481  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Possibility of Bitcoin's value to be zero on: March 30, 2018, 04:08:37 PM
There is a possibility of BTC price value to become zero but it is highly unlikely. The market will always follow the law of supply and demand, and there will only be 21 million BTC that can ever exist. Alternative coins without any real-life uses are the ones that will cease to exist within the next few years.
482  Economy / Economics / Re: Will BTC and large coins recover? on: March 30, 2018, 02:43:45 PM
During the peak in December 2017, BTC and alts price were hitting an all-time-high, everybody was enjoying its upward momentum, others are buying more BTC and alts hoping for it to break another ATH - FOMO without any realization of correction and consolidation after its bullish run. The result of it is what we're experiencing right now, the true price of BTC and alts before the FOMO. We may go through this consolidation stage until Q3 of 2018 but it does not stay at the bottom, it will recover for sure because many institutional investors are attracted to it.
483  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: felling depressed for holding bitcoin :/ on: March 29, 2018, 04:40:07 PM
You should've asked yourself about what to do during a bloodbath a long time ago before you bought BTC. Do you need the money you have invested in BTC now like an emergency? If yes, then it is fine to sell your BTC then buy back again if you still wanted to be in crypto world. If you don't need the money yet, then let it be and never panic sell. Patience is a virtue.
484  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin going $1000 on: March 29, 2018, 03:41:02 PM
This kind of post has been here too many times in bitcoin discussion. Drawing small circles on your chart with Fibonacci does not prove it will surely fall below to $1k. There's a strong buy wall at $6k which I think is the most attractive price for institutional buyers to bag BTC. The market is a game of probability and we must be ready with our decisions whatever happens.
485  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Getting tired of waiting on: March 29, 2018, 02:39:35 PM
I know how it feels to see my investment at a loss but, I have learned my lesson well to be as patient as long as I can because I believe in the infinite potential of bitcoin to recover and to continue its bull run within Q3 of this year. It is not yet a loss unless you sell it all but, if you really need the money now, nothing's wrong with getting out from you position.
486  Economy / Speculation / Re: What will happen to bitcoin in 2018? on: March 28, 2018, 09:29:00 PM
BTC price rising to $60k from its current price within this year is like another parabolic rise that happened last year which could possibly result to another big time free fall. It is better to have a gradual increase which could be attractive to new investors rather than another hype.
487  Economy / Speculation / Re: Why bitcoin is still dropping ? on: March 28, 2018, 04:22:29 PM
Bitcoin's price is dropping simply because nobody wants to buy BTC at a high price. Due to its parabolic rise some time in December 2017, this correction is somewhat expected to happen. During this consolidation stage in the market, most investors are trying to seek a good entry point before buying. Be patient with BTC because it will not stay at the bottom forever.
488  Economy / Speculation / Re: BTC to hit $3k ? on: March 27, 2018, 07:55:19 PM
BTC price of $3k is highly unlikely. There are a lot of investors willing to buy at a major support level of $6k. In my opinion, what's currently happening is the reaping of those who have weak hands. The corporations who are adopting the blockchain technology are discreetly bagging a lot of BTC at a cheaper price so that they can profit from it in the long run.
489  Economy / Speculation / Re: see 11K soon ? on: March 27, 2018, 07:44:59 PM
In my opinion, all the market indicators are heading down but, it does not mean it will stay at the bottom for the longest time. Bitcoin has proven in its entire existence that the remarkable exponential growth has made it popular amongst the corporations, governments, and mainstream media. BTC price will show another bullish run probably around Q2.
490  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: BTC experience for young people on: March 27, 2018, 07:16:12 PM
Investments in general are not being taught in school. We only learn being financial literate through experience and own research. Crypto currency gives us the freedom to control our own finances compared to savings in the bank and other investment vehicles. Unfortunately, there are people who invests in BTC with a false belief of becoming a millionaire by way of "Invest-Sleep-Earn" Ponzi scheme.
