U manjim gradovima i na selu je situacija drugačija nego u većim gradovima u Njemačkoj. U Štutgartu i Minhenu su stanovi i kirije skupi i velika je potražnja. Mislim da je Minhen najskuplji njemački grad za život a Štutgart je na drugom mjestu. Puno toga ide preko maklera i ljudi su spremni da plate dodatnu premiju sa strane da dobiju informaciju prije vremena. Nije neobično da stan recimo u ponedeljak bude ponuđen na tržištu za iznajmljivanje, ti ujutru odmah nazoveš a već neko uselio.
Nije nista bolja situacija ni u Hrvatskoj, cak mislim da je i gora kad se uzme u obzir razlika u primanjima te opcenito ekonomska situacija. U Zagrebu je postalo skoro pa nemoguce iznajmiti pristojan stan na nekoj normalnoj lokaciji koja nije vukojebina ispod 700-800 eura. Ako Bog da bitcoin napravi ono sto se svi nadamo da hoce, s gustom odoh zivjeti na selo a u gradu nek zivi ko mora raditi.  Kao netko tko živi u kući, mogu samo reći da nikad ne bi volio živjeti u gradu poput Zagreba. Istina, nisam živio u Zagrebu ali općenito živite u stanu mi je grozno iskustvo koje sam iskusio tijekom studiranja. Ljubav prema životu u kući se samo povećala otkad sam dobio djecu koja uživaju u igranju na dvorištu, a ja ne moram brinuti hoće li ih negdje na cesti udariti auto. A što se tiče najma, nije Zagreb jedini grad gdje je jako narasla cijena najma. Općenito je cijelo tržište nekretnina otišlo jako gore. Cijena zemljišta u Dalmaciji blizu mora je u 5 godina otišla 300% gore. Znam iz osobnog iskustva kakva je cijena bila prije 5 godina, a kakva je sad. |

Yeah I think Sinner vs Alcaraz is played tomorrow and this will decide the outcome of our duel. I dont like low scoring BSFL matches and I dont like when two players have a lot of same answers, but I wont complain if I win three points in this round. Sinner is a favorite so I have the underdog role again. Yeah, I guess I read the schedule wrong. This morning I expected to see that our duel ended up with a draw, but I guess we will have to wait one more day. koliko znam, Arbitrum jos nije podrzao EIP-4844, uradice nadogradnju u ponedeljak/utorak, mozda su naknade pale kao posledica toga sto su drugi vec podrzali nadogradnju (pre svih Optimism, OP stack projekti (Base, Zora), Starknet i zkSync) interesantna stvar da EIP-4844 nije obavezujuc za L2 projekte, samo oni koji zele kad smo vec kod L2, BNB kopira L2 ekosistem, i kreira RaaS (rollup kao servis) za sve L2 koji zele da iskoriste BNB kao L1, cini se da ce ih biti na stotine uskoro Stvarno? Nisam znao da ta nadogradnja nije obvezujuća za L2 projekte. Ali opet mi nije jasno zašto netko to ne bi podržao ako će to značiti osjetno nižu cijenu transakcija za korisnike. Evo baš sam išao napraviti opet isti swap i stvarno je puno manji fee na Arbitrumu. Prvi swap ETH->DPX prije 17 dana je koštao 0.0002161208 ETH, a isti takav (samo u obrnutom smjeru DPX -> ETH) sam upravo platio 0.0000297862 ETH. Znači više nego 7x jeftinije. Koristio sam isti DEX za svaki slučaj. Moguće da je manji promet pa su i transakcije jeftinije, ali sumnjam da bi bile sedam puta jeftinije samo zbog manjeg prometa na mreži. |

Damn it! I just realized that I probably just lost my round against notblox1. He is already one point up due to Lewandowski scoring one goal. When I was checking the draw I was sure that Acaraz and Sinner were in different parts of the draw, but after seeing your post and double-checking it looks like I have lost that point. The only thing that can save me is if Sinner ends up in the final. notblox1 has him not to qualify and I have him to qualify. That and the fifth answer are only different answers that we have left. |

Ugrađeno je, naravno. Mislim da je najveći driver cijene to što nema BTC-a na prodaju, ETF-ovi su prva gigantska lova koja se legalno može sliti u kripto i sad počinjemo biti svjesni one scarcity priče koju smo svima pričali.
E sad, zamislite još kad GBTC završi dump. Ovo što se slijeva u BTC sad su promili ozbiljne investitorske love, zato i vjerujem da nam uskoro slijedi i odobreni ETH ETF.
Ne bi me uopće začudilo da ovaj put nema onih divljih 30% dropova, već da BTC ko SP500 lagano kroz 2 godine došeta do 300, 500, ko zna kolko tisuća dolara.
Došli smo u situaciju u kojoj doslovno nitko ne želi prodati svoj BTC. Nakon halvinga će prodavati samo mineri, ali potražnja će kad se još pridoda retail biti prevelika.
Koja je fora s tim GBTC-om? Znam da to nije pravi ETF nego nešto slično, ali nisam siguran točno što. Jer znam da je u bearu GBTC znao biti dosta jeftiniji od pravog BTC-a zbog prevelike prodaje, a nikakve potražnje. I zašto onda Grayscale (ako se ne varam, GBTC je njihov) nije tražio da se i njima odobri ETF kad su već imali nešto slično, a mogli su pretpostaviti da će svi koji su kupovali GBTC nakon odobrenja ETF-a prodati GBTC i kupovati udjele u BTC ETF-ovima? |

Well... When it comes to scoring, it doesn't matter if a ball goes inches or few meters wide from a goal - it doesn't count. It only hurts more when it goes inches from a goal I also had few near misses and lost in the end. And if I was playing against someone else, I would have easily won with four points. That's why there is always a next round to do better |
