241  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Investment plan on: July 30, 2020, 03:09:52 PM
Couple of coins from that list even I love to acquire during the dips and continue holding it for the time I do not meet my goals. So for short term if I get some profits I can book it, on the longer term I am more optimistic with the prices of those coins in future to be manifolds then the current price so will invest more during the dips.
242  Economy / Economics / Re: Cash Is Trash on: July 30, 2020, 06:52:16 AM
I would not assume that cash is rubbish because basically money is everything we can do anything we want right including investing in stocks and crypto initially using cash then deposit into digital money.
The whole world is currently using traditional money, and of course this is more valuable than diamonds or gold, so no matter how great it is investing in US stocks, I think it's useless if it can't be made into cash.

Cash is accepted everywhere in the world though the currencies of each country is different. Also, for something to become like a cashless society it will decades and decades as in all countries you have poor people who do not know how to separate such things or do not have the required facilities as well. So yes, some part of population in the world will shift to this digital money bit still cash will remain in society.

243  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Earn and save in Satoshi on: July 30, 2020, 05:56:07 AM
That's right, I agree with you.The world of currency is a very big world. Not everyone is able to earn income in this world. Some are earning more and some are losing.I think as he is.Those who are earning income must be ready to deal with the next bad time. And save something.

In this lockdown if some has skills or learnt some thing new then they can do a freelancing job and accepts the payment in the crypto currencies. Also, this is the best way to earn some extra money as well and with bitcoin price rising it is a sort of investment only being made and this will give you good profits as well in the long run. So firstly, one should be earning some or buying it then only will be saving it.
244  Economy / Gambling / Re: Bitcasino.io 💜— Rock out with us at Wacken World Wide! on: July 29, 2020, 05:39:56 PM
I can understand that having 1 website is easy so that you get it everything under same platform. But here both are two separate entity as there are 2 separate individuals who are managing it though they are sister concerns only. What I think is that each one specializes in 1 thing and would like to keep it that way itself so that it is easy to manage and move ahead in their own way without any interferences or difference in opinions later. In the end they want the user should have the best experience when they visit the site, and we as a user want it to have a good time in games or be it then sports betting.

BTW this time they have come up with another new way to keep the users entertain with their musical festival. Keep rocking and life rocks with music. Cheers !!
245  Economy / Speculation / Re: BTC up 42% year to date while Gold did good at 28%. Will it carry on? on: July 29, 2020, 04:48:55 PM
Both are so different to each other. One is ancient (Gold) and other is current time (Btc). There were so much comparison you can find between the two in the forum that will bitcoin outclass gold, or will bitcoin surpass gold etc. But in today's time both of this are gold for an individual if they had bought some months before only would be levering today the rise which has happened in this short span of time. Stocks markets may not have done that well due to obvious reasons in this pandemic, but both has surpass any other investment made if made in other asset class.
246  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: T20 and T20I cricket prediction and discussion on: July 29, 2020, 09:48:31 AM

Indians will still celebrate IPL by watching it online or on Television. IPL means everything to every cricketing fan aroung the globe, as in 2020 it is one of the major and only cricketing events.
Yes, IPL has turned to be one among the most popular leagues played. This has got viewers all around, because from each and every country few players are into the league on different teams. Another thing is the time taken for the entire match to get complete. Mostly the matches were scheduled for the evening which makes everyone watch it having fun.

I think IPL is the most popular league because of IPL's matches are very exciting. on the other hand, there are many people who like to bet on IPL"s match. in my country I know a lot of people who like to bet on IPL. I think this is one of the big reasons, why many people watch IPL match.

Since IPL is of short format, everyone would be loving this, and this is more of a batsman game where you see very frequent 4's and 6's or some innovative short being played etc. As a result, always have seen all seats in stadium are full packed and yes people are interested in betting as well. Have known few of them who try to find out the odds and try their luck on it. Since its IPL so anytime the game can change, and odds might become favourable in the end.
247  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Snipie's gambling investment test on: July 29, 2020, 06:34:41 AM
The above pic does makes all the investors happy because those who had being running in loses because last time person won big changed the statistics for all and this time somebody had lost 20+ btc and resulted in some relief for the investors to see their either loses turned to profits or their profits rose yesterday.
248  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: A Late Show with Stephen Colbert calls bitcoin a scam on: July 29, 2020, 05:44:52 AM
If he said that the twitter hack is a bitcoin scam, then he is right but if he said in general that BITCOIN is indeed a scam then he is one of those people who doesn't have any knowledge about bitcoin or the whole cryptocurrency. Some of my friends think that way but i try to explain every single thing about Bitcoin so they could understand it.