491  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is Bitcoins goal to end governments? on: March 27, 2018, 05:54:50 PM
The idea of bitcoin came from cypherpunk which gave Satoshi Nakamoto an idea to eliminate third parties in monetary transactions between peers. It does not aim to abolish the government but to gain trust between people transacting with each other. Those who are saying that BTC's goal is to destroy the government are probably just conspiracy theorists.
492  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: How to know that the price' bitcoin increase or decrease ??? on: March 27, 2018, 05:43:54 PM
Experience will be your best teacher in finding good entry points and when to take profit. Combine them with Fundamental Analysis based on the news and Technical Analysis applicable to your strategy. Bitcoin's price movement will always follow the supply and demand law.
493  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Basic Bitcoins Strategies during downtrend? on: March 27, 2018, 05:00:59 PM
To be honest, you have a good strategy in basic trading method. As long as you have a goal, your own strategy in achieving that goal which can be modified, discipline, and patience; everything will be fine. Always exercise caution during downtrend. You can also try to split your portfolio, the other half for long term goal where you will do the cost-averaging method.
494  Economy / Speculation / Re: is this right time to invest in BITCOIN..? on: March 27, 2018, 04:38:30 PM
It is definitely the right time to buy and accumulate more BTC for long term investment. For short term trading, be cautious in every trade you make because of the volatility of btc price during the downtrend. If you can't stomach the bloodbath we're witnessing, might as well be patient and wait for your target price before selling.
495  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Passive income from Bitcoin? on: March 26, 2018, 05:25:30 PM
Passive income thru BTC is possible. What I'm doing is cost-averaging method wherein I allot 20% of my salary from my regular job in buying BTC, adding 10% more during bloodbath. I also join signature campaigns in this forum to have income while contributing in this community. With research and help from my friends, I have learned, and invested in some POS coins and master nodes with good returns so far.
496  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is Bitcoin Still Good to Make Investment in it on: March 26, 2018, 05:07:38 PM
During this bear market, investors are treading lightly and are more cautious now compared to what happened in November - December 2017 time frame wherein every one is joining the hype and wanted a piece of BTC. Those who have massive amounts of BTC already knows the pattern in the market and they anticipate wisely on when to buy low and sell high. What's happening currently is that these wise investors are discreetly buying more BTC at the lowest price possible for them to take profit once another spike happens in the future.
497  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What are the biggest disadvantage of bitcoin ? on: March 26, 2018, 04:47:10 PM
In my opinion, the biggest drawback on bitcoin's growth and mass adoption is its utilization in real world wherein more merchants should accept BTC as one of their acceptable payment options. Companies such as apple, amazon, Samsung, etc. to utilize crypto currencies, advertisement and education are needed for crypto to be accepted worldwide.
498  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin future on: March 26, 2018, 02:51:15 PM
The issues and dramas revolving bitcoin and other crypto currencies are the reasons why its price stumble. It could also be possible that it's just manufactured lies by the corporations and whales to manipulate the market so that they can bag more BTC at a discounted price. For me, even with its current price, it is still a valuable asset for the future. When the blockchain technology has been utilized by the majority, bitcoin's price increase would likely follow because it is the pioneer.
499  Economy / Speculation / Re: Is Bitcoin preparing for a bull run?? on: March 23, 2018, 06:34:49 PM
We are just about to end Q1 2018 and most of the technical analysis out there are saying we are on a bearish mode, which I think is the reason why we should buy more BTC during these dips. If you could look at all the news today about crypto, we're seeing a lot of corporations recognizing the blockchain and I think this will be the fuel for another take off within Q2.
500  Economy / Speculation / Re: Is Bitcoin Stabilising? on: March 23, 2018, 06:15:22 PM
Bitcoin is not going to be stable anytime soon. What we're currently experiencing is the consolidation stage in the market. Those with weak hands are being reduced, and big corporations, professional traders, long term investors, and institutional buyers are all buying discreetly during this BTC sale. When the public have realized that BTC is gradually increasing in price, FOMO will trigger and the distribution stage from the whales to the public buyers will commence.
