Because Labcoin regularly signs in, reads his PMs, has a laugh and signs out.

all that needs to be proven was who was the original poster... if it came from an email address controlled by Itech-Pro or Fabrizio (no matter whos name was on the email) then BAM... Game set match
I agree with you. That's why I said the tricky part is to prove that itec pro is connected to labcoin. Such link is not impossible to established, but needs some investigation (email, IPs, etc...). I merely pointed out that fab being itec director is common knowledge.

The labcoin / itec pro connection is more tricky to establish as it does not seem to appear on any official document (or these documents were not presented).
yes it does it appears in the prospectus and then again in the Cryptostocks relisting. Unfortunately, these are not official documents. Hence are not trustworthy.

the document clearly shows Fabrizio's link-to and registration-of Itech Pro in HK...
The connection itec pro / Fabrizio is undeniable (documents can be found in Labcoin info section in Cryptostocks as well). The labcoin / itec pro connection is more tricky to establish as it does not seem to appear on any official document (or these documents were not presented).

The Swede has their/his phone number(s). Surely this can be traced. Sorry, I didn't see the edit. I have communicated with Sam through Skype and email.
All this is information that is already available in this thread. I think I may have phone numbers as well, though if the project does get back on it's feet as I know several project members are working on I would like to hold off on a possible which hunt.
I will help the 'Advisory Board' that is meeting on IRC and have messaged me here on Bitcointalk.org in their work to sort out the issues they have brought up of course and i hope that by the 15th there is a REAL update on the project status.

Unverified security listings have been suspended with immediate effect. Recent scams have made it clear that the concept of an open and completely unregulated platform does not work. We'll work out a formalized approach to listings going forward. Although this will not totally prevent but should at least eliminate the risks of misrepresentation. In the meanwhile, should you want to list a project then contact customersupport@cryptostocks.com. Does this mean that you are un-listing Labcoin?

Well, i only got ~ 1.5k shares, but can i also join the lawsuit against labcoin?

Nice work every one we now have 1 million labcoin shares backing up a compliant against Labcoin and its owner Fabrizio Tatti. To be on the safe side with my estimation of total amount of lost money I'm using the IPO price as the buy in price for all the shares so that means 1000 BTC lost and with BTC price at 200$ ( to be on the safe side ) we have reached our minimal goal to make a convincing case with the Polizia Postale that is 200,000$ of lost money. That said I'm sure that some of you have bought in above IPO price and the total amount will be higher. The price you paid for your shares and your total loss of money just like any personal information will be information that you only shall shear with the lawyer we hire, in that way any information is covered under client-lawyer non-disclosure terms. Any one who wants to join us can PM me here https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=144825 If you don't want to disclose the amount of shares you have to me that is ok ( as we are over target ), as long as you are willing to submit it to the lawyer when the time comes. As long as the compliant is not yet finalized for submission to the authorities there is time to join. I have no specific time table to give you at the moment since we are in the beginning of the process. 2 weeks is TM of labcoin so I wont use that, but I'll keep you updated. At the moment we are still gathering support and information, PM me if you got something to ask or have any useful information.

Dear Bitcoin Community, We are a new venture involved in the research and development of a novel Bitcoin mining technologies. Our brand name is labcoin and our website is http://www.labcoin.com. The management company is named "iTec Pro Limited" - Hong Kong, legally and officially registered in such jurisdiction. This is initially a self-funded venture, so this thread is not meant to sell "pre-orders" or the likes. Rather, it is a mean for the community to evaluate our work and plans for a eventual, future second phase, when we will open investment opportunities to the public. I won't post many images of IC and similar here, as a fair number of details can be found on our website, once again, our url is http://www.labcoin.com. We look forward for constructive feedback and criticism. You can contact us with any question at info@labcoin.com or post in this thread. Thank you sincerely for your time. Note : the pictures shown on our home page are just 3D renderings of possible case and board design and they do not represent real products. Samuel Noi Nominee Director iTec-Pro Limited sam.noi@labcoin.comiTec Pro Limited ( http://www.companies-hongkong.com/itec-pro-limited-gard/) belongs to Fabrizio ( http://www.linkedin.com/in/fabriziotatti). If I remember correctly, it was mentioned somewhere in the original thread that when confronted, Fabrizio acknowledged the fact that he created labcoin, but claimed not to be in control of it. Either he is Sam, or he knows who Sam is. What is sure is that he is responsible for rhis company since it's under his name. (except if company papers were falsified)

Asking investors who just got scammed to anonymously send donation to a relatively unknown (and anonymous) member of the forum, doesn't sound like the wisest of approaches.
just my two bits...

As revealed on Labcoin IRC (credit goes to virtuals), labcoin.com and enso-now.com (Alberto's company) share the same IP. Furthermore, "Sam" was able to edit labcoin.com when asked by TheSeven to remove all references to his name. (thanks to radiumsoup for pointing that out) Draw your own conclusions.
