Well, few days ago everything was fine, the wallet gui works perfect and i had 10k btcz, then i opened the wallet and the famous error apear, A general unexpected critical error has occured: error : couldn´t connect to server: EOF reached (code 1) (make sure server is running and you are connecting to the correct RPC port). The solution in other thread was to erase all the archives except for the wallet.dat, didn´t work, same error. I also tried to open de wallet.dat archive in another pc, same error, well i think i am going out of this project, i lost time and energy spend mining this altcoin. If someone have another solution please let me know.
Yes! Big solution.. Stop using your malware, Trojan, keylogger infected windows PC that one day may not even boot up due to HDD blue screen error. Get a $50 android phone and install the wallet on it . It works like a charm and you can hide it with your fiat cash and passport in the same spot. I don't understand why everyone is crying about the windows wallet. You don't need one and in fact should not use one. I mine this coin and use it daily on several phones and never had the windows wallet. Storing your crypto on an android phone is insane. Even more so on a $50 android. The good news: You're not storing your crypto on an android phone. The coins are stored in the blockchain and as long as you backup the pass phrase, they're perfectly safe. You can switch to a new phone, etc. and you'll still have access to your coins. The bad news: The Android app is "centralized". This means it relies on servers to access the blockchain since downloading the whole blockchain and making transactions via the blockchain is too much fro a phone. If the servers are offline for maintenance, you won't be able to access your coins (they will still be there, safe and sound) -- but you won't be able to access them until the servers are back online. Wait, so my private keys are 100% on my phone, correct? Yes, the wallet app on the phone just signs transactions and submits them to the server. No private keys are transferred. |

I tried Ninja pickle's miner... unfortunately it didn't recognize the GPUs on the rig I was testing it on which has some AMDs. We actually have a new version coming out in the next few days which will support AMD gpus. |

Anybody getting delays with Android mybitcoinzwallet? Tried to send coins to SE yesterday and still this transaction was not transmitted to blockchain. Help?
Have the same problem with mybitcoinzwallet..."insight error"..."error 504"..."cant update wallet"...I think mybitcoinz is a scam The web and android wallets drive off of insight which has issues with transaction fees that are high for the time being. Try lowering your transaction fees if you get errors. Minimum transaction fee is 0.0001. |

I think the result is pretty clear and won't change anymore. Can we close the vote and proceed? I would like to donate, but as long as it's unclear what's happening with the donations, I am going to wait. Since there are no donations during the past few days, other seem to do the same.

Even if it's 100% for one item at 200 votes, that's a small fraction of the total community and could actually be a losing vote if we were to get more people to vote. 2. A Tier 2 proposal must be submitted on the BitcoinZ Info Bulletin by visiting https://info.btcz.rocks and clicking the ‘Submit New Proposal’ button. Extensive details are encouraged, as the proposal will be posted on the ‘Proposal’ board and voting for a period of 7 days from the date of posting will commence. I agree, but we cannot wait for everyone to vote, right? I am just wondering if there is a timeline for the vote... Time is a critical factor, because many exchanges seem to increase listing fees. This! We are being too passive on this mesure, it's time to act already. The price of the listing fees will only go up, making our donations less and less valiable. Please calm down and read what was quoted: the proposal will be posted on the ‘Proposal’ board and voting for a period of 7 days from the date of posting will commence. We have to give people ample time to vote. If we don't, then we're not giving people a chance to speak their voice. Exchanges come and exchanges go. If they price themselves out of our market, that's fine. There are literally hundreds out there now. We need to be sure we stick to our core values over "OMG, THE PRICE WILL XYZ". Bitcoinz is about being stable and natural growth. |
