The scenario within a year is very unpredictable, one can not imagine in which situation the tokens will be received, many unforeseen events can happen, internal and external factors. Is there a form of guarantee, at least residual for possible losses in the long term?
So, the tokens will be tradable after a year? That's a very long waited then, especially for short period investors. that's what I've been saying. it's gonna put off a lot of people. 1 year is an eternity in crypto time. Does this Project require blockchain technology for feasibility, trying to understand the benefit of this on bc, looks interesting!
One of the most important advantages of having this kind of project on blockchain is that you can have decentralised computer power and dont have to run internal servers which are a huge investment and use a lot of electricity and maintenance. One of the downsides of having this kind of project on the blockchain is that transactions have to undergo a cumbersome ritual that doesn't scale. In other words, the decentralized computer isn't fast enough to deal with the apps running on it. As we can see from CryptoKitties. It's a trade off between performance and security (or is it trust?) and for some apps it doesn't make sense to run in the blockchain. Now if you were buying a Landrover thru Mark.space, sure, it's safer than sending a cheque by mail. But unfortunately you're sharing the decentralized computer with frivolous apps, so your payment fails or is delayed. Ethereum better solve this scalability problem soon because it's hurting business. You are totally right regarding current blockchain problems. That is why we are building our own blockchain. It will be much faster, and it will be based on servers. Ethereum will be used only for token smart-contracts |

Hi guys, I'm very interested in this project and the demo is pretty neat to play with. Looking at the road map it states in Jan 2017 was the launch of e-commerce projects on the platform. What are those? Are there any links? I can't seem to find it on the website or other social media pages. Maybe I'm just missing it.

Yes, we will have ICO in 2 stages. There are many reasons why second part of ICO is in a year from now, yet mainly it is because we do believe that in a year from now we will be able to present much more mature product. The first stage will last slightly more than month Jan 23 - Feb. 28 So the token wont hit/enter the free market (exchanges) before the second ICO stage? Nope, we plan to be listed right after the first stage of ICO ends |

So people dont have to drive all the way to the mall, to do their shoping, or go the movies?
Exactly, yet it is bigger and greater than just big shopping mall. Shopping is important yet that is just one of our existing districts. We do have Communities, Residences and Business districts, too |

I can imagine this kind of project will take a lot of computer power to run all the servers. Will you have internal server room or it will all be decentralised?
It will all be decentralised! That's the main point! - that is why we need blockchain - to use mainer's computing capacities for distributed rendering and decentralised data storage |

Announced a partnership between http://MARK.SPACE and COSS exchange from Singapore. The MRK token will be listed on the COSS exchange after the ICO, where they can be traded! What other exhanges will be? I mean you have arragements with some other big exhanges? 1) So far it is going to be build on Ethereum because infrastructure is already there. However we do plan to build our own blockchain eventually. Not exactly. When designer kit, a.k.a constructor will be available any user will be able to use it to create their presonalized space using our libraries & catalogues. That is easy - to avoid token price drop right after the listing at the exchanges. We already have a few preliminary agreements with exchanges and we are trying to avoid price dropping (in my personal opinion this period should be even longer - then baunty hunters will get the value of MRK and not sell right after freezen period. Hello, Quick question here. MARK.SPACE is an online virtual reality ecosystem, powered by blockchain, allowing users to involve in social and economic interactions, create new content, exchange goods and services with each other.
The platform combines social network, ecommerce, virtual reality and blockchain. Will you make it all by your own or make some partnership for it? There is a whole list of partners mentioned on their website https://mark.space/#PartnersWhat I don't understand is, what kind of partnership is it? For example Jaguar, why is Jaguar a partner? Why Jaguar Landrover is a partner? Well, that is easy - because they do need VR representation They will have showroom in our platform as part of their marketing and then as part of their customer service as well. |
