201  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How to get more profit? on: February 07, 2018, 01:24:39 AM
People always greed.
Yes, I am one of them.
Recently, i lost some of my bitcon because i want more instead of holding bitcoin. so i buy altcoin but not top 10 altcoin.
Would you like to share your experience?
Beside, i know that airdrop is good way to gain profit.
What do you think DeepOnion airdrop? It seems that they got a very good community.

For me, air drop is a very good way of making profit, not only to its developers but also to everyone who will be receiving the coin, I mean, its free, and who would thought, it might be the next big thing in the crypto world, and the good thing is, you almost didn't do anything to earn it. I also invest in alternate coins that are not in the top 10 list, but I consider it as a risk that everyone of us here should take.
202  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Is still Ok to invest in Etherium on: February 06, 2018, 01:30:52 AM
Hi guys,

I was trying to invest around 5K in Etherium. The price at the moment is around 1.2K and as it looks it is still growing. You think is it a good time to invest ?

For me, its still a go for me, because from what I saw, ethereum is one of the strongest cryptocurrency out there, its got lots of buyers and investors, the coin is circulating very well and its price is so much stable compared to other cryptocurrencies. Ive seen other cryptocurrencies went up and down in their value but from what Ive seen, ethereum just keep a slower but consistent increase in its value, so for me, I will still invest in ethereum.
203  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Don't panic! on: February 05, 2018, 04:37:20 AM
For anyone who is panicking at the market-wide price drops, please don't! There is no reason to panic. Look long-term, don't look at price charts over the last week or month, look at them over the last year and see the pattern of rises followed by pullbacks... but the course is always upwards.

If you're new and bought in during December and now see huge losses... the worst thing you can do is sell now. Prices will increase in the long term. The current dip is just a correction to the wild excesses of last month. Don't panic!
If the prices you can see now are lower than the prices that you bought in at, then the best thing you can do is buy more. Why? This will lower your average entry price.
If you bought bitcoin at $16000 and see it now at $8000, the course of action is clear: buy the same amount at $8000, and your average entry point is no longer $16000, it's (16000+8000)/2=$12000.

Don't sell, buy!

People really tend to panic when they see that they are losing profit and I think its just normal, but in the ,crypto world especially when you know that you are holding a great coin, a coin that has lots of potential and that it is gonna be big, I would say that panicking is not an option, and we should continue to hold and let it make us the profit that we want. So panicking is not gonna do us any good.
204  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is it a good time to buy altcoins? on: February 05, 2018, 04:10:20 AM
I've been doing some reading lately and willing to invest a small amount into altcoins but not sure is it the right time to buy now. Shall I wait any longer?

For me, the right time to buy some coins is now, now that their prices are so much lower than its original price, buying coins now means having to get your hands with more coins in a much lower value, when the time came that their prices are on an up trend again, you will be happy that you bought coins now, when its prices are high again, then you will enjoy the fruit of your investments.
205  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: When do you know its time to sell your altcoins? on: February 01, 2018, 07:19:28 PM
Just wondering if ya'll have a typical formula you go by or a certain X percentage profit or loss.

I've been playing around with coins for just under a month now. $23750 total investment and currently up just under 10k in profit. One of the coins (IOTA) has gone up about 288%.  Obviously it would suck if it crashed but it would equally suck to sell if it continues to grow.

Just wondering what a lot of you folks do. I'm considering investing another 25 or 50k into coins. Ideally I'd like to net 15k a month off them but I know that may not be realistic on a monthly basis.

For me, Its time sell some coins when I feel happy about my profit, I  care don't care wheather people are telling me to keep holding on my coins because its price is gonna go on an up trend some more, as long as I am happy with the return of my investment, then Im gonna sell some of it already. A gain is a gain, and you can never lose if you already earned from what you have invested.

207  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: ICO is the best way to invest? on: February 01, 2018, 12:00:12 AM
Do you think ICO is the best way to invest in?

In my opinion, it is one of the best if not the best way to invest. Joining an Initial coin offering program gives you the chance to invest in a possible good coin in an extremely lower rate, there are so many coins there that are hitting the market today with a boom, and all of these coins started with an initial coin offering. So for me, its a yes, if not one of the best, it is the best way of investing both your money and your time.
208  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Ethereum will overtake Bitcoin on: January 31, 2018, 08:52:38 AM
In the next year ETH will overtake BTC as the number 1 cryptocurrency.  I would unload your bitcoin while you still can.

I think, yes, this coin has been steadily increasing its rate even though its just a slow increase, but I think to surpass the rate of bit coin is gonna be a hard battle for ether, bit coins value is just so high up that I think no other coins could surpass that even for a whole year. But I thing ether has a great future ahead of it, as well as its investors.
209  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: what to do if bitcoin decreases? on: January 31, 2018, 08:31:24 AM
now a lot of investors are investing in bitcoin, therefore bitcoin has increased very rapidly, if bitcoin decreased what should be done?, whether the investors will lose? Roll Eyes

The value of cryptocurrencies are continually going up and down, for me it is just a proof that these coins are really being used, some invest in it and some sells it. If the value of bit coin decrease then it is just a normal happening, eventually its price is gonna go up again, the only question is how long is it gonna take before it happens, and I think its not gonna take long before bit coin is gonna take its rise again.
210  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Buy altcoins or not? on: January 31, 2018, 06:58:59 AM
Should we invest in altcoins?and why?which is better altcoins or equity shares?

