Someone tell me I didn't get this wrong.
There were already 40million shares issued which were sold at 0.0005 correct?
now ken is issuing 4million more, 2 on bitfunder, 2million on btct at 0.0025.
Am I crazy? or this ratio is completely messed up. Does he honestly think he can just issue 4more million shares at 0.0025 so he can raise his other 40million share value by 5 times thus increasing his company value....

I'm waiting for ken's statement regarding current market price sitting well below his issued share price.
This is not looking good for AMC as they need the capital, all of it at once to start production.
The undercutting is preventing that greatly and if ken moves his share price now, many people will be angry.
What's the future for AMC right now?

I've been an early investor bought below 0.0008BTC and cashed out at 0.0025BTC
Why the sudden change of heart? ken is his whole operation gets shadier everyday. It may seem like all is going well with his active posts/and few Avalon rigs running for dust dividends, but it looks more and more like a scam to me.
But this is bitcoin stocks and we have seen in the past, elaborate scams aren't new. This may be the biggest one yet.
Go read the share information and contract over and over, investor's benefits very little and I honestly don't know how you can justify selling your newer issued shares at 0.0025. I understand if there are significantly less shares before you introduced 4million shares at 0.0025. But no, that's not the case... 10TIMES the amount of shares has already been present and issued. You honestly think you can just increase your stock by 310%+ by issuing another 4 million at that price claiming early bird investment?

I'm in the middle of a legal research project that involves assessing risk of enforcement against the businesses selling unregistered, restricted securities on this board and stock exchanges like Bitfunder, BTC-TC, etc.
Any idea where can I find a breakdown of each securities' market cap, or at least a reliable list of the total shares outstanding?

7. Run a private IRC channel to plan your assault on anyone who dares challenge your greatness
8. Collect the money and run
9. Once the scheme collapses and investors lose 60-99% of their money respond to every complaint with "You don't like how I do things? Sell your shares!"
I've seen number 9 as the end game nearly every time. Erik Vorhees was just giving a version of that line this month.
10. It doesn't matter how many mistakes/failed issues you've had in the past. All is forgiven and should be. Questions about the past are ignored/brushed aside as irrelevant and changing the topic. Let's keep the topic on the current issue please. 11. When questioned about lofty valuation or high management fees, appear to be above it all and try to justify it with as many reasons as possible. Including that it's a lot of work and time commitment. Never talk about the real reason why your issue has unjustified valuation or management fees, which is really that you want to MAKE MONEY. 12. Create press releases on a regular schedule to bump your own issue thread. It doesn't matter if the press release has any substance to it, so long as it has a decent amount of text. Be mysterious and create suspense/hype as you drop hints about future exciting announcements/press releases, also using these to bump your own thread. Give me an A, give me an M, give me a C! |

Shareholders of AMC, please at this time don't undercut ken.
This is a cruicial step for AMC, and each share ken sells means 1 step closer to great success.
When you undercut ken now selling at 0.000001BTC below 0.0025, your short gains/flip will only hurt you as a shareholder and AMC as a whole in the long run.

I was able to withdraw instantly almost half of what was needed by adding Google Auth. Then I got the rest needed from other means.

Manual withdraw would be faster than finding a buyer+escrow. Good luck though.
The one time I did manual withdraw it took about 24 hours. If that's just an rare case, I think I will just use manual withdraw. Since I would rather not have to pay escrow fee. Thanks |

Hi, I am looking to cash out immediately 5 shares worth of BTC. I don't have time to ask Burnside to transfer them to Direct Shares or wait for the manual withdraw on Btct.co
I'm selling the shares right now at market price or 3.47BTC/ share for a total of 5 shares. OBO if you take all 5. total: 17.35BTC
I would prefer someone to take the 5 shares all at once.
Escrow is no problem as this will be a fast transaction. (Shares on btct.co can be transfered immediately and with no fee)

EDIT: Also can you comment on how you chose your new ipo price at 0.0025 when you have previously noted it being 0.001

Just thinking out loud: why are these additional 2 million shares thrown on the market today and not tomorrow, after the announcement was made? If the announcement is super-duper exciting then one could expect that the shares could be sold at an even higher rate, or not?
This is true, it seems that if the new was good enough, the additional shares would have been issued after the news. Since ken has decided to issue the shares now at this all time high... I suspect the new is not big enough for such an increase and he is banking on that issuing shares now would yield more capital. |
