Its true, but I guess that article is a little bit older as current tax for crypto has been lowered from 12 to 10% and there is also a surtax (which can also be 0%) and yes, if you hold for more than 2 years you don't have to pay taxes at all. If by surtax you mean "prirez", there is no such thing in Croatia after 1.1.2024. At least that's what I heard of. Croatian government decided to remove surtax, but some cities like Zagreb increased their taxes to overcome less money flowing into their account. And there are other countries that have 0% tax on crypto
Germany comes to my mind as there you have to hold crypto only for 1 year in order to avoid paying tax. Then again, I have no idea how complicated their laws are. Yeah, Germany is 0% tax after holding crypto for one year. But I think that there are countries where you don't have to pay tax no matter how long or short you have held your crypto. Hvala ti za ovaj info. Moram priznati da sam čuo za Liquid Network ali nisam baš istraživao o čemu se radi, a pogotovo nisam znao da na njemu postoji USDT koji se ne može zamrznuti. Jesi siguran u to? Pitam jer, koliko mi je poznato, Tether radi slično kao i Circle (USDC), a to je da radi kako američki regulator kaže i ako ameri kažu "zamrzni sredstva na walletu XY", oni ih moraju zamrznuti. Zato mi je čudno da postoji mreža na kojoj se USDT ne može zamrznuti.

I am looking for a country to move to, to pay least amount of tax. I was reading here https://cms.law/en/int/expert-guides/cms-expert-guide-on-taxation-of-crypto-assets/croatia that you pay 12% on crypto-to-fiat transactions, and 0% if you hold for 2+ years. Is this not true for crypto? That's not the only place that mentions this sort of taxation. Well, that what you are saying (12% tax on crypto-to-fiat and 0% tax for a two year hold) is true. But (and that's a big BUT) the problem is not paying the taxes. The biggest problem (at least for me, but I think for a lot of people) is what to do when Croatian IRS asks for FIFO list. I don't have it and I have no idea on how to do it. I tried several times, but there is no way to list all transactions that I made in the past few years. And there are other countries that have 0% tax on crypto. I don't know any out of my head, but if you plan to move to a country I'm sure there is no problem to do the research. |

Slissy I won't let you win that easily I can’t say Durant putting up 35 points was a fluke but then to be very honest Steph Curry and Tatum scoring 15 apiece seem more like a voodoo at work, I didn’t by any chance considered KD to be up for a pick for this match up, Booker is out and Toronto Raptors are the weakest opponent of the 3 opponents, but these are the games Tatum and Curry live for and it was quite an odd outing for both players. I'm not following basketball at all so I really had no idea who to choose. I just checked their stats for this season and went with Durant because I think he had the best stats. Being voodoo or not, I'm happy that I managed to come closer to Slissy. We still have two more different answers (Aston Villa and DOTA) so it will be interesting. I hope that Watkins will score one goal which would make us even before the final DOTA question. A mislim da nitko ne racuna ATH na takav nacin (bar ja nisam cuo) iako u biti i nije pogresan jer sa 1 BTC danas kad je ~67k mozes kupiti manje nego sa 1 BTC krajem 2021 kad je zadnji put bio na ovim razinama. Slažem se da takav način nije pogrešan ali nitko tako ne računa jer je onda teško procijeniti koja je prava ATH cijena. Uostalom, u eurima je BTC davno prešao ATH jer je vrijednost eura u odnosu na dolar prije 3 godine bila manja nego što je sad. Ja gledam Binance i USDT jer je tamo najveći volumen trgovanja. Ali stvarno nije važno je li cijena probila ATH ili nije. Nisam baš na 75, oko nečeg najbližeg okruglog jesam. 70 mi je nekako bio preblizu ATH-u, iznad ATH-a je hrpa liquidityja. Cascading stoplosses bi imali puno veći učinak od parsto dolara. Uostalom - vidjet ćemo brzo Ah, naravno da sam opet krivo pročitao post koji si napisao. Ti si rekao da ćemo katapultirati nakon $75k, a ne raspasti se Uglavnom, mislim da su trenutno glavni pokretač cijena BTC-a ETF-ovi koji očito kupuju sve. Čak sam čitao da je BlackRock zatražio dozvolu da u svoj Strategic Income Opportunities Fund doda $36 milijardi vrijednosti BTC-a. |

I see that everyone that answered "Under 2.5 goals, both to score - no" got a green check while that's not correct answer since the game ended 1-1. That means that the correct answer should be "Under 2.5 goals, both to score - yes", but no one answered like that. Did I miss something here?

Ja sam mislio da ćemo baš katapultirati na 75k$. Iznad ATH-a sam očekivao da postoji hrpetina stop-losseva koje ćemo pokupiti, i onda sam očekivao da ATH bude taj resistance/support flip.
Funding je bio izrazito visok, flush je bio pošten i vjerujem da je novi napad na probijanje ATH-a sad dosta blizu. Ne bi me čudilo da kad ga probijemo upadnemo nazad u neki 60-70k range narednih mjeseci.
Nemam apsolutno ništa protiv tog range-a par mjeseci. Taman da se rast cijene malo prebaci na altove koje je BTC prilično ubio zadnjih tjedan dana. Imaš neki poseban razlog da si raspad očekivao baš na $75k? Mislim, cijena nikad nije bila tako visoka da bi bio nekakav resistance. Jedino ako misliš zbog "okruglog" broja. |

Svi smo zauzeti zbrajanjem zarade Šalim se malo... Ovisi koja cijena se gleda kao ATH cijena. Tradingview kaže da je na Binancu ATH cijena bila točno 69000 USDT što je BTC na kratko prestigao jučer prije nego se raspao skroz do 59000 USDT. Pretpostavio sam da bi se BTC mogao raspasti nakon probijanja ATH cijene ali uz ETF-ove koji kupuju kao da je badava, nisam se usudio shortati. |
