OP, is this your attempt to form a pump group?  Pump groups work when the market is bullish. Not so much now during bear markets. If I were you I would go to a lawyer in the companies jurisdiction for sure. Maybe a bug international law firm with a local office, and agree with some smaller upfront fee and a success fee. Usually they are taking it.

In FX you have leverage, in Crypto you dont - if someone provides leverage than they only can do market making. So if you end up winning you are winning from them if you end up loosing you loose to them. Imagine what their intentions can be if they loose if you win.

Interesting idea but if you go outside of the crypto world, there is regulation on these, like you can only accept qualified investors.
