361  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] Boosteroid - personal cloud computer available for everyone on: October 19, 2017, 06:12:52 AM
i believe that this will help us to use all the necessary information that we need to know on our technology. having a cloud storage and affordable personal computer. and a highly security to prevent from hacker and breaching. this will turn our entire world into a cyber world technology.  their will be no more 3rd world country... all will get the benefits of new technology..

I believe in what you said, that this project will prevent hackers from stealing files aswell as breaching the system. I just don't know if it would take part in helping the third world countries and other poor countries as well. Having said this, I believe that the security that boosteroid will provide is gonna be one of the best ones out there, if not the best.
362  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] Boosteroid - personal cloud computer available for everyone on: October 16, 2017, 09:41:06 PM
How will Boosteroid will compete to the top cloud computing services today like Amazon, Microsoft, Google, IBM, etc..? How will they enter the market with those large companies that already built a strong foundation in the market?

Actually, going head to head against these huge companies is just impossible, how can you make your way up with them if they're already up there taking the lead for quite some times. Well, for me, its all about the users, if the users are treated well, I mean given all the services they need and in a not so costly way, then I think its gonna be a game changer in the world market.

Hi dev i just wanna congratulate you in advance for the work you have here, so far so good. Just one question, since you are indicating that you have a less cost when it comes to cloud storage rental, do you have a price comparison to others. as i read on the ann on the website i just can't see anything with regards to it. Versus google drive will do i guess since it's the common one. Thank you in advance.

Yes they had a really low cost compared to others because 1 BTR corresponds to the cost of one hour computing power rent, the starting price of BTR is $ 0.1 and the final price will be $ 2.78 while other existing cloud storage cost are:
Amazon Web Services — $ 10.6
Microsoft Azure — $ 10.26
Google Cloud — $ 6.5

Nice info buddy! $0.1 is really low compared to its competitors. I'm looking forward to the success of this token. A budget cloud token that offers same services of high end competitors. Sounds good to me.

Wow, just look at the price difference between the leading names and boosteroid. That is a big deal, and those leading names are gonna be shaken for sure as what the developers of boosteroid wanted it to be. Now lets see what will happen to these companies, its gonna be compete with boosteroid, or be forgotten. Nice job boosteroid.
364  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] Boosteroid - personal cloud computer available for everyone on: October 16, 2017, 10:43:57 AM
And i just to add i do some research about some of Cloud storage implemented via Blockchain technology such as Allerin, Storj and Sia. Since there are also existing ones, how will you manage to difference your project from them. I wanna know the pros and the cons coming from you since this project is quite promising and lots of potential to unleash if implemented and excuted smoothly.

I agree with you. I also want to know the advantages of Boosteroid vs Storj, Sia and Allerin. I'll be expecting an immediate response to guide other readers as well. The whitepaper clearly describe its technical implementations but there is no comparison with other existing cloud storages.

I was just thinking of the same thing, we already know that this project is providing what the leading players are giving to users, but are there any other reasons why boosteroid can provide the same services with a lesser price? And why are the leading providers giving their services in such high prices? What are the difference?.
365  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] Boosteroid - personal cloud computer available for everyone on: October 16, 2017, 10:18:13 AM
I think boosteroid came up with plan to guarantee the customers satisfaction on using this cloud services that they offer.. As they said on their objective "why us ? " because they'd offer much more cheaper than the other competitors on the market. Given the fact ,not compromising their services. Thanks again.

I think, this project got a great team, and what I think is that they are people who actually care for the consumers or users. Building a project that would benefit the users and would make the users really happy and satisfied just shows how a great set of people are in this team.
366  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] Boosteroid - personal cloud computer available for everyone on: October 15, 2017, 07:43:09 AM
It is nice to know that not only boosteroid offers low price to everyone, it also relieves all its users from spending lots of time on registrations, and the complex procedures, that even regular users find hard to follow. This is such a good news to everyone, especially for users like me who are not so knowledgeable about the new technologies today.

