141  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Bitcoin casinos to surge in German market? on: August 31, 2020, 12:28:16 PM
They really have this Top casinos in Germany, I think it is quite a paid site and biased, but atleast, it proves that bitcoin casino gambling in Germany is growing by seeing numerous new casinos available for people to play.

Quote
The German Finance Ministry has put it in the private money category and promised that sales evaluated at less than 600 euros would not be taxed.

More than 600 euros is already huge for most of the gamblers, but this is a good initiative to attract gamblers knowing that they didn't need to pay taxes if they just play with funds less than 600.

This would attract more users and already the trend in Germany what I know is that people love to gamble and when this type of interesting things comes up then people would get tempted to gamble as below 600 Euro does not attract any tax. This could be another reason that we might be seeing the new online gambling sites keeps coming this day.
142  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: My portfolio on: August 31, 2020, 09:26:37 AM
Good to see that you have majority in the BTC. Also, you have other coins but did not saw ETH which ideally when you invest in altcoin as well so should have it. Though the choice is yours and good to see that you have diversified portfolio and not just in 1 altcoin only. So, keep monitoring and if some coin is underperformed change to some other.
143  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Missing the current DEFI pump on: August 30, 2020, 01:21:56 PM
but I don't think that the Defi sector can last long in this industry, I think it's just a Hype. and after this maybe some of you will be stuck FOMO in this hype defi. I hope you are prepared before that happens.
This is a big question and as far as I can see of those defi who have been getting very big pump didn't have very strong usability. People were getting fomo caused by the whales have been started to pumping it and once the whales will be trying to od a flash dump and the price can go back again to the bottom price.

If already had invested in coins and it has risen a lot then you think then better to exit the positions and book profits before they collapse. Unless, if you are sure about, the future and think that such coins would be worth a lot in coming time then only better to stay invested in such coins.
144  Economy / Speculation / Re: Next Bitcoin Bull Run Will Be ‘Dramatically Different’ on: August 30, 2020, 07:58:02 AM
It will definitely be different as people are now well-informed and more adoption is in the crypto space. We might see the biggest bull run in the history of BTC soonest.
For some people bitcoin is good investment /asset but for some like in my country bitcoin has already a bad image because it was use to scam other people thats why bitcoin still not on a bullrun.

In some countries government just consider it as a scam and only the negative image is being presented by the media due to which the advantages or how it is useful are not bought and talked about. Thus, people refrain from buying the bitcoin.
145  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Bad projects equals Bad results on: August 30, 2020, 05:42:35 AM
yes, the point is that not all projects that look bad will end up bad too or sometimes can end otherwise. for example the Taychon or Tokoin project, many prize hunters or investors claim that the project ended with a scam. and it turned out unexpectedly that the project was successful.

If your luck is good or bad things may be accordingly. So sometimes even bad project may give little profits and you may book it and then it becomes worthless, so you made money out of it even if it was bad project in the end. But overall, we cannot expect the bad projects to sustain in the long run.
146  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: I can't wait until I can pay using bitcoin at the supermarket on: August 29, 2020, 04:00:43 PM
Most of us are dreaming and hoping that we could used our bitcoin as payments to pay goods and services in the real world a long time ago. But I think it is not going to happen from now on because a lot of crypto users are complaining about the high fees and slow transaction that it takes 30 minutes - 1 hour to complete the transaction.

This is for the time being and things will again go back to normal but major problem that in many countries there are no such option available where the btc is used as the payment option as merchant does not have it due to not legal in their country or still no proper guidance around it being provided yet.

147  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Verge coin on: August 29, 2020, 03:00:53 PM
don't get your hopes up to see the price of Verge to $ 1, I have no problem if you want to hold your coins until they reach the target,
but here I just want to give you good advice, sell when the price of XVG is able to go to $ 0.1 again, because XVG is already very high in price

Does not look the XVG from long term looks that it can reach to $ 1 too. It is currently at 0.006 and even if it reaches till 0.6$ too that is 100 times form now will be the best thing that could happen to XVG. Might not even sustain this level for long it seems.
148  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Be carefull Newbies! Fake Promo-code scams on: August 29, 2020, 10:26:28 AM
There are various fake you will be finding it that will tempt you to join by giving the showing higher returns, fake giveaways etc and in the and you realize that it was a scam or you end up losing your money in such things. Do not get carried away by such lucrative offers as many times those are scam.
149  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Make Money Without Trading or Gambling on: August 29, 2020, 09:27:15 AM
there are many ways in the crypto world to make money without gambling and trade, one example of airdrop and bounty besides that it can mine new and old coins, I have never become the benchmark  gambling and trade to get money because it has a high risk better to choise bounty and airdrop
does not use capital and low risk

Bounty programmes and for airdrops are the options better if you can really choose the good projects to invest it. There are hundreds of projects and only limited will add value and will have good price of the coins. So it is very important to identify such projects to make money from it.
150  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Winklevoss Case for $500K Bitcoin on: August 28, 2020, 04:31:29 PM
Good to read and hope to reach that levels. For practicality we would be happy even if bitcoin reaches 50k by 2021-year end and slowly and stable just keep moving ahead and most important thing is that it should be accepted across the globe. Not like few countries keep banning it and some remains uncertain this restricts more users to the bitcoin community to expand.
151  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: UK hospital launches rehab programme for bitcoin addiction on: August 28, 2020, 12:00:33 PM
Bitcoin addiction? What do they mean? It is unlikely that there is such a diagnosis and it is definitely not included in the international classification of diseases.

