301  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Is Master Degree Important? on: November 08, 2017, 09:55:23 AM
Do you think that master degree is important? I see that many companies nowadays ask for a master degree but still I know many people who had a job without it. Do you think it is essential?

It depends on what you want, if you wanna be the best in both hands on and theoretical field then taking a masters degree is definitely needed, but that doesn't necessarily mean that you are an underdog if you dont have a masters degree, there are lots of rich people who didn't even went to school, yet they are very successful.
302  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Is religion necessary for humans? on: November 08, 2017, 01:44:12 AM
I think it is, a person living without something to believe with is just lost. Having something to believe in is what makes a persons life colorful, and meaningful, it helps a person to be who he is and brings the best out of a person. So having a religion or a belief is a good thing.
303  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Do you believe all muslims are bad? on: November 07, 2017, 11:19:40 AM
Do you believe all Muslims are bad? How do they differ from the terrorists?

You may want to share your thoughts. Some think all muslims are terrorist. Reasons why they said that because they don't study about their culture and norms. They need more information about why there are msulims and how do muslim live, how are they related to ISIS and other terrorists group in the world.

I think that is just wrong, I mean to say or consider every muslims as bad?, every nation and race has their own black sheep, and most of them are products of failed family system or beliefs. In the case of Isis, I don't know what their problem is, but they're not helping our world to be a better place.
304  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Where would society be without the internet? on: November 07, 2017, 11:08:54 AM
I believe that internet have been playing a big role in our society ever since internet was created, but it also has affected our society in every possible way. Most of the affected group is our youth, internet is now availble anytime and almost everywhere, and its not requiring any parental guidance, so addiction rate is quite high. Health is greatly affected by this as well as socialization skills, but lets not take away what great advantage it bring to everyone.
305  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Well educated nation is the key? on: November 07, 2017, 10:59:28 AM
Is Well Educated Nation can be the key for fixing worst economic problem what do you think guys

For me the answer is a big yes. Having a well educated nation is the only key in solving not just the economic problems but every possible problem that could exist in our planet. That is why education is really important and that is why scholarships are implemented in every country, if people are well educated then we will definitely have a better world to live in.
306  Economy / Economics / Re: If Bitcoin had a stable price, would it still be as popular? on: November 07, 2017, 10:47:45 AM
Do you think if BTC had a stable price which could only be altered by $0.01-0.10 it would still be as popular and as used?

I think that would affect bitcoins popularity in a negative matter in a very huge state, most people are very attracted to bitcoin because of its volatility, which is a very huge advantage for crypto traders. But surely, there are people who will still go for bitcoin even if its price is more stable now especially that its price is very high.
307  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin is Becoming a Global Currency on: November 07, 2017, 09:08:59 AM
For the first time, when I look at the offers on LocalBitcoins.com, there are a half-dozen currencies ahead of the US dollar, offering a higher price for Bitcoin than US dollar users.

Euros, South African Rands, New Zealand Dollars, Hong Kong Dollars, Polish Zloty, Malaysian Ringgits.

It is no longer just the US, EU or even China driving adoption.  There is a market for Bitcoins in major countries all over the world.

I think, it would be just a matter of time before Bitcoin can be called as the global currency or should I say, the international currency. Today, bitcoin is being known to every countries and it is a big shock for them once they knew about it, that there are cryptocurrencies that actually are having larger value than what they use today. Many people are just being drawn to bitcoin and they are asking for it to be used in their daily payments or transactions.
308  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][ICO LIVE] Boosteroid - personal cloud computer available for everyone on: November 07, 2017, 06:24:05 AM
I think because of the proper completion of 1st ICO of boosteriod. more incoming investors and more boosteriod consumers. so if you want to improve your performance then give your best performance. more power BTR

I think although they didn't reached their hard cap, which is really high, I can say that they really did a nice job. Lets just hope that they will reach their hard cap in the next ICOs, they still have 2 more ICOs so I guess that is gonna be a great way to find or attract more investors.
309  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][ICO LIVE] Boosteroid - personal cloud computer available for everyone on: November 07, 2017, 05:36:06 AM
Last 13 hours before the first ico ends, they've raised around $847,802, though the tokens where not maximized, only sold around 1.7m tokens, i think they're still doing pretty impressive. i hope the ico will be better in the coming 2nd and 3rd phase.