367  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] Boosteroid - personal cloud computer available for everyone on: October 14, 2017, 05:15:57 PM
Safety. Users can be sure that all their data is secured and flawless operation of all systems is ensured. The information will always be secured and no one will be able to steal or withdraw it.
                                                                                                                                   - Boosteroid

I hope that the promise that is written by the team about the safety of this project is serious. Most users now are storing up various files on the internet and the security is one of the most important things that the users are taking into consideration, I believe that this project, will be able to give every users the service that will make them feel safe, that no matter what happens, or how long it takes, their files are safely stored and can't be touched by any hackers.
368  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] Boosteroid - personal cloud computer available for everyone on: October 13, 2017, 03:21:11 AM
Available for everyone means the service should be free of charge.  In this case  the monetization scheme of Boosteroid is not clear for me.

I think boosteroid already did a great job in giving the users a quality service in the lowest price that we could get. Now, I think, asking them to give it for free would just be too much for us to ask sir. Any way, I'm looking forward to celebrating the success of this project with all the supporters who believes that this would bring a better service for everyone.
369  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] Boosteroid - personal cloud computer available for everyone on: October 12, 2017, 03:52:28 PM
If I am not mistaken, this project (boosteroid) is offering everybody a quality cloud computing service, as well as large storage, with the promise that it would not be as costly as others. I think, if what they're saying is true and the quality of the services are as good as those of the leading ones, then definitely boosteroid would attract many consumers as well as investors and would make a big hit in the market.
370  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin is Falling...Is it Panic Time? on: October 12, 2017, 01:09:47 AM
According to my friend preev.com, as of press time, the value of Bitcoin is standing at $2,351. Though I would say that this still considered as a feat, some are worried because it almost reached $2,800 again after the correction that happened days ago.

I have read that the decline can partly be contributed to newcomers especially neophyte traders who still have to be well-versed on the market...and can easily be ignited to do panic selling once they can fell that anything can be wrong.

Against this backdrop...are you holding on to your Bitcoin or transferring it into another digital currency?

For me, if you haven't reached your target value, then whatever happens to the trend of bitcoin, whether it fall or rise, I'm still not gonna let go of it. I know that holding my bitcoins would definitely br the right and the smartest choice.
371  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin or gold? on: October 12, 2017, 01:03:39 AM
If you had to convert all your wealth to either Bitcoin or gold and keep it there for 10 years, which would you choose? Keep in mind the fact that Bitcoin has only been around for 5 years, and could be fundamentally different in any number of ways in 10 years.

Gold is old, so I think I'm gonna go with Bitcoin knowing that it is the future. Gold is something that will gibe you a safe result, it is so stable that in 10 years you could be having the same value of gold as you have when you last store it. On the other hand, bitcoin is still contually increasing its value and if you invest on it, there is just no limit im what you can get in the span of 10 years, but its a risk that you have to take.
372  Economy / Economics / Re: Investing money on bitcoin..! on: October 12, 2017, 12:49:40 AM
Nowadays many people are starting to invest money on bitcoin or the buy bitcoin..is this a good approach?
How this will influence us in future?

Yes it is true that many people are starting to invest in bitcoin, everybody is just want to have a piece of the said success. Some people worked in projects which are related to bitcoin, but I think, most people who has budget and money to invest with bought bitcoins as their investment, and I think that it is not a bad way to invest.
373  Economy / Economics / Re: crypto is the future, make money of it on: October 12, 2017, 12:39:42 AM
What do you think about the fact that cryptocurrencies will literally be the future ? In a few years, it will exploded and, be rich if we hold many ?

If what you are saying is that cryptocurrency will soon take place of our future money, the answer is, it is highly possible. And if you are saying that we will become rich if we will start holding as many as we can, as I see it, ues, there is no doubt that the onlu way for us is to become rich.
374  Economy / Economics / Re: Are cryptocurrencies better than regular currency on: October 11, 2017, 01:57:25 AM
Honestly I believe bitcoin is better since one you don't use your credit card so you don't loose you needed cash but instead your cash that you could easily earn back from mining. Plus, it's open to all ages unlike credit cards.

