1  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What we were dreaming, now is the reality! on: January 16, 2021, 12:12:39 PM
Bitcoin journey has been such an amazing one with lots of ups and  down but in all bitcoin has helped us to learn the lesson of patience and endurance. And the price of bitcoin has witness several positive changes with more and more adoption.

The ones who survived are the ones who knew it will be worth a lot in future and if possible, should continue to hold it irrespective of falls in between it has come through. It is a roller coaster rise always with bitcoin so those who feared would have sold it and unless they had bought back again, they are just witnessing as an audience these new heights. This high of touching 40k might be a big change it can bring in 2021 as those who were still out might now jump in to buy and become part of it too.
2  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin Is Dying on: January 14, 2021, 02:37:56 PM
Bitcoin has dual usage which can be use as a currency and also as an investment, that is why bitcoin is referred to as the digital gold. I believe in the future people will learn what bitcoin really is and will appreciate it for it value but in whichever ways bitcoin will survive the and become a mainstream currency.

Bitcoin is just not for investment and neither it just needs to be used for exchange of goods and services. Though the usage is less that is due to not many countries have completely legalized it. So, people are sceptical to use in their daily life’s and thus majorly being used for investing purpose and nothing wrong form their side too. This is giving them some profits so it’s an additional revenue for them. Also, merchants need to accept the bitcoin against their service and they are not ready due to lack for proper rules.

4  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Invest in your ability to earn more. on: January 06, 2021, 10:48:41 AM
To earn income does not always have to be a crypto investor. That we can do in other business industries. But of course in any field,
to earn income, we must master the field and have the ability to survive. Because without  ability and  expertise, we  can't  produce
anything. This includes investments in the crypto industry, highly risky industries, which will lead to losses, if not careful in choosing
which assets or which coins we will invest in.

Identifying the opportunity is very important and here in crypto is identifying coin plays vital roles. As once you find which coin in future would be worth it you will start investing in it accordingly and price point here may not be the exact what you may be looking as only few would be able to buy on when it is at lowest but keep on investing during the fall becomes crucial. So find out the coin first and then regularly keep investing should be a good thing to make money with your ability.
5  Economy / Gambling / Re: Gamdom.com - 3 Million+ users - Jackpots, Rains - unique games modes on: December 29, 2020, 05:40:09 AM
Their signature campaign didn't last long and I don't know what's the problem since 1 week is not enough to get a good exposure here, maybe they settled for their current players and select to stop the promotion and being active here. But if they pursue their signature with follow up promotion they will provably gain a good success here.

It was a massive campaign with high rate and many participants, but too bad it was running for 1 week only.
I think it was a mistake to have too much participants plus high rate as I do think that what they have spent for that week could be used for more weeks with less participant and lower rate.

Regarding payment it is debatable because with lower payment you might not have that best of participants even interested in your campaign and you would like to attract the best when you are already paying for signature campaign. One thing which is important is visibility here on this forum. In last 6 months we had so many gambling sites come up and the ones which have regular campaigns running generally have their thread being quite active and also this gives them chance to grab attention of all users on this forum for Gamdom.
6  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Cambodia enacts new laws related to gambling. on: December 11, 2020, 05:16:38 AM
I still believe that 7% is on the higher side, as most of the other nations have lower taxes. But I must congratulate the Cambodian government for the fact that they have legalized and regulated the gambling industry there. Here in India, the government is refusing to do that and as a result the gambling is mostly done underground away from the eyes of the government authorities.

This is something what is quite failed to understand that why not legalize country and get the benefits to economy via taxes. If it is related to religion which states ban then those people would not play else instead of users gambling offline or in some other way government is losing taxes. Different government has different reasons it seems to keep it ban rather than just regulate it and will attract more tourist as well who love gambling.
Good for Cambodian people now they can choose to gamble freely and enjoy their time.
7  Economy / Economics / Re: Cryptocurrency is poor men Lower class wall street on: December 08, 2020, 11:44:58 AM
Before Bitcoin reached the all-time high price, I agree that crypto investors are indeed from the middle and lower class.
Because wealthy people are accustomed to profiting from investing in gold and the stocks market, consider crypto investing
to be very risky. When the crypto price hype in 2017 then everyone started to realize the potential of cryptocurrency,
after that cryptocurrency investment became for everyone.

How things changed with crypto is that those who were initially saying that stay away from crypto or it will just become worthless few years ago and now billionaires and big institutions are coming and buying it. It all started a decade ago and those who knew it will grow bought it as per their capacity and continue holding it because they believed in it and also was looking much better after 2017 when people realized that it has huge potential to grow and will be more adopted as well. And in 2020 we are seeing the same things that it is getting adopted and price will rise and bounce back too after fall.
8  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling is an entertainment? on: December 03, 2020, 04:38:23 AM
I think that gambling is an entertainment for me if I don't play with too much money. Because I don't make a living from it and I don't want it too. I just play sometimes for fun and see if I can make some profit.

