Huobi.pro is a very good exchange. My only gripe with them is that they are overly cautious. It took me four attempts to withdraw my tokens into my wallet. The verification process is very stringent, which is good from a security perspective, but can be very frustrating as well. Anyways, Theta Token is gaining attention from a certain group, and they are predicting a big future. I hope this comes to fruition. Getting listed on Kucoin should be the next target. I'd love to see THETA trading on crypto-bridge.org but that can't happen until they get ERC20 tokens working, which I believe is in the works. Decentralized exchanges will be the future in cryptocurrency trading. |

The market is seriously affected right now by the major selling of BTC by the MT Gox receiver. Once his selling is completed, the markets will recover in a major way.
Do you have any links that the current slump is due to this? Everyone's confidence is low, so the market is difficult to improve and wait patiently. Someone is driving Bitcoin downward, and it's taking the rest of the altcoins down with it. DeepOnion trading at $1.65. It's definitely not fun watching this slide. |

It's a great feeling when you get the first stake isn't it. I'm due another soon, staking weight is 15k so hopefully coming soon. It was a bit harder lately to hit a stake but I'm pretty sure it's going to be way easier after the airdrops, and we will have a couple months left until 10% POS decreases to 5% Same here! The last few days have been great for staking for me as well. I hope it continues!  |

Just saw the John Oliver skit about cryptocurrencies. I mean, he may have bad mouthed DeepOnion's "name", but at least he gave the project some exposure. He trashed crypto all across the board though, and then he put us all in the same bag with Bitconnect. SMH.

When I entered in crypto life, Firstly i bought 9k verge (November 2017). Then, again and again, bought more and more verge while they were cheap. I can say this was my best investment ever.

This is pretty much the same situation as myself. Probably the only difference is this. I look at facts and make deductions from those facts! The Verge Currency mobile Android wallet only works intermittently.  The Cloak Coin mobile Android wallet connects and synchs within 3 seconds flat, every single time! So looking ahread in the future, when there has been mass adoption of cryptocurrency, and people use it everyday to make purchases via their mobile device, which coin will business owners use at their Point of Sale? Would you be angry if you were a Verge Currency bag holder?  Isn't this relevant to the future prospects of Verge Currency? Wouldn't the Verge Developer Team want to be aware of these pertinent facts? Or do we just pretend it's not happening, and slander and slur anyone who brings up the facts? Sunerok once labelled me as a CONSPIRACY THEORY ALEX JONES NUT JOB because I pointed out a few facts about Google using Net Neutrality as a scam to get control of the internet. Commie scams like this being exposed are very good for privacy focussed coins. Things like comrade Obama transfering ICANN to the UN so that citizens lose their right to privacy will result in good quality privacy cypto currency becoming mainstay! But which cryptocurrency will be the one that becomes the that's adopted? One that works? Or a cryptocurrency that only works sometimes? Instead of ignorance and childish slurs, can we discuss all relevant issues, and truthfully identify VergevCurrency failings and faults? How do you make a project better if you ignore facts like these? |

But be my guesst, buy it at 400 sats Hard to gauge where/when/how/why a correction will happen or what it looks like on the other side. That's why it's correct to say it's your opinion. I think there are plenty of other opinions from other speculators that see things entirely different. Who knows! The thing you will find in this community is that most people are fairly optimistic about Verge and have been for a long time. Please keep that in mind when you post anything that is to the contrary, as I am sure it will be met with a strong response. Fantasy world versus reality! Which world would folks prefer to live in? But here's the thing, if you want Verge to go to the next level, then the mobile wallet must work all the time, every time!How is it that the Cloak Coin team can get this, but not the Verge Developer Team can't? Imagine from 1-3 sitting now 400 sitting. How many times is the increase Do you want me to starf posting a video showing Verge wallet on android device not connecting, and Cloak Coin wallet on same device connecting in secods? Imagine if I posted that on Twitter, and it went viral? Would your denial and cognitive dissonance be cured then? I have already been accused of lying several times, and also of hacking the wallet. How is it that nobody is prepared to test my claims themself? Verge Developer Team, are you reading this? If you are in denial, test it yourself! It does not work! As for the increase, sure, it has had meteoric rise! All the way up to 2000 satoshi! But again, you are in denial! Where is it now? 400 satoshi? From 2000 satoshi to 400 satoshi means it is going to the toilet, right? So lets fix the most essential basic fundamental flaw, a mobile wallet which will not synch! He answered "ideally, a few seconds!" Now go buy a cheap android device. Download Verge wallet, and see for yourself. Also, download competitor wallets, try them, and compare their performance to Verge. Then go ask your triggered snowflake friend how quickly the Verge wallet synchs! If you're dumb enough to ignore this, then put me on mute as well, and try to pretend Verge is going to the moon, when it is actually going down the toilet! There are so many factors to your question that going through them seems absurd, but let's go down the line:
Is the user a tool? Yup! Probably no chance of working. - This applies to you specifically.
When was the last time they synced the wallet?
What sort of memory does their device use and is available for use?
Is their wallet properly updated?
How many apps do they have running in the background?
What sort of connection do they have to a network?
All of these are relevant bits of information for the merchant as well. Funny enough, not a single one of these things are controlled by the Verge Team. Calculating those into formulating an answer to your hypothetical question is precisely why you can't get an answer. In an ideal world, where all of those conditions are perfect, it happens in seconds.
You were called a snowflake because you made false accusations. You accused me of tampering with my Verge wallet. You still can't answer the one simple question. How long should a business owner wait for a Verge Android wallet to synch, so that they can conduct business?
Here you are, crapping on about this, that, and everything else, and resorting to insults yet again. But who is the tool who is getting triggered by facts? I'm not a coder. A business owner isn't a coder either. All we want is a product that works. My android device has several other wallets on it. All of them except Verge and Shield - which is a Verge copy - work flawlessly! When are you going to stop making excuses, and start investigating the issue, and fixing it? My Jaxx wallet works perfectly. My Eidoo wallet works perfectly. My Bread wallet works perfectly! But my Verge wallet works perfectly only 10% of the time. Why can't Verge team do the same as Jaxx, Eidoo, and Bread? Now, going back to the original question, yet again! How long should a business owner wait for a Verge Android wallet to synch, so that they can conduct business?
Please give me your answer. I'm very interested in what you think is an acceptable waiting time. |
