Well there is quite the competition. It's clearly a very good ICO, but I think it's not the best one, some were quite impressive. It sure will have lots of competitor once this Ico is released in the public. Those who can deliver the best service and their best features will win. This project is amazing because of its innovative features. Well, I was not talking about the Utrust competitots but about others ICO which were big success. But it's sure that there will be some direct competition for Utrust. it's unconditional that such platform as UTRUST offers is absolutely necessary for people who make online payments, and competitors contribute to the desire for better service. so everything is fine |

Specify, you no longer use the concept of "gas", instead of it, what is another concept?
We have changed the terminology from Gas to Boton to avoid confusion but it still represent the same thing ie performance fees. Boton, it's looking nice. Catchy  By the way, how do you get the name boton? Is it means something? boton in french means - button  maybe this will approach, I agree with you guys that the gas needs to be changed that would not be confused in the terminology |

Actually most of the times, presales do for big investors and most of the little investors can't get near of it. This one is looking like for little and middle investors. So they should be sure of big demand. It's a risky way for pre-sale for the company but very good for little investors. Depends for who, for me 1 ETH is quite a lot to "gamble" but i get what you mean. Another good thing about pre sale is to test the waters for future investors. If some small investors wouldnt be sure if they should join ICO, now they will have some idea where this project is going. 100 ETH limit is great! for investors this is a good amount of money, this will create a favorable atmosphere on the exchangers! there will be no hard plums. as it happens if ICO don't have limit. perfect solution! I think percent of dividends will depend of from the one in which object of real estate you invest. Or no?
people will receive dividents from profit in real estate rent as i know. So its will be not fixed I think.
people will receive dividends based on what they choose to invest in using tokens and the rate of profit that asset generates. I said same. but this is a long term investments i think. We must to wait 0.5-1 year for building estate and than will receive dividends every mounth. Right? But dividends may would be huge  Long-term investments are ideal for this project, stable and reliable profit especially earlier REAL has already been announced the list of potential partners, as we see the case does not stand still! |

Presale and Pre-ICO are already sold out. Now, there will be just the ICO. Sold out? Where you find this info??? pre-sale still no announsed! And i didnt hear any date of pre-sale. Did I miss something ? I know we were talking of presale at one point but I thought we were sure of nothing. Yes there will be presale but date not announced I think everyone hoping that details of pre-ICO announce today sometime. Dev already said that it is not confirmed yet if there will be a pre-ico or not, they will announce their decision, you will see it on the web, in the ann, and in social media, you just have to be patient and constantly check the thread. maybe they want to avoid speculation, and would to give priority to those investors who believe in the project and their bright future anyway, we must wait for the announcement |

I participating also in this ico with a small amount. I think it is good that the adult industry is using blockchain and crypto technology.
It certainly does look like this project has potential. Remains to be seen of people see this potential as well and invest their hard earned eth in it. If the dev's do a god job , this might be the next big thing. I agree, adult industry is very profitable - adult sites on every corner. but webcams platforms have appeared the last few years - this was due to the appearance of 3G and 4G Internet, I think the trace of the evolutionary stage will be - this platform with using blockchain and crypto technology |

I found this on medium: "After careful consideration, we will no longer offer 7 rounds with different pricing levels. Instead, we will only offer 1 investment round at a fixed price of $0.065 per UTRUST token." So there are no early bird discounts? would be nice to have some incentive for early supporters.
This will also help deter ICO PND cos with certain individual will try to get in on the first round due to the bonuses and dump hard soon as it hits the exchange. and this is right decision - this will eliminate speculation, UTRUST have purpose - exclusion of speculation, and a trust relationship between buyer and seller |
