It looks like that I am of those compromised data that has been leaked online. Has anyone received a similar email from [1] https://haveibeenpwned.com/?. Though I am certain that nothing will happen on my bitcoin that is stored in their products, still, I am anxious about how can these physical attack be possible? Like seriously? That's a million number of email and other confidential personal information.

I received and found these lists, I found more than 15 people just from my city. I do not know what to do, everything is there, addresses, phone numbers, mail. Advise what to do?
4  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How do you find out about new projects? on: December 08, 2020, 08:21:10 PM
Back in those days of the ICO's i  do research some of my investment involvement from icobench which has always be my guild from inception although sometimes my investment failed, this website helped my research and was able to make something good from my investment. These days, i don't usually do such becasue of my knowledge about new projects be launch into the cryptocurrency space.
in my opinion, icobench is the worst site for evaluating ICO's.

7  Other / Archival / Re: DeFi hyip is over? on: October 25, 2020, 11:34:35 PM
Unfortunately, now DeFi is not suitable for ordinary users and scenarios for the type of loan to expand a business, buy a car or something like that. Loans in DeFi do not go beyond the world of cryptocurrencies, and are mostly made with the speculative goal of "making money quickly". And the cryptocurrencies themselves have not really received any official status yet. Laws are just being written for them. Therefore, it is still very, very, very early to talk about an alternative to banks.

In my humble opinion, the hype in 2020 under the brand "DeFi" is not over yet. To date, the ideas of decentralized Finance continue to excite fragile minds, setting new growth records and inflating the bubble. But if you look at it, there is nothing fundamentally new in Defi, most of the projects under today's label "DeFi" have existed since 2017-2018. But for some reason, in only 2020, they raised such a fuss that this is such a necessary, necessary thing today, and that tomorrow, well, the day after tomorrow, they will change the world, of course for the better.
8  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Crypto Bad Exchanges on: October 25, 2020, 11:15:19 PM
This is the first time I see these exchanges, how can you not be afraid to make a Deposit on these exchanges?) Now there are a sufficient number of different exchanges. For example, Binance, Coinlist, Kraken, Gate,Okex, Bitmax, Huobi and so on. These exchanges have almost all known coins/tokens. If you used these exchanges to sell unknown ERC-20 tokens, then the Uniswap exchange is best suited for this purpose. And before you make a Deposit, conduct an investigation so as not to be left with nothing.
9  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Unacceptable attitudes from new project teams on: October 25, 2020, 10:59:09 PM
What does it give you personally? Judging by your logic, if all bounty managers start depositing the bounty pool and distributing it, and the project will not be listed at the end, and all the time it will not be a working product at the end. In this case, you will turn your wallet into a wallet for storing dead coins/tokens. I myself have about 100 dead coins with bounty in the period 2017-2018.
You need to strive to find projects that will definitely turn out to be working and go to the stock exchanges, so that you can sell your reward and get at least some profit.
10  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Will "De-Fi" replace traditional banking in the future? on: October 25, 2020, 10:21:49 PM
We should not overlook the banks from the accounts prematurely. The market for decentralized Finance only looks so simple, clear and accessible. Let's dig deeper and see what's wrong with DeFi.
The main problem is the security of providing loans. As mentioned above, hundreds of new DeFi tokens appear on the market every day, which disappear just as quickly. Here, for example, is the Yam token, which lasted less than a day, and investors have already managed to buy a dummy coin. If you look at the root of the problem, more than half of the DeFi tokens will leave the market before the end of the year. And in the next five years, there will be less than a dozen truly worthwhile coins. By investing in DeFi tokens today, you run the risk of running into dummy coins and losing your savings.
11  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: How safe it is to give a away personal detail to SwissBorg on: October 25, 2020, 09:38:03 PM
Any project you have will ask for any information, email, your real name, address. If you do not want to share your personal information and are afraid that it will get to third parties, then generally avoid such projects. Recently, control over cryptocurrencies has been increasing. On January 10, 2020, the Fifth anti-money Laundering Directive (5AMLD), which was adopted in the EU in may 2018, comes into force. The Directive contains requirements for mandatory verification of all clients of cryptocurrency platforms in accordance with the KYC and AML standards, according to which all users who make transactions with cryptocurrencies must pass verification.

