There are so many projects that are not strong enough, basically trying to raise money from investors on behalf of crypto and altcoin, why only projects, I think it's better if ICO or IEO are run not just startups but also companies that are already running like the Shark Tank event on TV

I see when good news coming about 50 biilion xlm get burning it was massive jump on xlm price but we can see now the price is decrease again, i think some trader or whales not holding this coin for several reason and i dont think its can be bullrun alone.

this might happen altcoin will get its position back, but it will not be the same as in 2017 where almost all altcoins have increased, I predict only the top altcoin will increase and for shit coins many will die when bitcoin touches the price of $ 20k again.
be careful investing in altcoin which is used only for pumps and dumps because you can get trapped and lose money.
Shitcoin will even die before bitcoin reaches $ 20k because before this milestone, bitcoin needs too much capital to go up, which leads to heavy bleeding altcoins, especially shitcoin when the value and support for these projects is too low. The altcoin top will probably increase as you say but I agree that this increase will not be too high because this is not 2017, the altcoin top right now is very passive, regardless of the recovery of bitcoin, altcoin top is still moving at a very low level, cannot be appreciated Yes for sure, this time we got a lot of coin/token, when this coin/token have real product or use case i think its gonna survive when bitcoin rise or dump session. |

Its really bad decisioon actually when you want investing in ICO, because ICO is not save and a lot of scammer there, IEO is much better because listing in exchange but i suggest you to join IEO in binance some expert says its good for short term investment. |

I do not know, but I followed their bounty program and all went well, it is unfortunate if this project is really a scam because according to information when the project exits everything runs smoothly, the stacking process is no problem.
but after you say this, and some people have created a thread in the accusation scam, maybe this did happen.
Some member here that followed the bounty and get pay, and sold the token after 1 month distribution is lucky persons..i think its fair and legit bounty but not legit project |

When i bought in early 2017, Statis, Waves, Ark and ADA was popular, how are these coins today?

I think you need add doge coin and binance coin, doge coin today is good move when another altcoin on bloody red, BNB i think is undervalued right now..its will be on uptrend when binance IEO coming |
