Hi,
I am offering 5 ASICMINER Direct Shares starting at BTC4.2/share.
The auction acts as a first come first served basis with no minimum shares required.
PMs are OK for buyers wishing to stay anonymous.
I reserve the right to cancel the auction at anytime, but past bids will be honored if payed within 3 hours.
Lastly, if friedcat fails to transfer shares before tomorrow's dividend, All buyers who paid before the dividend time will have their dividend shares forwarded them. Shares are confirmed and should be transferred and dividend be expected if request sent my tonight.

I will be adding 500,000 shares to each of the walls at Bitfunder and BTC-TC.
This is due to the drop in the price of Bitcoins. For AMC coming merger
with VMC, more details later today.
Hmm, it might have been smarter to wait until the existing walls were eaten up a little more. They haven't even been touched for days, and adding more will only scare away new investors. Hope you know what you're doing.. Yea, i am not sure if it's a good idea at this time. 2nd, I don't think diluting the shares with an additional 1 million is a wise move at the moment. As a shareholder I would be upset if I just read you are diluting 1 million shares just because BTC drooped in price. This shows you have no confidence and crys like a little baby who can't handle bitcoins in the first place. |

Maybe everyone decided they want to pay less now. No rules in here, right  Sorry don't hate me I made a rookie mistake. As for backing out, I don't blame them, it's unfortunate the price dropped but it's not too far from 4.8 still. That being said I would like to sell them sooner rather than later so I'm open to your offers still as long as it's reasonable. |

I apologize for offending so many people. That was not my intention and it was a late night mistake on my part.
I will take back what I said. The price will be fixed at BTC4.8/share, and placing a bid gives you a spot in line.
culexevilman, if you still want the shares please contact me. I'm sorry for the confusion and I will honor what I originally listed.

Due to the recent jump in price, I am opening up offers to bid in increments of 0.02BTC
This will be in effect until after friedcat has confirmed and I'm back online to process the buys.
It also seems like the dividends will be paid out before the shares are sold, however I'll still honor the upcoming dividend so the winners will still receive the dividends from me even after it's already paid out.

Hi I am offering 5 ASICMINER Direct Shares starting at BTC4.8/share.

Conditions:
I have notified friedcat with my intent of transferring 5 shares and has asked him to confirm in this thread. No trades will be made until I know friedcat has read my message and confirmed my intent to transfer. This way there is no doubt I own the shares and on the rare chance there is a dispute, friedcat will sort out as long as there is proof of payment.
After friedcat's confirmation, Buyers on the top queue will have 3 hours to make payment after confirming with me, if buyer fails to make payment or contact me is there is a problem, the shares will be moved to the next buyer on the list.