Yeah, 1.7m tokens or $847,802 is not bad for a start. It will surely get better on the 2nd phase and so on as they will be releasing the demo app which will attract more investors.

I've been reading that there is gonna be a demo app that is gonna be released, does anybody know when its gonna be released and where could we get it?, I would like to experience the project Boosteroid first hand. Hope to be able to use it soon.

roughly 7 hours left before the first stage ico ends and btr manage to raise $904,711. almost one million dollar. i congratulate btr team in advance for successful ICO and wish that in the 2nd and 3rd phase btr will hit the hardcap. despite of btc dominance this past few weeks, btr was able to come up with that result good job team.
by the way, does the burning of unsold tokens will be after every ICO?

$900k out of a projected $53 million is successful?

it is a 3 stage ico and the $925609.98 invested today is a 15 ico days. i think the ceiling is high and certain events affect the crowdsale. is $925k is small for you?

925k is small if the company thinks they need $1 Billion to compete with Amazon, Google, and Microsoft, Rackspace

he has a point though, lets just hope that Boosteroid will do better in the 2nd and 3rd ico stage.

The ICO will last until the first quarter of 2018 , Boosteroid still have more time to get their hard cap , 3-4 months , I think this is enough time for improvement and development of product, also still have more time to find more investors.

I do hope and I'm positive that boosteroid will find more investors and that they will meet their hard cap before the end of their ICOs. Actually you are right when you said that the time before they have completed their ICOs is enough for them to develope and improve boosteroid, that way more investors are gonna support the project.
311  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][ICO LIVE] Boosteroid - personal cloud computer available for everyone on: November 07, 2017, 02:48:02 AM
The ico is doing great for it raised as much $615k in a month. It possible to reach $1m by couple of month

They're been sold out during pre-ico so i guess it pique the interest of other investors as well, i won't be surprise if Boosteroid hits $1m

its posible to rich $1m because they offer a good service and a lowest price among the other company's thanks
i think they will be able to reach the $1m, they offering the cheapest and most secured data storage, so i think lots of investors will be willing to invest to this magnificent project.
its possible to earn more than a million dollar. 1st stage is almost over and 2nd stage will start soon. and as of now, many investor still investing to boosteroid. wow.. this is amazing. i think they can reach $2 million or more.  Smiley

the ico hardcap is too high! what is the reason why btr is setting a high target collection? any idea?
I heard that Boosteroid are setting a high amount of token capacity for the reason of burning all the unsold tokens by the end of ICO and then they said that it is one of the strategy to increase the value of the token (BTR).

Burning those unsold tokens is a way of maintaining a certain amount or price, it is not a way to increase a tokens value or something. Once the unsold tokens is not burnt then there will be an inflation in boosteroid tokens or whatever token it is, and that is due to too many tokens available in the market.

Looks like a scam but I can't be sure.

Better not to judge a book by its cover. Try to read and analyze how well their plan is. ICO is on going and it is doing well. If you haven't read yet about what Boosteroid is, here's a link for your reference.

http://blog.boosteroid.com/en/ico-boosteroid/ico-boosteroid-pochemu-stoit-investirovat-v-proekt/

I guess there are just people who don't read, or if they do read the papers then they just can't believe that there is a project such as this, a project where the users has the advantage and the money is not an issue. Well, I guess its pretty hard to believe, I don't blame them, boosteroid is just too good.
313  Economy / Economics / Re: Does this mean Cash will be extinct? on: November 04, 2017, 10:39:39 AM
Sweden is contemplating to stop using cash by 2023, does this mean cash might be extinct if other countries follow suit?

https://www.weforum.org/agenda/2017/10/sweden-could-stop-using-cash-by-2023?utm_content=buffer40bef&utm_medium=social&utm_source=twitter.com&utm_campaign=buffer

I think that would be hard to do, money or should I say paper money is not gonna go down that easily, I think cryptocurrency and and paper money are meant to work together, one will work better with the help of the other. So I think cash is not gonna go anywhere, but will be working together with cryptocurrencies.
314  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][ICO LIVE] Boosteroid - personal cloud computer available for everyone on: November 04, 2017, 08:30:28 AM
So it is basically another Golem like project. Between the way you predicted token price rise via a graph and that too as ever increasing, I kinda don't feel easy. You really can't predict price or growth like that. Between where are your computing facilities located?