Its good for you if you play for fun else you need to have lot of money so that even if you happen to lose you are still better and can manage your life easily. Problem arises when you just play for money and in process lose as not easy to always win it and then you just keep playing in anticipation of recover. This is a vicious cycle and just keeps on continue and this is a sign if you cannot control or start to stay away form it that you are now hooked upon t and getting addicted which is another dangerous thing.
9  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Get RICH with Crypto Altcoins?? Bitcoin $100,000 per coin?! on: November 30, 2020, 08:46:45 AM
it reminds me of the speculation and predictions that self-proclaimed experts do. many people assume that bitcoin price will hit $ 100k in a certain period of time. not even a few have risked something embarrassing enough to see the predictions correct. however, for now I prefer to follow developments rather than expect high prices. to be honest it will only disappoint you when the price is not what you expected.

100K is for now is just a speculation and better to have own research and the investment terms for which you are looking to invest and exit at what levels. It may take many years to even reach 50k if something like 2017 gets repeated though anything near 50k itself is an big achievement the way we had started the bitcoin the decade ago and how it was considered as bubble or some still consider this as an bubble and will crash and become worthless. But for those who know bitcoin strength and its purpose will know it’s going to hold good value over time.
10  Economy / Economics / Re: Jobless for 10 years still doing great because Jobs market is a joke on: November 24, 2020, 11:13:36 AM
Working the way, you want and having freedom from bosses is the best thing as nobody like that to be heard from you bosses and say yes always to him/her. At time you are helpless and cannot even leave due to no other source of income or due to family pressure. But if one can get the alternate correct and earn a decent income through various sources then can easily think about quitting and might even become a self-employed and even employee others if business start to grow.
11  Economy / Economics / Re: Mexico's billionaire invests in Bitcoin on: November 19, 2020, 12:59:40 PM
After 2017 billionaires would have realized that they can make good money in bitcoin and those who had understood its potential to grow in future after that downfall would have invested heavily. And today those who all will look back will be proud of their decision because they would have made a huge money from it easily if had purchased few btc even during 5000$ price as well. Going forward seeing it rose back to almost same levels we would have more such who stayed away to start investing quietly in it.
12  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: TOP 10 LUCKIEST LOTTERY WINNERS PART 2 on: November 18, 2020, 05:27:21 AM
Armand used his money for Charity and for his children education, which is really a noble cause. Because if considered the winning amount was not anything in millions and with that amount could have enjoyed for rest of life for himself and family. So, kudos to him. For Stefan to be able to judge what could be the probability of which number coming and buying those tickets is commendable. In the end he made a fortune from lottery.
13  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling Gang uses crypto for illegal purposes on: November 17, 2020, 03:08:15 PM
There is no big deal. Gambling gangs use all kinds of ways for illegal purposes all over the world. Cryptocurrency is used in illegal transactions just like the fiat money that everybody knows about. It is not what they use that matters actually. If the transaction is illegal they will be stopped and the violators arrested and made to face their crimes. But they don't stop the currency they are using or arrest the people behind it. They might end up stopping fiat and arresting central bank and treasury people.

Why do they think that only in crypto illegal stuff happen, like fait there are so many on records scam being exposed still fiat is being used? Well, in such cases government should even think to ban fait because till now there would have being thousands and thousands of big scammed happened due to fiat. This is very easy for government and the people involved in bureaucrats to make money from fiat and not so from crypto. So, they do not want such things to exist else their corruption will fall to an extent which is happening in fiat as in crypto things are recorded and cannot be manipulated.

16  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Casino workers forced into unpaid leave on: November 14, 2020, 04:57:38 PM
We cannot blame companies doing the lay-offs because they probably can’t afford to operate after the lockdown anymore but they should have atleast compensated well their employees. Macau’s temporary closure of casinos could really hurt their industry, employees switching to other jobs is inevitable in tough times like this.

This is true it has hurt the worst for the people who were in jobs as so were not paid, or had being laid off etc. Businesses are also impacted but their profits would have fallen so this big casino who earn a good profits if continued to atleast pay their employees rather than lay off would not effect that much to them. Only thing is that their profitability would have reduced but for the workers their family is depended on them. It’s sad to see such state of story everywhere.

19  Local / Off-Topic (India) / Wish you a Happy Diwali on: November 13, 2020, 08:05:48 AM
As we are in the celebration of Diwali week, wishing you all a prosperous and a safe Diwali. May you have a good health, bring peace, and a grand success.

Due to pandemic for millions of people this Diwali would not be the same as they used to be before. Try and see if you can add some smiles to their faces, by whatever means if one is able to help like providing sweets, food, clothing or in any other way possible from your side. Even a difference to 1 person from you will make a difference to their families in turn.
