1  Economy / Gambling / Re: Casino behavior that turn you off on: January 28, 2022, 11:50:07 AM
Some factors that commonly gamblers will not like the operator:
- Scam
- Low of services
- slow troubleshooting
- Low-speed response of the CS
- High transaction fees
- Complicated KYC
- Fake bonuses
- Difficult interface

Maybe they are some of the conditions that I don't like and maybe others also don't like..

The first point is great:) Scam is what turns your off in each and every casino:) I would also add stupid support members that give stupid answers to your questions. That's irritating.
2  Economy / Gambling / Re: Vikingbet.io launched this week. on: January 28, 2022, 11:43:30 AM
Not the best one but not a bad one. I hope they are fair and transparent enough. Will try it with the lowest possible amount.
3  Economy / Gambling / Re: Very immoral marketing strategy. on: January 28, 2022, 11:33:32 AM
Good point. When we ask for regulations, we should understand that many of good stuff can be banned too along the way. I bet there are no dishonest streamers and no scammers on the North Korea's national intranet, called Kwangmyong. But do we need such a thing? I don't think so.
I would add that we all don’t really know anything at all about what is happening with the Internet in North Korea, as well as, in general, how the citizens of this mysterious country for the world community live there.  But, I think, of course, Internet scammers become there - it's deadly.  However, everyone knows about some hackers from North Korea who mine bitcoins and maybe dollars for their country.   Smiley

Yeah, but obviously all those hackers are working for the North Korean government. If you are an independent hacker in North Korea - you dead. Smiley

As for immoral advertising, as I recently found out, in general, the advertising market is already 1/3 on TV, and 2/3 on the Internet in terms of the cost of this advertising.  At the same time, there is almost no regulation on the Internet and immoral advertising on the Internet knows no boundaries and brakes at all.  And whatever one may say, any of us faces it from time to time.
And I have no idea what will happen to the restrictions on advertising when we all move to Web 3.0

I have no idea either. Are we moving to Web 3.0 at all? And if we are, will the internet, as we know it today, be completely abandoned? I mean, you can download any book to your kindle, but people still buy paper books. Let's hope for the best, though. Let's hope in the Web 3.0 will be no "immoral marketing", whatever that means. Smiley

I like your idea about web 3.0, but we are still on the stage of the concept, I think. Blockchain offers many opportunities, but to build web 3.0, we have to reset our minds first. Humanity is too centralized and even at those Blockchain dawn times, we have seen centralized exchanges instead of decentralized ones. Decenstralized Internet is looking like a city on the cloud. When it comes to online casinos, the idea of decentralized gambling sites is great, but you should never forget that one day the blockchain itself may be abandoned. If this happens, the casino that is built on this Blockchain will be closed automatically. It looks non-realistc, but with this huge number of blockchains nowadays, this may become true one day.

I haven't been here since May. I see the webclient interface has changed quite a bit and there are many other updates I need to catch up on. What was the most important update over those 3 months, what do you think?
5  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] UNIVERSA | Blockchain Protocol for Business on: May 14, 2019, 05:59:35 PM
No doubt. If BTC is flying like nothing these days just imagine how alts will fly when alt season starts.

Bitcoin grows like crazy. Its dominance rose, which makes alts even cheaper now.

What do you think about Binance news? Any ideas is it a real hack or insinuation?

BTC seems indifferent to this. We even broke 6k resistance. Very positive outlook. Usually crypto drops after such news but now it doesn't care at all.

That's good, seems that we are really bullish right now and nothing can stop us.

Quote
1. The exchange is for everyone. There is no restriction by region.
2. Mainnet is operable, partnerships are signed, swap is done, the web client is updated regularly...

The client is updated regularly - WITH NO IDEAS ON WHAT HAS CHANGED, THEY DONT TELL YOU.

It looks like you are not following the news. You can watch the updates of web-client in a special chat  https://t.me/UniversaWebClient. Today was update.

He never used universa nor did he follow the news. But he tries to convince us that there is no progress...

