I was just wondering with the beauty of PARAGON's blockchain solutions with regards to Cannabis Industry and I would love to hear the Government would appreciate it and even adapt it. PARAGON's design could even expand to other controlled substances regulated by Government and thus would exhibit its usefulness.
I think a lot of discoveries would follow after such an innovation, can be on means of the analysis cannabis would find even medicine for a cancer, and this will change the world for the better |

снял подпись, так как проект даже не собирается обновлять свои таблицы судя по всему.
писал в сапорт на их сайте, деву писал в личку два раза - ответа так и не пришло. Вывод сам напрашивается- проект просто мыльный пузырь

But there is only one thing that I don't understand, I've heard of bancor and know their ICO was a big success, et you explained what it was in your post but :

What is CRR please ?
I know this abbreviation from finance/accounting, there it's some kind of reserve ratio, could be that it's also meant here, but don't know. The CRR (Constant Reserve Ratio) is a parameter, set by the creator of the smart token for each of the smart token’s reserves. The CRR is a key parameter used by the smart token as an asynchronous price discovery mechanism, as it determines the ratio between the reserve balance and the smart token’s calculated market cap. |
