161  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Do you still support Ethereum? on: December 08, 2017, 05:38:07 PM
Yes I do, I think they have had a hiccup this week with the crypto kitties but just look where they have come from. Start of January a ETH was less than 20 bucks.

I strongly believe that they are the only alt coin that can come close to catching Bitcoin and I honestly look forward to seeing what it can achieve in 2018.
162  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Biggest worries about altcoins and ICO? on: December 08, 2017, 05:34:25 PM
Global regulations that don't help altcoins but just strangle them.
163  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: ICOs are a legit or Scam? on: December 08, 2017, 05:33:24 PM
The ICO scene is blowing up right now and people are jumping in without looking.

Sadly when an alternative finance for a startup are taking shape, they all jump in whether or not they actually suit that type of finance. I happened with crowdsourcing as well.

So of course there are some bad projects / scams but you just have to do your homework and research them throughly. You have to remember that for a company to launch an ICO it still requires some time and capital to do it, so if there is very little to the ICO then they are clearly just doing it to get a quick pay day.

When you find an ICO that you like, start looking into the team, ask questions, read the white paper and ask yourself "why do they need blockchain technology / tokens?" if the response is just for an ICO then avoid.
164  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Developer’s advices to ICO investor. on: December 08, 2017, 05:29:17 PM
I think everyone should read this thread before they invest into any ICO.

Really good job man!
165  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Are you buying altcoins on: December 08, 2017, 05:28:49 PM
I am buying altcoins, monthly I invest around 10% of the ETH I make into 2/3 pre-sales / ICO's. Makes it more interesting that just sitting on the golden egg (I am not super patient)
166  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: BitClave ICO completes in 32 Seconds, $25.5mln Raised on: December 08, 2017, 05:27:41 PM
Avoid like the plague, clearly just got some big whales to invest and already had the money in their pocket before the ICO launched.

You think they would be smarter and drip the money into the ICO rather than pushing it all after 32 seconds. God knows what they were thinking from a marketing aspect.
167  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: eth can rise to 500usd it? on: December 08, 2017, 05:23:36 PM
ETH has been hit hard recently but the way I see it after the congestion and the stupid rise in the price of Bitcoin it is still hanging on and hasn't dropped below 400, so it took a big hit and is still going strong.

I think it will break 500 probably by the end of January latest.
168  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: 95% of Cryptocurrencies will Not Survive in 2018 on: December 06, 2017, 03:16:55 PM
I am quite curious where you got the number 95%, I do agree that we will start to see a lot of projects fail, but not 95%.
169  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Ethereum At The End Of 2017 on: December 06, 2017, 03:15:04 PM
I think with the current climate of Bitcoin soaring, we will see ETH break 500 by the end of the year, it's already broken 480 last month.
170  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Ethereum at $1000 in Jan 2018? on: December 06, 2017, 03:13:06 PM
I think it's a lovely dream that it will get to 1,000 but only a dream. You are asking for it to more than double in it's value as of today....

I do think it will continue to increase though, I am estimating around 600 by the end of January and be stable around around that price.
171  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: 3 undervalued ICO's on: December 06, 2017, 02:28:43 PM
Really nice video, did you put it together yourself?

I will keep an eye on the channel.
172  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Pre-ICO bonuses on: November 27, 2017, 04:51:09 PM
I think there is nothing wrong with having a bonus, my only concern is the percentage of bonus.

I would advise to keep away from any ICO that offers you more than 40%. No ICO should be willing to just throw their altcoin away just because you invested in them. It should be valuable and have a use, not just to raise capital.
173  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Crowdholding. Any thoughts? on: November 27, 2017, 04:49:45 PM
It's an interesting concept, how do you want to entice businesses / startups onto your platform though?
174  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What are some of the craziest ideas you've come across with blockchain and ICOs? on: November 27, 2017, 04:48:02 PM
I think Jesuscoin comes to mind for me....

I don't really have to explain it, I think you can understand what it entailed...
175  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Investing in ICO, still promising? on: November 27, 2017, 04:47:20 PM
I think they are still promising, you just have to look harder.

I have noticed that some ICO's are now producing a product which is a step forward! I think the ecosystem is always evolving and it will be interesting to see where it goes.
176  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: TOP ICOs with a well working product on: November 27, 2017, 04:46:11 PM
Great list Crumple Cat!

I am happy to see that some ICO's are evolving and actually showing promise by creating something that people can invest into rather than just a concept.

Be weary though, just because an ICO has a product doesn't mean it is a good one!
177  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: I have 12 Bitcoin. What should I do??? on: November 27, 2017, 04:44:56 PM
Hold onto those 12 coins, If you wanted to be a little adventurous, you could use half of one to invest into other projects. But please don't blow it all on ICO's!
178  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: 🔥⭐[ANN] CROWDHOLDING ICO - Launching 1st of November⭐🔥 on: November 27, 2017, 04:41:48 PM
Will you be burning the remaining tokens after the sale?

I would also like to know this since you have lowered the cap.
179  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Bounties (Altcoins) / Re: What pre-ICO would you like to see on our platform? on: November 27, 2017, 04:40:45 PM
Done! Nice platform!

Will you have those pre-ICO's mentioned on there?
180  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: ICOs for investment on: November 21, 2017, 12:03:47 PM
This month is a little slow and the only ICO that is shooting out at me in Crowdholding.

This is down to the fact they have a solid team, good working concept and a beta before they launched their ICO.
