41  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: SRBMiner Cryptonight AMD GPU Miner V1.5.0 on: May 01, 2018, 02:10:21 PM
Anyone else having major issues with the new Windows 10 1803 Update? My RX580's Rig has turned into a complete mess. It even tried updating the 18.3.4 Radeon drivers to 18.4.1, but it still is a mess.
what trouble are you having? i can't get a stable rig on this at all. tried different miners and all give different problems
- My system is extremly slow.
- It takes forever to open AMD Radeon settings.
- My Sapphire blue lights on the cards are out.
- When running SRBMiner I get all these 'Error CL_MEM_OBJECT_ALLOCATION_FAILURE when calling clEnqueueNDRangeKernel for kernel 0 for DeviceID 0 (Thread 0)' which I never had before.

Not enough virtual memory? Fixed that error for me.
Well, It is set to 20000 and it was working before and it doesn't explain all the issues I am experiencing. i just found out after waitng forever that one of my RX580's doesn't show the 'Graphics/Compute mode' option in the Radeon Settings. So another issue added to the list.

Hi, maybe this question is asked before, but how should the fast switching ('p') work? As soon as I hit 'p' the miner tries to switch to the other pool, but I got errors 9 out of 10 times:
[2018-05-01 10:00:14] Switching to next pool from pools config
[2018-05-01 10:00:19] Connecting to sumo.pandapool.nl:5555
[2018-05-01 10:00:19] Connecting to sumo.pandapool.nl:5555
[2018-05-01 10:00:19] Connected!
[2018-05-01 10:00:20] Could not login user to pool
[2018-05-01 10:00:20] ERROR : A request to send or receive data was disallowed because the socket is not connected and (when sending on a datagram socket using a sendto call) no address was supplied.
[2018-05-01 10:00:20] Can't connect to sumo.pandapool.nl:5555
[2018-05-01 10:00:20] Switching to next pool from pools config

Sometimes it works once, but as soon I try to switch later on I got these errors again and have to restart the miner.

Heavy reaches 1100-1150 on 8gb RX580 cards (yup increased over v7 hashrate).  On 4gb you hit VRAM bottleneck so hashes around 750-800

Please explain mem/core and miner command

I didn't get you?  if you're asking for core/mem settings then those would be in range of 1200-1266 Mhz and memory varies from 2000-2250 (depending on timing mods and vendor of the VRAM)

eg.  All of my RX580 (Elpidas) do 800 H/s @ 1250/2020 clocks on Cryptonight-Heavy and 1025 H/s on Cryptonight v7
Do you use some specific Mem. Timings? And at what Voltage do you run these cards? I still can't get near to 800H/s @ 1250/2020 (running @ 975V)

Yes, custom timings and that's what makes it reach 800. I haven't optimized it for voltages yet but they all run around 937mV.
937mV and it keeps stable?

Well, this miner must be optimized for Vega only, because with my RX580's the results are very disappointing compared to SRBMiner. With Cast XMR I get 695H/sec max out of my cards, with SRBMiner 730H/sec.  Huh

I'm getting about 870 H/s from my 4GB RX 570s Elpida memory and 4GB 815 H/s from my 4GB RX 470s Hynix memory. You're doing something wrong.
Sorry, maybe I should have mentioned that I am mining Sumo (CN Heavy), not XMR.

I am getting 940hs with rx570  1180 core and 2100 memory. I can go to 1000+ but power useage not worth it
940hs with CryptoNight Heavy? I had these kind of hashrates with normal CryptoNight, but I really can't imagine you got these kind of hashrates with CN Heavy.

I tried everything to get this miner to work on my rig with 5x AMD RX580, but it refuses to find any shares. The only thing I see is:

I can't find anything wrong with it.

I know how slow is Stocks Exchange, really terrible, but i need to buy some SONO now, Hamukione, maybe you can answer this question.
I bought some Sono a few days ago at Stocks.Exchange and the withdraw was almost instance to my wallet.

PhoenixMiner 2.9e is officially released.
The only reason why this miner is not running for more then a few days is because you guys keep releasing new versions!  Cheesy Cheesy

Clay-Phoenix-Ethermine-Autostarter
Phoenix,Claymore Devfee no Hash Stop ,Autostart the Miner and Go Common problem with Phoenixminer and Claymore Miner is when DEVFEE comes by and the third or fourth time does not catch Shares gives these miners warning and stops the miner, to remedy this is this startbat watchdog and this ensures that the miner starts again or if necessary restart the whole miner rig, you place the contents of the start debate of the miner in this watchdog bat, and works great, you can download it at:

Download: https://github.com/digitalpara/Clay-Phoenix-Ethermine-Autostarter

Download: https://mirrorace.com/m/1qlvn
Why don't you guys just use the free version of Awesome Miner? The latest version of Awesome Miner comes with support for PhoenixMiner 2.8b (including basic API support) and it has all these rules you can setup to restart your miner on failures/low hashrate etc?

You're welcome. Well, with this new algorithm and the difficulties that it comes with, my pool seems to be almost dead. Only 8 miners left with very little hashrate.  Undecided

Did nicehash already update to cnh? Does anybody have an account and can check?
You don't need an account to view all the algorithms at the Live Marketplace, but I have an account and there is no support for CNH yet, only CN7.

I really like this miner. It uses slightly more power then Claymore, but the interface is much better. Maybe a noob question or maybe it has been asked before, but what are the 'degrees' with the exclamation marks ( !!! ). Is it like GH = ( ! ) and TH = ( !!! )?
This is just a visual indicator of how big is the share difficulty. One exclamation mark is used when the share is between 10 GH and 10 TH. Three exclamation marks are used when the share is difficulty 10 TH or more. For comparison, the current difficulty of ETH network is about 3100 TH.
Thanks, that is exactly the information I asked for! I am using the new 2.9b version and so far it's working great!