UTNP bounced strong off of 66 sats today (on Cobinhood) and also very good volume there in the last few days, it means people are getting in and accumulating.
From a TA perspective it looks like we are forming a super bullish W bottom pattern ... the first bottom of a W pattern was 56 sats, looks like the second (which should be a little higher then the first) was 66 sats ... almost a textbook example. We shall see what the next few weeks brings, but this looks very very positive Smiley

I hope your forecasts will come true because I'm starting to accumulate at 70 sats. I think there would be no lower price.

Video with AB: https://youtu.be/IQUe7gkHekY?t=3295
Bad autotranslation but still interesting. AB answers some question about Universa in the end. Worth watching.

Interesting. I didn't quite catch what they were talking about in the end. I guess I should wait for a proper translation.

Here it is. English subtitles will help you to understand the topic Alexander was speaking about.

GosDuma has made smart contract equal to paper contracts in Russia. That can be good news for Universa. The article translates into English very nicely by Google translator. Check it out https://blockchain.ru/posts/gosduma-rf-oficialno-priravnyala-blokchejn-dogovory-k-bumazhnym

I'm really beginning to not understand Universa anymore. So much potential and promises during and after the ICO, but all we seem to be getting afterwards is plenty of talk and publishing, but not a sense of utility direction. And now, we've got so many other projects boasting of better TPS and scalability.

More than 20 000 TPS? Really?

I've been busy lately. I see that Universa showed some decent growth for a bear market. Now it's dipped a bit. Should I buy more UTNP? What are your predictions?

Well, if you wanted to buy now is a good chance. I bought today and will buy more in a few weeks if it dips deeper.
14  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] UNIVERSA | Blockchain Protocol for Business on: January 05, 2019, 09:21:25 PM
Universa is showing very impressive result from last month it moving with good streak. This recovery phase is looking very solid so that I hope soon it will gain more value and in future we will see this among big projects.

Hope you are right! We are almost in the top 100. The higher we are, the more attention we draw. My guess is that we will hit top 50 this year. That would be a great result.

Finally, the project starts to get the attention it deserves. But that's only a little step for this sleeping giant.

All indicator possible given false signal so make sure use stop loss. To trade by technical analysis is also we can learn about price pattern. Knowledge about risk management trading plan is needed in trading to avoid loss from wrong prediction and to minimize risk.

The best thing I think is to know how to calculate your risks and apply them carefully into your strategy.
16  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: simple trading strategy on: October 12, 2018, 08:16:51 AM
Good day everyone, since I have some free time, I will share my trading strategy and I will try to explain it in the simplest way
so to cut the chase,

Trading Indicators to use:
Bollinger Bands
Stochastic RSI
MACD (optional)
source: www.investopedia.com

So how? First, you'll need to understand basic psychology of the three indicators mentioned above.

Buy signal: when the price reaches a support and stochastic RSI crossover
For example:

Sell signal: when the price reaches a resistance and stochastic RSI cross over
For example:

And make sure to use MACD for signal reinforcement

I prefer classic candlestick analysis. It works with levels nicely on fiat, but in crypto may fail sometimes. however, it makes me move forward everytime.
17  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Should I stop trading in this bear market? on: October 10, 2018, 07:51:44 AM
The easy solution is, If you can't make profits from trading at this moment, then you should stop trading. But Remember One thing, the Bear market is a very good time to learn how to trade and a great opportunity to make profits. A lot of traders are making a profit from this bear situation every day, If you can't do it, then at least You should try to weld trading tactics when coins price are low.
that's right sir, bear market doesn't always make us lose because the market isn't always red, in bear market there are many opportunities to get profit, because after the price drops there is a high recovery

Bear market is also an opporutnity in margin trading.
18  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Should I stop trading in this bear market? on: October 10, 2018, 07:50:46 AM
stop day trading and keep holding to help stop bear market and we will start to rise

Yep, you are right:)
19  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Should I stop trading in this bear market? on: October 10, 2018, 07:46:07 AM
If you are using margin trading, you can trade in every market, just take the right decision.
