The main question is to choose right altcoin to invest. You may either skyrocket or loose your investments. All depends. Altcoins can be more profitable but some of them are really scam. so, always first read, read and read. Collect a lot of information

Joining to groups wherein they do cloud mining is a little bit risky since you don't know them personally or they are not in your place either, but owning a mining equipment that is another issue since whatever you mine it's all yours but maintaining a mining tools is expensive so you need to earn big to keep those thing working.

All things can happen, because we all do not know exactly how the future of crypto currency is, but if we look at the charts, now all altcoin keep moving steady and tend to go up, but it's all just a prediction, nobody knows how the future

People believe in big pump because they are new to crypto and they don't know that is a usual trend in the market. So after the huge dip, they bought and now waiting for a higher pump again.

The current "crash" is caused by one bad "news" after another. A lot of them are the false or twisted truth.

For example, today, once again "China Full ban crypto". What the... Why is it causing another crash?? Why is it even "news"?

It was already banned in China back in September 2017. All trading platforms suspended trading in September. Anyone from China who still trade Crypto must be using foreign platforms. Sure, they reported that China added all crypto exchange sites to Great FireWall. So what? These people have VPNs! When I was in China, everyone who visits foreign sites use VPNs. Yes, China banned VPN as well a long time ago. So what? Everyone is still using it. Just like ignoring the traffic light is illegal in China, but at every intersection, you will see people ignore the red lights... the truth! Just because it is "illegal", does not mean no one will do it.

So just this (one) news of China banned Crypto, it was repeatedly used to crash the Crypto market (4 or 5 times). Do not fall for it!
1. Summer 2017, China banned ICO.
2. September 2017, China banned crypto trading.
3. November or December? China became unfriendly to crypto mining (Large-scale miners moved oversea already)
4. January 2018. China banned websites of foreign crypto exchanges. (VPN!!!)
5. Today, "China Full Ban Crypto"... (Really?)

So what is next?

Stop spreading this nonsense. What's done was already done in September 2017. Nothing has changed ever since. NOTHING really changed in the last 4~5 months.

Same goes for Korean and Indian news. South Korea did not really ban crypto. Just one guy wanted to ban it. It was not approved, nor implemented. So far they have only added regulations that people can no longer trade anonymously. So what? Didn't Coinbase, Kraken, Bittrex etc. US-based platforms all require our IDs and photos?

India also did not ban crypto. Just a minister made some unfriendly speech toward crypto. No real "ban" whatsoever.

From the look of it, someone or some groups are trying hard to make the prices go down. The sad thing is, people are falling for it. The same China "news" was used on 5 occasions to cause the market crash while nothing was really changed or happened. Korean news was used on at least 2 occasions.

The bottom line is, let's just ignore all the stupid "news". Use our brains. Not hearsay from yellow journalism. It is getting annoying to have every little "news" to impact the market price.

At first, I thought bitcoin was a useless and deceitful thing. Later, I thought it was a tool for speculation. Later, I thought it was a valuable invention.

Something of value must have a price. Now, the price of each BTC is about $9,000, which is much higher than the price it has shown for the first time: 10,000 bitcoins for a $15 pizza coupon. If I were the owner of the deal, I wouldn't have dared to eat pizza for the rest of my life.

It's depends on the market there is no guarantee because nothing can tell if all coin is fast moving upwards. As long as many buy the coins it will fast.

I agree that now many dicks do not have a specific development plan and whitepaper and are only directed to a quick collection of money. To choose a good one you need to pay attention to these moments.

Really depends what you're after: long term profit or shorting. Either way I think most of the top 5 coins have a lot of potential and can't go wrong there.

Market price for top coin's show a good signals and growing move. is the new language of currency which is very good for future development. It can't be discarded as fraud as it has to give great services in future.

Theoretically yes, but i doubt it in this life time, since adaption of bitcoin is expanding and is always being improved, there is no doubt bitcoin and other crptocurrencies will be here to stay, unless been replaced by a much more convenient way of payment, just like what had happened with precious merals, gold and silver before was the currency, then replaced by paper notes. I think you would not ask the question as well if you are a believer, it seems to me you are still doubting your investments, just make sure you understand everything first, before you make any speculations.

Although, whatever has advantage, also has disadvantage. Ever since i have been into crypto, i noticed that holding coins is more beneficial than immediate trading away of the coin you have.
These are some of the ways in which you can hold successfully:
1. Research the coin you plan to hold. For instance, some traded away their coins. earlier, not knowing the great benefit(s) behind the technology. Research would have helped out in this.
2. Diversify your holdings. Do not hold just one coin.
3. Monitor your holdings on exchanges on daily basis. If possible, on hourly basis, because you cannot but tell when it will moon well.
4. Look for updates on your holdings through social media.
5. Sell high at the right time and buy low at the right time. Then hodl again.

When you keep up with the cycle, you will definitely be happy to be a holder.
