"High reward for first masternode holders"
When are people going to realize that this is what leads to the curves where there are massive pumps on first bridge listing, then massive dumps within 1-2 days? You should incentivize early MN holders, but not with 10000% ROIs.

I have found a nice improvement in hashrate for Neoscrypt with 0.8.4. Thanks! Now averaging 2.2 MH/s on my 1080tis.
I set the difficulty at 7. If I set it at 8 I got memory errors on one of my rigs.
do you mean the intensity? Doesn't the original post say intensity ranges from 0 to 6?

I gave a try to the 0.8.4 beta. I have 2 1080ti's they work fine on 0.8.3 but with the beta build the second graphic card doesnt mine.
edit: I was running phi2
Where do you get the beta? Is it a closed beta.

Any recommended OC settings for a 1080Ti on Phi2?
Was just digging around for info on this as well...I've spent awhile dialing in my cards but it is strange to me how different they are acting on different mobos...Same drivers etc... On 2 of my rigs I can run the EVGA SC and SC2's at TDP 65 Core +160 Mem -100 and get about 60 kh/watt. Also have 2 of the Gigabyte - white ones...They are running well at tdp 65 Core +200 mem -100. On my 3rd rig I have all EVGA cards but can only eek out about 55 kh/watt and anything over +110 ish on the core and they crap out. Was thinking maybe it has to do with 7 cards and only 1 4g RAM stick? Thanks for sharing, this is helpful!

Interesting project. Is the goal for the open source community to somehow support the coin back?

I have not known too much about Galactrum project, which I have just found early today. So, could you give me more sources to discover more about the project. At first glance, I think this one is promising and deserved to spend more time to discover about it. This is definitely one of the better-dev projects out there. One thing I suggest is you load up the wallet and see that it has a unique look and feel. This already shows the dev is doing more than just cloning a coin - he actually knows how to code, instead of just find and replace "Dash" with the name of his project.

Glad to see the marketing taking off for FGC!

Think about the economics:
Once you fill up 100 masternodes, there is no longer any buyer who can make a masternode. Therefore, no buyer will purchase the coin to make more MNs, so they will need another reason to purchase. What other reason is there? Without another reason, as soon as you hit 100 MN, demand might collapse and take your price down with it.
I think it is a good idea to try, but there needs to be a reason to "demand" EMC. The demand from making MNs will go away at 100 MNs, so you must create another source of demand.

The ASIC resistance comes from the NIST5 hashing algorithm. NIST5 is no longer ASIC-resistant.

Good to know that only 2% are premine. Why developing another Algorithm: NeoScrypt? What is special about your project? Good luck
It has privatesend and instasend.

They are doing a pre-sale before coin launch. That tells you everything you need to know.

Mining from linux daemon works fine for me.

COMPLETE NINJA LAUNCH. They can scream "it was on discord" as much as they want, but obviously taking a week to make a BCT ann takes its toll. Good luck mining into the dump people, I'm going to find something else to mine. EDIT: people saying its pool address. Makes sense I suppose.

Thisis CPU only? Or is double-keccak possible to mine with gpu?
Well... in my opinion everything that can be mined with CPU can sooner or later be mined with GPU. So it's just a matter of time before someone creates a GPU miner and then we will enter GPU-Phase. That's just the nature of those things. Thanks. I suppose my question was poorly phrased - I was wondering if there was already a current gpu miner release. I'm sure something like double-keccak would be easy to integrate into a gpu miner soon, just wondering what I should be looking for right now.

Yet another "digital currency that enables instant payments to anyone, anywhere in the world". Tell me one reason why anyone would even bother to use it in a real life. You money-grabbing ICO scammers don't even bother to construct an original message, let alone a coin. It says no ICO. Not saying he won't try selling coins, but it's a bit pre-mature to call scam. If dev tries to sell us something, then start being skeptical.

I'm very interested to see how Polis' attempt to launch its own "PolisPay" solution will go: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=3201841.0Most masternode coins try to do one of two things: launch a DEX or launch a freelance platform. While those are both good ideas, the ones that try, try, try to actually become a PAYMENT SOLUTION have a lot more potential, though it's a much tougher road to succeed. I am staying invested in Polis because I'm hoping they can pull off the payment card partnership where many have failed. If Polis does pull this off, it'll easily become the second-most valuable MN coin after Dash. But remember, it will be a tough road with no guarantee, so only invest if you can handle the ride.
