You all know that after a huge price fall most of the crypto currencies have now come to their previous support levels. ETH has reached its previous November resistant level ( Now it is a support level ). The Support is at around $400 level and the level is a pretty strong one. But for BTC it needs to go further more down to reach its support level ( previous resistant) usually can be found around $5000. So my question is even ETH has come to its one of a good support level, can it go more down if BTC falls near that $5000 value ?
yes it can, and its happen now, all altcoin price and movement is depend on bitcoin price because so many exchange pair with btc,,if a coin only have pair with usdt i assume thats will be stable and not depend on btc price |

People in the world of cryptocurrency are all hoping, expecting, praying and also wishing that come the end of this year -- December 2019 -- there can be a bull run for both Bitcoin and the rest of the cryptocurrency market. Sadly, things are not yet picking up and I am not seeing big signs that we can have it this year.
I am concerned that if there will be bull run (even a mild one will do) this year, we can be starting the year 2019 with a gloomy mood setting up for the rest of the year a bearish situation. Of course, not unless maybe there can be that ETF thing approval from SEC maybe that can be the big difference.
I also hope that the ETF can pass, which will lead to a comprehensive recovery of the cryptocurrency market economy. we wait until the 5th of November whether the SEC will delay its decision on ETFs? if this decision is positive the possibility of a bull run in mid-November will begin |

The market is falling down right now so i think to loan 5000 $ witch i don't have it.. i lo1n it when ether is 200 $ and i sell when ether will be 1000 $ or a little more to get 25000 $ waaw it's verry attractive .. please with experience help me with your oppinion ! Loan for trading crypto is high risk, if you are new to trading my advice is for you to start with small capital, you do not need to buy expensive coins / tokens, for example buy futurax / ftxt tokens with $ 100 dollars and see market developments, good news, new exchanges and so on, learn coins or tokens with a price of 0.001 $ etc. there is a possibility of more than 2x or more profits |

Big question for idex they call decentralized exchange, i dont think idex is decentralized exchange, it mentions you can submit a token to be listed on the IDEX. But isn't that a centralized control of who gets listed or not?

Idex is a decentralised exchange i don't think one should ever have a problem with it. I am not frequent user of idex but i have used it sometimes and yeah it works easy like butter.
