This in turn affecting the projects and result of this is not raising the funds as expected and required for further development of projects. This is daviating projects from their roadmap which is resulting in too much delay or even failure.
Kissing interest in investors is somehow obstacle to growth and further research of dApps projects.
I think, rugulations will solve the topic to great extent, but is there any other way to stop the scamming and not just going away from it?

Actually, the characteristics of fraud projects are easily known. For example, they often change project rules, change the name of the token or coin often. That's a part of it, if they failed to do what are their plan in the project they will going to change its name or rebrand to have a new fresh look or start as it all depends. While other only rebrands for best outcome or they think itnis mich better to use that name or logo like NEO. Rebranding isn't a problem, the problem is they are not capable of doing the project. Of course it keeps happening. I see many sites that use other companies' logos that are already successful, even though they don't include links to official sources, only use images. I think this kind of method is part of the scammer. |

IEOs has certainly become the order of the day for new start up in cryptocurrency. replacing the traditional ICO which was a means of raising funds for new crypto projects. As we all Know, IEOs are been conducted on Exchanges which was a means to guaranteed investors that they have a platform to exchange( buy/sell) their token and as well a trust and accountabilty in the crypto ecosystem.
Currently there are Exchanges that are not deem FIT To conduct these exchanges because:
1: 90% of the projects the marketed failed to reach softcap.
2; most projects been marketed are still Scam and have nothing to offer.
3; they never review any of these project but rather charge fees for IEO listing.( once, you make your payment, you are allow to conduct your sales on their platform) a sure way of damaging their reputation.
4: they list multiple projects at once making it difficult for investors to make their own review and choose a quality project.
I know of LATOKEN exchange as Number one in this category.

You all might be knowing that Steam used to accept payments in bitcoin through BitPay, but they abruptly stopped it stating the price volatility of bitcoin to be the issue.
Stablecoins eliminates this very issue, could this encourage Steam or other companies like Amazon,etc. to start incorporating cryptocurrencies into their payment systems.
Is it possible some stablecoin might outperform bitcoin regarding this?
Yes. I think the advantage of a stable coin is that it can be used for exchange within a company, this can replace the USD. In this case, maybe a stable coin will be superior to Bitcoin. Bitcoin prices tend to be volatile. But in terms of investment and trading, people prefer Bitcoin. I don't even like stable coins in terms of investment. stable coins can be very helpful if and only if they have true backing as claimed by the issuer or developers. but we already found out that most stable coins claimed to have certain fiat backing are not 100% true. this type of coin can be of great use if they are true to their claims especially within the ecosystem of a big company. but outperforming bitcoin? i highly doubt that.
