Concernant les accusations faites plus haut, voici la réponse officielle de l'équipe de Jinbi:


Pour les non-anglophones, la personne qui est derrière le site à charge contre Jinbi est un ancien investisseur du fond d'investissement Ebullio, géré par Lars Steffensen (Joe Crawley faisait aussi parti de l'équipe, mais Lars était le directeur du fond). Le fond a fait faillite il y a quelques années; l'aigreur de la personne qui a fait le site Google peut s'expliquer par une grosse somme investi dans Ebullio; on assiste donc à des querelles personnelles, entre anciens associés qui n'étaient pas sur la même longueur d'ondes en termes d'investissement, ce qui s'est soldé par un échec (et une perte massive d'argent).

Parenthèse: Il y a bien un lien entre Lars Steffensen et Joe Crawley chez Ebullio, mais aucun chez Jinbi: ne pas confondre avec un des advisors qui se nomme Lars Bollerup.

Concernant les "poursuites" judiciaires (soi-disant décrites ici, c'est une situation qui arrive très souvent dans les fonds d'investissements. Des investisseurs mettent des fonds, les étoiles pleins les yeux, signent un certain nombre de clauses (nécessaires à la bonne gestion du fond et sa stabilité), mais certains veulent sortir leurs fonds au bout d'un certain temps, alors que le contrat les en empêche. C'est le lock-in dont parle l'article. Dans ce cas de figure, les investisseurs attaquent souvent le fond en justice auprès de tribunaux d'arbitrages, pour récupérer leur fonds en passant outre le contrat signé.

Cela peut se comparer aux investisseurs d'ICOs qui crient SCAM partout quand ils ont changé d'avis après avoir investi, et que le projet refuse de les rembourser (car précisé dans les CGUs cochées avant l'investissement qu'aucun remboursement n'aura lieu).

L'identité de cette individu ("Mr J") est connue, mais je ne suis pas autorisé à la révéler publiquement.
Il s'agit probablement de la même personne qui rage dans les commentaires des articles de presse (sponsorisés ?), avec les mêmes arguments, en ne fournissant aucune preuve. C'est la même chose sur son site internet, beaucoup d'accusations, très peu de sources.
