PopulaceCoin NOT popular But, Diff is between 1400-2200, so, network hash rate is around 800~1000Mhash, It is not popular in this forum, But, when consider the hashrate, it is very popular I think that this is mainly a chinese coin. Maybe the hashrate is from there? Let's see what the potential of this coin is...

Hello Halbert,
This is it! Thank You!
As gratitude for the help I would like to donate 500 qubit coins to You! Please send me address. TY!
You're welcome! :-) I would suggest to donate the Q2C to the developer for promoting: Donate to promote / bounty: GanSE84GjS3D3onACxFHrwgtvTBRh7JgsG@ex_mac (sorry to bother you) Number of blocks found last 24h on cpu-pool.net : 322 - used to be ~600 Number of blocks found last 24h on mine-pool.net : 121 - used to be ~360/400 The huge difference surely come from all those gpu miner you do not want I remember Q2C was announced as a CPU-only coin... Suddenly, it became " CPU/GPU", GPU miners came in and took all Yes, GPU mining is possible now on Q2C, but that is not as efficient compred to CPU mining as on Scrypt or MMC. You could still mine with CPU with a reasonable income.

I've submitted QubitCoin to Coin-Swap: https://coin-swap.net/newcoinI named it QC because Q2C was not allowed... We need to donate 100k Dogecoin to the following address to get it on the exchange: Mission: Get QubitCoin on Coin-Swap ToDo: Donate 100k DOGE to Coin-Swap ( https://coin-swap.net/newcoin) Steps: Donate DOGE to the following address: DENmgEka4mhxZsqE1HxtNRdU3iznPgboar Status: 0 / 100k DOGE You could see the donated amount on the website posted above (scroll down a little bit). Let's do this, it's not that much! :-) Why Q2C is not allowed? Wrong name can confuse people. I wanted to take Q2C, but the form showed an error message that only letters (A-Z) are allowed.

Hello miners I have a problem, that seems noone other has. Since day 1 SOLO mining this coin my server is not accepting more than 4 connections. I did change conf file with maxconnections=100 and restarted everything, but seems that there is nothing changed. After 4 connections accomplished I get error message on miners: [2014-03-07 01:15:42] HTTP request failed: Operation timed out after 30045 milliseconds with 0 out of -1 bytes received[2014-03-07 01:16:42] json_rpc_call failed, retry after 30 seconds Please help, I have tried pool mining, but not anymore, not satisfied with payouts at all (cpu-pool.net) I think, you want to connect more than 4 miners to your wallet. I've had the same problem a time ago and found a configuration option that is poorly documented but very important for solo miner. You'll have to add the following line to your config: Of course you could adjust the numbers of rpcthreads to equal your amount of miner.

About metiscoin to be published in 《The New Yorker》, and Metiscoin mining is a long term business.
finally! Great news! When will the article be released?

I put lots of hashes into that pool and didn't receive 1 coin. How is that possible?
Don't know, maybe you should try solo mining. I'm looking forward for when this coin will hit the first exchange!

Ignore cryptsy for now ... if we get to mintpal and we get some trade volume they will add us on their own .... crabtsy care about money nothing more
I agree... I also have enough of cryptsy. They don't listen to the community but to the bribes. To hell with that exchange, we need a platform that make decisions for the community and not only for their maximized income.

whats going on, I got a block and a notification that payment was received but nothing is in my wallet....
Humm, maybe it was a stale and the network didn't accepted your block because another miner solved that block a short time before you.

|
|
Is there also a dedicated miner software or how could we connect the wallet miner to the pool
|
|
|
Thank you very much! I'll give it a try

No worries, got them both up and running now.
forgot to mention, you can try the 3 versions of the code with "-a metis1", "-a metis2" and "-a metis3" to see which one is faster (they are the same as in my ypool miner, so if you already know the faster one, just stick with it) Thank you very much!
