds will be limited, those funds will be on our accounts and traders will trade them on our platform so they will have no way to withdraw them on their own accounts, all they will be able to do to is execute the trades BUY,Make Trasfer(from our account to our account), SELL.

If trader will make profit it will be added to his account, if transaction will be not success then loses will be taken from his deposit. Trader can't make transaction that is higher than his deposit so if he have 1BTC in deposit he can make trades up to 1BTC. in this way investors funds are secure and all risks are on trader side. From each trade trader pay fees and some % from what he made if trade was success, this is spited between investor and our company.

This platform will be new trading platform traders will be trading not on their accounts but on our accounts but with very limited access in way that all sides will be secure.

Such price changes for 0.6%-1.5% are very common and for big volumes and in normal way is almost impossible to execute them but with our system you will be able to do them.

System will be not automatic it will be manual because automatic system still have a lot of risk that something will fail.

We made some updates in the background of triangular and filter out a lot of bad opportunities. Now we work on some filters that will help find those with good volume + we want add feature that will calculate value of opportunity in to USD
