We have finally managed to fix the ZET wallet. All deposits/withdrawals should work from now. Pool have been started as well. All the missing deposits that have support tickets with TXID will be processed in next two days (deadline is Monday, 13th Jan as claimed before). Another important note: while recovering the wallet from a corrupted drive we were unable to recover 10 of 2433 private keys for user deposit addresses. Those addresses are and their assigned account emails are: [[" itouch222@yahoo.com", "ZU85MLdKVvQwaRRSGCCW1zEncP5jwnDN1m"], [" dennis_denpax@yahoo.com", "ZWd6GS4M2R9449aordLcBfBKvAF8vzNGKF"], [" aznatama@gmail.com", "ZDUGyx4suZXkpFuuufkjZPuGpXjeRCYjTT"], [" p07567@gmail.com", "ZXd4PdUdRgnYA66Sv9t3Bnj2CaWDftMFeo"], [" me@adrianciaschetti.com", "ZNB4aNVsfRuYftNF9j7owE5grKRXZXqvWb"], [" me@adrianciaschetti.com", "ZEPi3vLdhDvBkQ6ow4qbcH9Pk7dW4B2usV"], [" me@adrianciaschetti.com", "ZFKWG19PDxQwshnWTG2o8KzQZDc9DqopQe"], [" bitcoinnew@hotmail.com", "ZDQ7h47E4HstCbufxc2czg8Ta6Depvh3wd"], [" bitcoinnew@hotmail.com", "ZNkmKg4MMb4Cwa2zWotpnEc4P7f62X2roJ"], [" dane_bt@yahoo.com", "ZNHs7QrhJVYzGJSxBRXk6XVmN78u9u6m5t"]] Please *DO NOT* deposit to those addresses as we will be unable to recover any funds send to those addresses.

I've been trading on/watching development of coinex.pw for a while now and I really love the site! I was wondering though if there will be any trading api available in the near future?
API will come soon, that's for sure.

when the QQ account issue will solve? Or Coinex will eat all the QQ account's coins? LOL maybe…… only one reason
Just a joke
As we said earlier, we wrote an official inquiry to the QQ mail team, but got no response yet. Not sure if we're going to get one at all, we might need someone speaking chinese to contact them. Here's a screenshot of the email I've sent to mailteam@qq.com: http://cl.ly/TCMCIf any of you guys speak chinese please do not hesitate to translate the message and send it to them again in their language. Thanks!

we are sending the emails to your email addresses. I know, but QQ provider has rejected your email address, if you can't remove the block, why don't make other solution? Such as: 1.move the account coin to another account. 2.use other email box to receive the recovery email. 3.we send you the password by account email, you set it by hand. there are so much way to solve it, but you just use one reason to delay it, that's really let us despaired! So, how do you solve these QQ account recovery thing, or just give up us? We have waited from Nov.2013! What's your response? Coinex guys. You shouldn't ignore it. You keep on ignore it? WTF We have sent an inquiry to mailteam@qq.com and have nothing to say until we get any answer, sadly.

Is is time to wake up. Scroll this post few pages back and see if they every answered any question regarding missing deposits. Today I've send Mr. Sorokin (erundook) warning about legal action against him if my deposit would not be returned to me. It is quite significant amount and I'll not let it go.
I'm in contact with law firm that might take this case but at the moment I'm still waiting for CoinEX team to settle with me.
We might also go for group action. I would advise all of you missing deposits in CoinEX system to take note of transaction details regarding your deposits. Also take screen shot of the DEPOSIT address that was given to you by CoinEX system. You can send private message to me with the amount you are missing - if the cumulative amount is significant we might go for group action against CoinEX. Do not send me any details regarding your deposit, just the approximate amount of coins.
Also please note - this case concerns ONLY DEPOSITS that were not accepted by the CoinEX system - this is easy-win-case that will be taken by law firm much easier.
To CoinEX team,
I still believe in community that we make here. I still believe we'll do without taking it to the court. BUT we've been waiting for too long now, some of us are missing deposits from 11-2013! There is no official info when DEPOSITORS missing their coins will be settled. You do not even give us ETA, you ignore our mails/posts.
We all hoping that our funds will be returned but at the same time we are preparing for the second scenario...
Hello, We will take care of all missing deposits within two weeks (before 13th of Jan 2014). We are very sorry about the delay and work hard to process them all. There is a backlog of those deposits that weren't accounted properly and we're reviewing each ticket carefully to make sure it wasn't credited twice or whatsoever. Thanks for your patience! P.S. the timeframe provided *does* include the ZET deposits.