Hearing this for the first time like bitcoin addiction, also then there would be something like stock market addition also would exists. But this is nothing more than an opportunity to create a new field and get a good consultancy charges and the treatment charges form the users and make money out of nothing.
152  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Don't invest for quick gains only on: August 28, 2020, 09:36:14 AM
Many such projects would be their which are created for quick gains or say it is a dump coin where only for the benefit of the owner those are created. So once they get good price just dump the coins and in the end investors lose out their money because they did not sell at right time or at times they die even before hitting the exchanges. So, ensure only after knowing about projects you all invest in any such projects.
153  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What is the best welcome offer for you? on: August 27, 2020, 04:56:16 PM
I never claim my welcome bonus.
welcome bonus is not my priority when choosing a gambling site.
I read many reviews about the site before register. I need to know how good they handle the withdrawal.

I agree that security and safety are very important. Also, for me trustworthy and legitimacy are priorities and therefore is good to make due diligence before choosing a casino. However, this is not the reason not to use welcome bonus, that is always nice to see but of course it's not the main criteria.

That should be a priority because safety comes first. If there is a reputed casinos site and say not offering any such thing and on other hand there is a new site offering some bonus but you would be unsure if they run away with your money so in such cases always believe in trusting the good reputed sites which has history and also trustworthy among its users.
154  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Does Name really matter in crypto? on: August 27, 2020, 10:10:55 AM
I don't think you need your name to be successful in cryptomarket. The name is just a means to identify you. You also have to work hard and you have to work efficiently to be successful in this cryptocurrency. Only your work can make you successful.

This will differ from each person as for some name may not matter 100%, but to an extent should be good and nothing which could insult or a banned word something like that if used it could have negative impact as well. Also for someone everything could be in a name itself though overall the coin should be able to solve problems and this will have the demand for such coins.
155  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Token of Future---- XLM, TRX, XRM? Worth holding for long time? on: August 27, 2020, 09:52:02 AM
This is very tough to choose one from these three potential coins! Personally, I don't like the Monero, so it is excluded from my list! Now, I think TRX and XLM both are worthy for holding! TRX had some great development and they are continuously growing. In Forbes and Nasdaq, I read some positive articles about Stellar! So, It will be good for holding!

Well if I have certain money and I think future holds in all the coins then will invest certain ratio in all the three coins and also it is said never to put all eggs under one basket so should not be investing or be dependent on single coins. Thus, invest or chose all the favourites coins which you think can be good for future value of these coins.
156  Economy / Speculation / Re: Buy every dip! on: August 26, 2020, 04:33:00 PM
I think its not an easy strategy to follow .At the beginning time of trading i thought it is an easy to do a trade but i made always loss .It's went more deep .So i think we should need more analysis before trading this way .So its so tough to say every deep will give you profit .

Not everyone can trade and make profits. It required learning, knowledge and skills to read an make profit. If one can learn and over time has gained experience chances are that can become a good trader but with crypto since it is highly volatile so not many can become successful in it. Ensure what you can afford to lose only trade it as you are not good at it.
157  Economy / Economics / Re: Business / private sector is dead on: August 26, 2020, 02:33:15 PM
I am seeing how small shops are shutting in my country or they are clearing their stuff and selling the shop as they cannot run or close it for so many months. Also the businesses have impacted as people do not have much money to pay the salary to their workers, or pay other overhead costs and this means that coming time will be very difficult for such people in all parts of the world to sustain.
158  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Greatest Gambling Losers on: August 26, 2020, 01:49:51 PM
That number one really is surprising.

Never thought that people would actually waste their money in gambling instead of thinking how they could earn more with that huge amount. I would understand Michael Jordan's addiction to betting since he has a lot of money to support him and I know there are a lot of people that would be advise him to stop but with that guy, saying that he is burried to debt means no one actually care how much he spends on gambling.

It is like after certain amount of loss one will stop, or it is greed that does not allow people to have that control when to stop it. Other thing is that they would have played to recover the losses and though they may win and that would have not happened it and this would have lead to such huge losses in their life.
159  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How to make old people understand Bitcoin? on: August 25, 2020, 05:53:37 PM
I think the Bitcoin community should build Webinars and training center's where they could learn and practive the deep universe of Bitcoin and other altcoins. Teaching them step by step and move to more advanced complicated lessons.
Teach them the essential of Cryptocurrency asset and how its much safer than putting money into banks.

It would not be easy for them to make it understand but if they believe you or they are known one to you then you can explain the advantage, what are the features, share your personal experiences and how it has added value t you and also how someone or yourself made some money from it etc. This might just help the to get some insightful on this.
160  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: No exchange? No Value! on: August 25, 2020, 05:51:18 PM
there are so many exchanges launches day by day and it is difficult to understand which one is secure and I prefer those exchanges which have a good reputation and working for more than 3 years. but we live in digital ears its impossible to trust any exchange reputed exchange also. if you have a heavy fund then its great to store your fund in a hardware wallet.

Ensure that you only trade with the bets exchanges which are existing for long time and has very good reputation here on this forum or overall and if any issues occur their customer feedback should be supportive so that your issues are resolved quickly. This will help you to avoid any scam or losing any coins due to any security lapses etc.