12  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Defi project like game pump and dump on: October 25, 2020, 09:24:37 PM
DeFi has become the most promising growth area in the crypto industry. The amount of ETH locked in DeFi has been following an net-upward trend since mid-2019. In June 2020, Compound released its COMP governance token, releasing a complex yet highly lucrative mechanism known as Yield Farming. According to the data tracker website DeFi Pulse, the impact of the Yield Farming Frenzy on the Total Value Locked(USD) in DeFi has been tremendous, causing the TVL to reach an all-time-high of $3.03B. However, DeFi is still in its early stage, lacking sophisticated, valuable derivatives and Credit-based leverage tools  to allow the investors to achieve the maximum amount of interests and yet pump up liquidity to the crypto world.  I believe Defi will also be widely applied in the future.

14  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Would you join to Graph ICO ? on: October 25, 2020, 02:18:03 PM
There is a big upcoming ICO called https://thegraph.com/ , It has a whitelist and cap for individual investing is between 1000$ to 5000$ , Some big websites like Uniswap, Synthetix, Aragon, etc are using the graph product in their websites, I want to know if anyone else is interested in it or you have found it scammy? if yes why so?
Don't waste your time and resources becasue, most of these projects are not for the low risk takers. The sum of money involve in this investment are not small in reality, why won't someone waste a whooping sum of $1000 to $5000 for a shitcoin from a scam project, this doesn't worth it. I won't invest with this project becasue of it hypes, any project with such hypes are likely to be scam projects, though this is my own opinion and not investment advice.
Now any adequate project causes hype, and GRAPH ptotocol is a top project, all funds are in place, public sale without hard locks. The cap is large, the price of sid and private is terrifying, but this has not happened, 10x for Seed is a common phenomenon. The most important thing is the project's assessment and potential capitalization, as well as understanding where the project will fly, in the TOP 100, TOP 60 or TOP 40. In case of a successful launch, the project will simply be successful, Seed will make a conditional 30x, and the public will make 3 x (for example).
It is clear that you can buy bitcoin with all your free money, but those who take risks want to increase their Deposit faster.
15  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How do you find out about new projects? on: October 25, 2020, 10:48:03 AM
this forum give us a lot informations about crypto including a new project in crypto world my friend
just click notify button on announcements and tokens board in this forum and you will get notification if a new thread created in that boards my friend
mostly a new thread is a new crypto project buddy
Same here, I actually did the same thing. The only site that I am working with new projects is Bitcointalk and no other because we have here an announcement section where new projects will post and appear. We can also read feedbacks from professionals exchanging and sharing ideas whether a project is scam or not, they also discuss pros and cons or something that is to be launch with potential so I am glad I am here.
I understand that bitcointalk is the largest forum on the web, but you need to understand that you will not learn about many projects if your source of information is only this forum.
Although top projects as I understand it do not need this already. By the way, it seems to me that many projects do not try to publish a topic about their project, since the forum has a very strong community and then FUD will start in their direction. But in turn, many different one-day projects appear here.
16  Economy / Speculation / Re: BTC can reach $ 20000 after PayPal, Venmo accept payments in BTC, ETH? on: October 24, 2020, 04:27:32 PM
This news should not give any growth at all. Here is a clipping from their FAQ:
"Can I transfer cryptocurrency to PayPal and back?
Currently, you can only store the cryptocurrency that you buy from PayPal in Your account. In addition, the cryptocurrency in your account cannot be transferred to other accounts in PayPal or outside of It.

Can I use my cryptocurrency balance as a source of funds for my purchases?
No, not now.

Will I get a private key from the cryptocurrency I buy on PayPal?
You own a cryptocurrency that you buy on PayPal, but you will not be provided with a private key. In case you're wondering, a private key is a person's secret code for accessing and managing their cryptocurrency. If they are lost, stolen, or even forgotten, they will never be able to get their cryptocurrency back, which is quite risky in itself. If you can log in to your PayPal account, you will have access to the rest of the cryptocurrency that you have. "

in fact, PayPal released wrappers tied to the crypt rate to cut hamster

If PayPal did allow bitcoin withdrawals and every user wanted to do so, it would take more than 1 year of equivalent free space in the Bitcoin blockchain to process these transactions.

17  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Airdrops Confusion on: October 22, 2020, 09:51:25 PM
For me personally - if it requires a minimum of effort-airdrop. If airdrop is "encouraging", then all you need to do is one repost or registration on some resource. If the airdrop is "automatic", then you do not have to do anything at all — the essence of the" automatic " airdrop is that some tokens are awarded for the fact that you have a certain amount of other tokens. And even more so if this is an "encouraging" airdrop, and the project has its own blockchain, and it is not yet very popular in society, you will 100% have to fill out something, or subscribe to social networks.
But you need to perform some additional actions, monitor something, and periodically write that this is a bounty campaign.
