Maybe yes, maybe not. Nobody knows but I hope AMD will create a new drivers soon.

Just to be sure I did understand you correctly - you mean -fanmin 40 -fanmax 100 -cclock 1200 -mclock 2250 -cvddc 970 -mvddc 950 will not work in SMOS Claymore 9.8? Correct?

Guys, can I skip OC in SMOS panel (just leave empty fields) and put Claymore 9.8 string in miner config, like this:
-epool 79.98.144.27:8008 -ewal <wallet> eworker <worker> -epsw x -esm 0 -allcoins 1 -fanmin 40 -fanmax 100 -cclock 1200 -mclock 2250 -cvddc 970 -mvddc 950

I have the same behaviour in Claymore 9.8, also power is not stable. If not using -cclock -mclock  I got stable 30.2MH/s for RX580 8GB and MSI Afterburned 4.4.0 beta 16 setup:

My first rig is mining since a few days. It's only 3x RX580 8GB for now but I'm going to use 8x GPU at finall setup. Of course, SMOS is my OS. Overclocking AMD GPU is working like a charm but I do not understand what exactly "powerstage" parameter is doing. My powerstage value is 5 now.

Code:
- powerstage - lower value = lower wattage, 7 is max power, 0 is minimum power but it will almost for sure freeze your rig.

Does it reduce mV or what else?

Witam wszystkich kopaczy i giełdowych graczy  Grin Od tygodnia właściciel małego riga, własnoręcznie złożonego. Na razie tylko 3x RX580 8GB ale docelowo będzie 8x. Kopię bardziej hobbystycznie niż na zarobek. Pozdrawiam.