I think not yet, bitcoin and cryptocurrencies are still very volatile. I believe that stablility is one to be taken in to consideration in choosing which currency is better, but the volatility of cryptocurrencies give the cryptoworld the upper hand, because their value can go up to no one can limit.
375  Economy / Economics / Re: Can we totally eliminate all the banks in this world? on: October 11, 2017, 01:39:43 AM
What is the future of cryptocurrencies when all the government need to do is to close the bank accounts of businesses or exchange?

https://www.coindesk.com/bitcoin-businesses-face-bank-account-closures-in-singapore/

I think thats gonna be hard to do, knowing that we've been holding on to banks since I don't know when. Closing banks to give way to cryptocurrencies is gonna take some time, most people are also buying bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies because they know that cryptocurrencies has the ability to increase its value in a short period of time, then they're gonna convert their cryptos when the prices gets high. So I think people are still wanting our current money and are just using cryptos to get rich.
376  Economy / Economics / Re: Is bitcoin now the strongest currency in the world? on: October 10, 2017, 11:36:10 PM
After the events of last week.

I was making this suggestion to some folks yesterday, but they claimed that bitcoin is too small.  Does it matter?

In my opinion, bitcoin has the highest value and the fastest to increase its value in the market whether its fiat or cryptocurrency. But if we will say that it is the strongest currency in the world?, then my answer is no, we can see that its rate is continually going up and down, compared to dollars that is very stable. For me, stability is the basis on saying which one is the strongest currency of all.
377  Economy / Economics / Re: Which one is good, trading or investing? on: October 10, 2017, 02:28:51 AM
i had about $200 worth of bitcoin.
How can i earn more with that amount?
should I trading? or make an investment?
and please give me some trusted site to investing my wealth.

**i dont want to give a loan, or else.**

if you had some advice, feel free to tell me.
really apreciate it.
thank you.

Investing your money to bitcoin related projects like ICOs is a good way of investing your money, you just have to be keen in studying and knowing the project and the team as well, or else you might lose your investment. Trading is a good way of earning bitcoin as well, buy altcoins that you see to be promising then hold on them and wait for your target profit, when you reached it, then go ahead and sell it or trade it.
378  Economy / Economics / Re: What will happened to bitcoins after one died? on: October 10, 2017, 01:20:35 AM
Who owns the bitcoin after someone died?  How to state this in the will? Please share your thoughts.

Maybe in the future when bitcoin gets to be as accepted and as stable as our fiat money today, maybe they will be able to do something like a benefactors or something like a transfer of bitcoin to the closest relative. But now, what will happen if the owner of the wallet died, there is nothing but loss. Those bitcoin and any other coins will be lost, unless he shared his accounts information with his family.
379  Economy / Economics / Re: bitcoin atm on: October 10, 2017, 01:07:07 AM
Here in my country we kinda have one, but all it does is put money in your wallet, you can't withdraw money from it or even use it to buy anything. We can also put money and convert them to bitcoin in some pawnshops, you can give an amount of money (fiat) to them and they will put it in your wallet, then all you have to do is convert it to bitcoin.
380  Economy / Economics / Re: What will happen if we use a one currency only? on: October 10, 2017, 12:43:27 AM
for example if we use the dollar it will certainly be bad news to see the habits of the corruptors in Indonesia, they will never do small corruption. What if they later corrupted $ 50 million or even $ 1 billion. Countries will be dizzy to tackle such corruption cases. that is if we use only one currency, for example the dollar currency

I think you are looking to much about the negative things that people do, I think having a single currency around the world will just show and encourage equality. Using one currency brings convinience as well, you can use the money that you are holding anywhere in the world without having the trouble of exchanging them.
