Do not listen to them hippies. They are jealous of my GPU quarkcoin miners.
Don't give this guy a damn thing. If it does exist, he needs to provide it for free. If it does what he claims, people will be more than willing to provide donations. I'm calling shenanigans here.... I'm assuming the code started with some open source stuff from another miner. So if that's the case, how do you justify selling something that should be free? beyond that, I want to see output screenshots before I'm going to believe a damned thing.

I don't know if it helps, but, law of averages, it should be an average size of 30
While I'd like to do that, I know that for ever block under 30, someone would yell at me for my averages being off . Gil's difficulty, is not 83,000....

Cannot sync wallet... I think it needs to be updated!
Works for me, it takes a bit but then the usual tick mark appears.. On a side note, I'd love to see GIL listed on CoinChoose and more exchanges I'll put it up as soon as it is on BTER / Cryptsy / Coins-E / Vircurex or BTC-e. [/quote I know what my issue was - the randomness of the block size. I just put it up with the lowest block size as the set size (i know it is random, but this way, those that know the coin will know how to adjust that ) I don't know if it helps, but, law of averages, it should be an average size of 30

If you downloaded 7.2.1, please see OP for 7.2. Newer client, needs more testing first. 7.2, will atleast remove the LTC network warnings, its a start

New client does not seem to be syncing to the network...
|
|
|
client cant sync with provided node
It's going to take time, for enough people to upgrade client

Compiling now
Clever girl Mind your own business What the fuck are you talking about?

hydroponica, use the middle one I posted earlier, It just simply disconnects clients with 100k blocks more than current client expects.
Compiling now Gonna let it run for a couple hours, to be sure, but instantly, the one PC I had, that was trying to sync the 400K+ blocks, started syncing the correct ammount, so, I think that did it. You have both been extremely helpful, and I think you guys should spilt the bounty, 50/50. I am gonna let it run for a bit though, before I payout. This isn't a Hazard coin, Mudda, you helped me compile the original client lol It was built off ARG code

Another client upgrade. Should be last for a couple weeks, hopefully

Nope, didn't work. 1 client just started syncing 400K blocks The LTC messages are gone though. I wonder if it will improve, once more clients on the network are upgraded?

I'll run it overnight, and see what happens.

The chains tries to resync still. May need to go a step furthe
I deleted the blockchain, and peers.dat and added banscore=1. That seems to have fixed it
|
|
|
I knew about the magic numbers, and was fumbling through, trying to fix it, but, short on time, so, I decided to do the next best thing, pay for a solution
|

Devised a few extra steps, to get it working properly, but, Muddafudda, your client is working great. Due to time constraints, I'll go with the quick, temporary fix, for now. I will intigrate the more perm solution, in a couple weeks, when my schedule settles down. How ever you guys want to do the bounty, letme know, I'll pay it out
|
|

Thanks to Muddafudda, new client has been released. See OP for download link, and detailed instructions. Please, I request that you follow the instructions, before yelling at me, and calling me names, screaming the client doesn't work