Have you ever tried contacting support before posting scam threads? I believe your account has been audited and got accurate balance already.

Good news, turns out I was smart and screenshotted transactions in the past - here is some evidence! http://imgur.com/6WAwsAuAs you can see, suddenly im charged the withdraw sum again when I've mined 300 SXC. Landing me at minus ~~700sxc. When I was refunded 1K for "failed transfer" I got +300 in balance, which should have been 1.3k. Have you ever tried contacting support before posting scam threads? I believe your account has been audited and got accurate balance already.

The problem was in pool server which is on the same switch but had no DDoS protection (stratum can not be proxied with cloudflare). We're working on getting that one DDoS protected too now. Sorry for the downtime.
But isn't the pool server part of the mining section, not the exchange? yes but they're both on the same switch which uplink was saturated. i know this is silly, and we will fix that soon.

Saw this on their twitter page ( https://twitter.com/CoinexPW): CoinEX.pw @CoinexPW 4h some networking issues right now, carry on CoinEX.pw @CoinexPW 3h DDoS saturated our 100mbit port Yeah, these exchanges don't have a DDoS management strategy, they think that putting Cloudflare in front is all they need to do. The trick is only allowing wanted traffic to the server and discarding all else, that's is not a 10sec task, it requires strategic planning. Some ideas are: Have a separate login server that is not on the same Internet link as the exchange server. The login server only collects a white list of valid IPs that have passed login. (Only 1 IP per login permitted) The exchange server on it's own link is protected by a firewall that denies all traffic from any IP except the ones that the login server has white listed. The number of clients logged in at a time can have a maximum set to keep load off the exchange server, the login server will refuse anymore logins when the maximum is hit. People that are not logged in can be directed to some cached static pages on a different server that update every now and then instead of the live site. The problem was in pool server which is on the same switch but had no DDoS protection (stratum can not be proxied with cloudflare). We're working on getting that one DDoS protected too now. Sorry for the downtime.

upgrade in progress. keep calm and carry on. added a catch-all page that says we're upgrading and links to this thread and our twitter account.

Will you be implementing auto-sell?
And would you consider adding a multicoin pool that switches to the most profitable coin?
Thanks
yes we have that planned after the upgrade

fxbtc is doing the same. looks like nobody is aware about this I really need to know what's going on with the API because it redirects to a cloudflare DDoS protection page before redirecting to the API. I'm not sure if there's meant to be an easy way around this through Java but I haven't found a way yet. What's the point of an API that can only be viewed in a browser.
CoinEX, you're losing business for every day I can't access your API. I'm sure I'm not the only one who needs the API working.
Ok, the problem is not the API, it's that CoinEx have added Cloudflare's Browser integrity check feature in between http://coinex.pw/api/v1/ticker/ and the outside world. CloudFlare's Browser Integrity Check requires that you have javascript enabled, which anyone using the API will not. They have stuffed up. This is a temporary solution while we do the upgrade which will seriously improve our capacity. The upgrade will take few more days.

Up & Running again, all mining rewards backlog is processed. We're sorry for the downtime, its just our daily visitors jumped from 3k to 14k in less than a week and we weren't ready for that yet. Working hard to get it going.
Thanks for your patience