Whenever such things happen and ransom amount is asked in bitcoin, people feel that bitcoin itself is a scam because they associate that all bad things is because if bitcoin. But once they know and understand how it works, how beneficial it has been to millions of people they would know the story from both side rather than knowing the half of it. We will have all types of people some will like it and some will dislike this so nothing to worry about it.
249  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: GAMBLING SITE INVESTMENT on: July 28, 2020, 04:45:24 PM
@Yatsan - Good news for you as some whales have lost big in gambling and this would have resulted you in making some decent profits from it. Almost close to 20BTC profits in one go to Yolo site and this would bring smile on all the investors who had invested in this bankroll. Those who had withdrawn some time before missed this ride.

250  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Some gamblers have been arrestes in Bangladesh for money laundering through bitc on: July 28, 2020, 02:25:14 PM
Countries should make it legal so that the government could also earn through the taxes and this will give them another source of revenue. Just like countries do allow gambling in their country because it adds to the revenue and so government should move towards making it legal and can frame the regulation around it. But unfortunately, people must stay away from it as it is not what government encourages it.
251  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Best Bitcoin Wallet? on: July 28, 2020, 02:01:37 PM
Blockchain wallet is the best to me. This wallet is very safe. I'm using it since 2016. But don't forget to save your login details. There is no option to reset password incase you forgot it.
Safe? not safe.

It's a wallet that's popular for having tremendous bugs. If you still haven't experienced any, choose electrum as earlier as now.

This wallet is for users who trade on daily basis or do gambling or require of business purpose etc. Though ideally only limited amount of coins should be stored on any such wallets as this are not really at times when the hack happens and that is why storing it offline are the best way to avoid security lapses.
252  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Las Vegas Casinos are open - end of the Pandemic era. on: July 28, 2020, 11:34:15 AM

No one is actually stopping people from going to casino since the government have already said they are exempted but to curb the spread of the virus i dont anything bad in treating an adult thats yet to be mature as little children and i believe this was what the Chinese government didnt do then.

The government said that people can go to Las Vegas for the purpose of visiting casinos, but the society immediately began to condemn these on forums and in various media . Players began to be called almost the most important distributors of the disease.

No wonder you dont understand there purpose that why you underrated their power. Trump stop funding because they are not open up with their investigation about the cause of the COVID 19 and how the Chinese government dont curb the spread till it a global disease but i guess thats because they have their own rule and regulations to follow.

Trump stopped funding this organization because it showed its helplessness in the fight against global pandemics. WHO functionaries fly business class, stay in the most expensive hotels, spend a lot of money on business trips, but the benefits of them are very, very small.

This was bound to happen because as such gambling does not come under necessity and when the cases are spreading so it is necessary to stay away and be safe at home. Though government encourages because they get revenue once the casinos get open. Though the economy and the people all are affected with this pandemic and now with the US stop funding WHO will need to see how does WHO reacts to it.

254  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Crypto Investors Rejoice As Bitcoin Price Surges Above $10,000 on: July 28, 2020, 09:42:24 AM
I'm securing myself a profit from part of my bitcoin portfolio. I can't miss this chance to sell even for a bit so that if the pullback comes, I can rebuy for myself or won't have any regrets that I didn't sold while it's been at the top.

We are rejoicing as we see $10,000, what if it goes double, triple or goes ten times?

If your targets keep achieving it then sell accordingly. You would have invested with a horizon and with a price level as well. So, do it accordingly so that you would not have to regret even if it reaches 15k in coming time as you met your goal and exited it. Greediness at times can lead to higher losses than profits like seen before as well.
255  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Are there any successful and relatively new casinos? on: July 28, 2020, 06:13:39 AM
What I have observed these days the new casino offers great promotions and bonuses that attract the users. They have daily giveaways lurking on their social media page and of course, those newbies catch the opportunity to earn at least a penny. So if new casinos have a good strategy it will make it work for long.