Its not just about graph, its about the product, the offer, and how the business model will work. If something bothers you their technical support might give some clarity on the development.

https://t.me/boosteroid_support

Facility is located in georgia, You can read some blog for update and development.

http://blog.boosteroid.com/en/boosteroid/boosteroid-razmestit-vyichislitelnyie-moshhnosti-v-gruzii/

I have also read in their paper that they strategically placed their facility in that place because of one thing, and that is because the pay for the electricity there is so much lower than anywhere else. That is just a huge advantage for them, now we just have to wait for their product and see for our selves what kind of service boosteroid provides.
315  Economy / Economics / Re: Is bitcoin a good way to invest your money ? on: November 04, 2017, 07:01:41 AM
Savings in banks Deposits in banks Property investments, such as buying property (land and buildings) are then leased or resold after some time later. Gold investment, such as buying gold and then stored for the long term. May be useful in the long run. and produce a decent and satisfactory. or farming to buy sawan and gardening and planting fruits and vegetables is a very good investment. Although a little vulnerable to failure but it could not hurt to try.

Actually bitcoin is a really good way of investing your money, even as simple as holding your bitcoin could make you a big amount of profit, the bigger you have, the bigger your profit is. People are now very much eager to have bitcoin in their wallets that is why trading is also one of the ways which you can make profit out of bitcoin.

I visit their website Boosteroid to in exactly 2 days and 19 hours the first stage of ICO will end , they gathered $ 745877.14 , Im sure that it will be a big help for the dev and team of boosteroid to grow and improve their services .

This is just the beginning, actually the first ICO isn't over yet, and look at how people respond to boosteroid. They already gathered this amount of money in just a few weeks, or should I say, people are seeing boosteroid as something that will become a huge success.
317  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][ICO LIVE] Boosteroid - personal cloud computer available for everyone on: November 04, 2017, 01:14:52 AM
The first stage of ICO Boosteroid near the end. It will be on November 6 , 2017 . Hopefully boosteroid lured more funds and investors that can support to this kind of project.

The first stage of Boosteroid is finally on its way to the finish, I think it attracted many investors and eyes of consumers or users. I think people are just waiting eagerly to see what will the end stage of this project be like, to all the supporters of boosteroid, lets keep it up and move forward.
318  Economy / Economics / Re: what will happen to banks? on: November 01, 2017, 01:46:14 PM
Since banks profit from fees and blockchain will kill fees, my guess is banks will be negatively impacted.
Some banks are already stepping into the blockchain world.
But blockchain will not bring back the profits as otherwise.
Any thoughts?
Apologies if this is not the right place to discuss.
Thanks in advance.

I think banks will be affected heavily by the boom of cryptocurrencies, many will just use online wallet or trading accounts because its much easier. One thing that online wallets has that people like is that there is no such thing as maintaining balances and there are no need for all these paper requirements, which can also be a good thing or a bad thing. If the bank is not gonna work with the cryptoworld then I think its gonna be the end for them.
319  Economy / Economics / Re: it is possible fiat currency will crashed? on: November 01, 2017, 01:21:36 PM
I heard Robert Kyosaki is talking about the crashed of FIAT CURRENCY? when this thing will happen? how are we going to respond?

I think this crash of fiat currency is not gonna happen anytime soon, I think that bitcoin and our current money currency is related to each other, without one another, the two will fall. I remember that the purpose of these cryptocurrency is not to replace fiat money or eradicate them from this world, but to help people have a much convinient way of sending and receiving money.
320  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin reduces unemployment on: November 01, 2017, 12:54:15 PM
I think in the presence of bitcoin will reduce unemployment, because searching for bitcoin also requires hard work and creativity, and competitiveness in bitcoin is also high almost similar to work in the real world

What is your opinion this time?

I think it does. There are just so many people who are investing and buying bitcoins that are earning more than employed people. Joining bounties aswell gives the chance to people who are unemployed to have earning for a living, or even giving them the fund to start their own business. So I think, it really does, not the bitcoin itself, but the use and the bitcoin that is being rewarded to them by joining bounties or giving their services online.