In my opinion, alt coins or alternate coins play a big role in the crypto world. These coins are as important and as valuable as
any other famous coins out there, the advantage of investing on alternate coins is that, you can buy plenty of coins in just a very small amount of money, yet the return or profit could bring you to no body can tell how much, but there is also a risk that you could just easily lose your investment since the coin is not yet that well known and stable. But again, in the crypto world, nothing is sure, and everything is a risk.
211  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Are you afraid of hackers? on: January 31, 2018, 03:09:04 AM
Recently Bloomberg posted the information that it took hackers less than 10 years to steal over 14% of all existing Bitcoins and Ethereum from the wallets of their holders. The total sum they have stolen is more than $1,2 billion! How to protect yourself from hackers attacks? Are you afraid of this stuff?

It actually is very scary knowing that there are these brilliant hackers out there that are ready to take and still whatever
investment or holdings you got in your wallets. one of the things I do to prevent hackers from having access in my accounts is simply using a cold wallet, where I can store my earnings and coins offline, that way its gonna be if not impossible, very hard for these hackers to access it, as of now this is the best way of keeping my coins safe in the simplest way.
212  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: you have profit in all airdrop? on: January 31, 2018, 02:49:37 AM
the airdrop for me its super profitable to gained money, even its all free but you need also to support them, what i mean is if you buy some token or coin for better,. i know they dont yet if they success the project i just suggest its get to support them, even its small money you spend in that project but soon your spend money to his project your profit make 3x income.

As I see it, air drop is very profitable, you get to get those coins for free! although at the moment, its value is not that high or what we can say as profit, but it has a great chance that its value would increase in time, and the good thing there is that you
received some of those coins for free. I call that instant profit, now if you see that its price is consistently increasing then that is a good  indicator for you as well that the coin you got is actually worth investing with.
213  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Will you donate Bitcoin for the poor and needy? on: January 04, 2018, 10:05:55 AM
Will I donate bitcoin to the poor and needy?,  I think it would be better to teach the poor and the needy the way to earn bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies, there are so many ways of earning bitcoin, and that is gonna be the best help that anyone could ever offer for the poor and the needy.
214  Economy / Economics / Re: Why did you choose bitcoin? on: January 01, 2018, 10:06:09 AM
Although bitcoin tends to be very volatile, that same quality makes it more advantageous than risky. We can consider bitcoin to be very risky as well, but we can also call it as a risk that could be of great advantage, most especially to its holders or the ones who uses it for trading.
215  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Buying Drugs with Bitcoin ? on: December 20, 2017, 01:35:58 AM
Anyone bought drugs with bitcoin and what are you thought on the subject ?

i know i have used bitcoin to buy psilocybe cubensis thank you bitcoin i cold have not done this without you now i can trip watching corry & eastenders in the evening its such a sight.

It's saddening that even bitcoin now is being used in drug cases, that just shows how people mind works, everything and anything that can be used to please their selves is possible aslong as they get what they want. Bitcoin is a great thing as well as the whole cryptoworld, but some people are missusing and abusing its purpose.
216  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is It advisable to quit my present job for bitcoin? on: December 19, 2017, 02:16:43 AM
Bitcoin trading these days has become so rucreative that I am tempted to quit my present job which is not giving me enough time to explore more out of bitcoin world...

What's your take on this, should I go ahead and quit?

Thanks

I think it would be wise not to quit your job, having lots of way to earn money is the best way on how to have lots of incom or profit, yes, bitcoin gives you the chance to earn big but its better to have a day job as well. In this way, you can make the most out of your time.
217  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why are so many people against bitcoin? on: December 18, 2017, 02:32:54 AM
I'm trying to understand why are so many people against bitcoin?  is it the innovation that scares them? the feeling of staying behind? the fact that that money will go to the wrong hands?

These people are scared because they don't know how cryptocurrencies work, having a shallow understanding about things gives you the feeling of insecurity, and that is why these people are scared. I guess reading and learning about the cryptoworld is the key to really understand how the crypto works.
218  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why Cash is better than Bitcoin. on: December 18, 2017, 01:25:47 AM
I think the things you mentioned above are the advantages of paper money today, the future is different, and the future is where we are headed, if you wanna be wise and be rich today and in the future, then investing in Cryptocurrency would be the best thing that you could do. Because the said advantages of paper money, would be cryptocurrencys least advantage in the future.
219  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Am i late to buy bitcoin now ?? on: December 18, 2017, 01:11:46 AM
Hello there one year ago i bought 3 bitcoins but lost them all in gambling... :'(nd now seeing the bitcoin price makes me cryy...
I have 1500USD right now...i am thinking to buy the bitcoin now whatever i can get with them

Should i buy now or not as bitcoin is reached its all time high and in to the moon...please advice me

Last 3 months ago People are asking if it is too late for them to invest in bitcoin, now they have earned more than they can imagine. No one can tell what will happen to bitcoin, but it definitely is worth the try, taking a little risk is part of life and you wouldn't lose anything if you take everything as  something.
220  Other / Off-topic / Re: Is bitcoin dangerous ? on: December 18, 2017, 01:02:07 AM
I'm wondering why bitcoin was made if there are too many currencies in each country, why would anyone add or make a type of currency in the internet? For easier and faster transactions or so ?

I think, it is as simple as the reason why people created coins, and then paper money, and that is because of convenience, bringing lots of money with you gives you this feeling that you are not safe, security is such a big issue when it comes to our properties and money, and that is why people created cryptocurrencies, because of security and convenience. That is what I think.