Due to people gambling online this is the time for them to attract the new users on their site and this they are doing it by various promotions, giveaways etc. Also, we have seen so many new gambling site has being up and to compete with the old ones they will have to attract the users by giving them very good offers so that they gamble on their site.
256  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Chess on Sports/eSports betting on: July 27, 2020, 10:06:27 AM
Maybe that's one way of thinking, but there are people who are skilled and are much interested in spending time playing Chess. If I'm not wrong, the popularity for Chess among gamblers is low because of the time it takes and the luck factors. With dice you get lucky to win, but here it is pure skills. When played between two players the skilled one wins, this is the reason why Chess isn't getting popularity.

This doesn't matter how chess is popular among gamblers. Important, how chess is popular among wide majority of people. Much more than dice or even poker (about poker i'm not sure) but not too much for e sport. This is the problem. Not so popular as football, baseball or even Heartstone.

I guess there could be multiple reasons for which Chess among the gamblers would not find it much exciting as compared to soccer, NBA etc as that it is like played with silence and an indoor and no audience as such compared to outdoor sports like soccer. Watching someone play chess is boring as it does not generate any excitement in viewers as compared to other games which we view.
257  Economy / Services / Re: [Open] PokerShares Politics Board Signature Campaign {Snr - Legendary} on: July 26, 2020, 02:53:39 PM
I have a doubt regarding one of the conditions. It says "Posts count starts Sunday: 12:00 Noon, ends Saturday: 11:59 AM weekly [Forum time]". So that means that our posts won't get counted, if we make them after Saturday 12:00 Noon (but before Sunday 12:00 Noon)? Such as this post?

If you read the first post of this campaign, Cryptoboss has mentioned 'Each week will run from Sunday 12:00AM to Saturday 11:59PM Forum time'. This might help to answer your query.

And what you are talking about is line mentioned in spreadsheet, which it seems that needs to be updated.
258  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Marketplace (Altcoins) / Re: Looking to buy solana tokens at 0.44$ on: July 26, 2020, 09:31:34 AM
What is solana token can you tel in brief about the team and the company.
It's available in cmc & CoinGecko so go and search solana official website with telegram. I think it is a good coin and you can include it if you want, but you will have to pick a lot more informatio.

This coin has made high of around 1.26$ or so and trading at this level only now. In last 3-4 months this coin has given a good return to people who had stayed invested or bough the coin early. May be some of them if want to book profits can sell a part of their coins now.
259  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: JETWIN CASINO HAS OFFICIALLY REFUSED TO PAY ANY OF MY 25,000 DOLLARS IN WINNINGS on: July 25, 2020, 05:09:39 PM

I made promises to my son with that money set up a meeting to buy a home and now I just look stupid. I'm broken hearted and I need retribution or something

I hate reading this kind of story could have been a happy ending if you only know how to read between the lines, people have been preaching here to only play in reputable and old gambling sites I don't know what made you play on Jetwin, obviously it's a scam gambling site based on what they are trying to do now I hope you can still get at least half of what you are claiming, but there is life and hope after this

Certainly, this breaks the heart when you know you are so close to fulfil you desires or promises made to child and in the last realise that this turns to be a scam. Such sites should be closed they play with people's emotions, money etc and the participants need to identify such sites and needs to stay away from them.
260  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What's your favorite crypto for gambling? on: July 25, 2020, 12:54:13 PM
For me it's BTC or you can say sathosi. I don't have any particular reason also. It's just a daily practice which becomes habit so other coins not seems to follow my gambling algorithm as the base bet is different for each of the coins. I like to play with the DOGE also.
Agree, because I was used to using Bitcoin from the start so even though there are other coins that have lower fees and faster transactions such as Litecoin and DOGE, I personally will still use bitcoin as the main gambling but even though sometimes I will convert to altcoin maybe for a particular purpose. Whatever the coin, I think it doesn't matter because the most important thing is we can enjoy and be comfortable when gambling.
Yes, but for those who have limited capital like me, I will certainly choose an alternative method that uses minimal transaction costs, and LTC is my alternative, if I use btc my funds will be reduced with high transaction costs.

Yeah if btc is available with me or already in the wallet of the site then might gamble with it or may use an alternate coin which the site may accept it and play with those coins. Transaction costs when the fees are high then might switch to some other coins because at times the fees are so high that it makes no sense only to gamble as winning may not be that much.
