I understand your anti-social point of view (I am anti-social myself), but you are not even dealing with people face to face here. You are typing on a keyboard.
I'm pretty sure you're talking about Social Anxiety and not Anti-Social... https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Antisocial_personality_disorderhttps://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Social_anxietyPlease stop spreading FUD. I invested in Barwizi's projects from the very beginning of NRB about 1 year ago and I already made more money than I hoped for with a few smart moves along the way. It's true that Barwizi can be silent for longish periods at times, which has caused it's share of FUD along the way, but he always come back to steer everything in the right direction. And one thing is sure, he is most definitely NOT a scammer!

And you base this on:
1) nothing 2) absolutely nothing 3) unsubstantiated assumptions 4) all of the above
Assholes? Seriously? Not everyone can follow others in blind faith buddy. Especially after repeated breaches of trust. Scams happen all the time. How are you so certain you aren't being scammed? I'm rather curious as to if you have even read through this thread...
In your fantastic theory what exactly was stopping labrat from discussing these concerns you assume he had with bondholders? It's not like we have a thread on a forum where the company was started and discussion can occur. In fact the only person not willing to discuss much of anything at all was labrat himself.
My choice of word wasn't directed at anybody specifically, it is more of a general feeling that I (and I'm sure a few others) have about people spreading FUD since the beginning of the whole LRM project. Oh and yeah, I read every since word of the thread since page 1, the day it all started. This might be pertinent background information. I stated at the beginning of my post that this was my understanding of the situation, and I didn't ask for your input on it, or anyone else's for that matter. This is the thought process that led me to ask this direct question to LabRat and is required for him to understand the meaning of my question. I will no longer reply to anyone else about the content of my previous post. Thanks for your understanding.

Here is my understanding of the situation.
Given that : 1. LabRat has realised that the company is doomed to fail soon with only a 25% reinvestment rate. 2. LabRat has become uneasy about the few people threatening to sue left and right.
The following happened : 3. LabRat needed to change the policy for a bigger reinvestment rate (to avoid the failure of the company). 4. LabRat needed to use a lawyer to craft a new contract which allow for the new reinvestment rate without being at risk of being sued by the few assholes in (2). 5. Everything LabRat has said since then in the new contract and AMA is his lawyer speaking through him, which is obviously going to protect him legally speaking.
I want to say I am from the silent majority/minority (who knows at this point) that have been supporting LabRat in every decision he made before this legal mumbo-jumbo. LabRat has always been honest with us in his intentions from the beginning (until he lawyered up), even if he never told much detail about what is going on with LRM on a day to day basis. He always said that he wanted the company to grow and our share to grow with it, and kept this word until now. The new system allows the company to still be profitable and increase our payout while remaining legally protected.
_________________________________________
My question for LabRat is the following :
Do you intend to keep the same philosophy you always kept until now (for us to profit from the company's growth at your side) or has that changed in any way (since you might have lost respect for the people outlined in (2), for example)? The change could include but is not limited to diluting the shares, preventing us from profiting of the discretionary bonus hashrate.
If your philosophy is still the same, I will be one to go through with the change of contract, since this whole thing has always been trust-based, and I personally think that every decision you took before profited us as investors.
BTW, this question is in no way legal advice and is purely about your personal philosophy/ethics.

OK, I finally have a build of the Windows pool miner for people who have connection problems to try. You can download it from here: https://nrs.blockquarry.com/miners/windows_coyote_miner.0.3.3.zipThe included batch file shows the new syntax that lets you specify port numbers. The default was 4444 but I have added 4020 and 10013 as well. I have tested this on a Windows 7 and 2008 R2 system I have access to. Not a Windows user myself so it has had very limited testing. Can someone who is getting blocked give this a try? Hopefully whatever is blocking the mining traffic for some of you is doing this based on port numbers. If not then it may require a whole different protocol than what the coyote miner uses before you can connect. The miner doesn't work anymore since last night. It worked fine before. Tried the 3 port numbers with the new version on the two computers I was mining with before, same result. But if I try on another computer I never mined with (for testing purposes), it works...

We would like to invest another 0.55 BTC each. Do we still send it to the same address?

Since you just purchased the remaining 8 shares, I suppose we can't invest anymore, can we? If we can't, would you be open to sell a part of your 8 shares? Jerjian and I would be interested in investing another amount of BTC in the General Fund.

I wasn't keeping up with this thread for the last few weeks and now that I'm back, all I'm seeing is talk about scrypt-jane currencies, so I'm kind of confused. Why the sudden surge of interest for these? Are scrypt currencies least profitable now or is this just a trend? Is this due to a new functionality of CudaMiner?

Does anybody have a working link for a good 32-bit jhPrimeminer version? I just got hold of an old laptop and all the links for 32-bit versions seem to be down...
Also, primer-, I can't seem to find a link for that hp11 version (be it 32 or 64-bit) you're talking about. Could you link me to it?
